A heads-up that Cape Town TV will be airing the controversial documentary Miners Shot Down in early July.
Only two South African channels have aired it. Cape Town TV aired it for the first time last year and it's been on Al Jazeera but no other broadcasters want to air it, specifically the SABC and e.tv. Both have been petitioned to broadcast it and both have refused.
CTV's rebroadcast comes in the wake of last week's Marikana Report. It will screen twice: on Friday, 3 July at 22h30 with a repeat on Saturday (4 July) at 17h00.
