Reneilwe starts work at Kilowatt and bumps into Sifiso. Doc meets with Solomon and secures the finance he needs to get into the casino deal. Miles and Victoria leave with Buhle.

It’s the night of the big Red Records launch. At the party, Fats finally gets his moment with his girl. Zolani realises just what Thandeka and Doc have done to him.

Zolani is shocked and angry when he discovers that Doc screwed him out of the casino deal. Reneilwe bears the force of Solomon’s anger when she accidentally spills a drink on him. Fats and Bulelwa are having a great time when Mamokete and Kop deliver devastating news.

Fats is stunned by the news of his mother’s death and has trouble processing the information. Doc accepts Zolani’s resignation and announces Thandeka as his replacement. David gets on the trail of the casino deal.

Sparks continue to fly between Sifiso and Reneilwe, but who will make the first move? David continues to obsess over the casino deal. The way Nox hangs around Kilowatt is making Niki feel insecure.

Thandeka has to live with the consequences of doing her father’s bidding. Things go from bad to worse when Niki gets news that something has happened to Busisiwe. Lerato is not thrilled to hear that her mother has arrived for the funeral.

Suffocate fires Prettiness, which means Niki is back at home looking after their child. Sifiso tries to make amends for missing his meeting with Reneilwe. The night vigil for Caroline begins and Fats is in a withdrawn state. Zolani comes to see David, maybe they do have something to talk about.

Lerato is broken to discover David’s true intentions behind his efforts to get her a record deal with Red. Bash and Nox try to pull off a scam against a champion pool player. Sifiso suffers mockery for breaking up with Reneilwe because of his deal with God.

When Doc offers Lerato a recording deal, David sabotages the negotiations. Sis Bee decides to take Mampho under her wing, but this causes friction with Jafta.

Bash only has eyes for Nox and she knows it. Mampho is looking for someone to go to the clinic with her to get her CD4 count results. Suffocate puts the heat on Bash to assess Nox. David smooths over the deal with Doc and the contract is signed.
