Ashes to Ashes. Only the first week of teasers were available when we first published them on 13 February because the show was still editing the first month's episodes.

Episode 1
Monday 2 March 2015
Mandlakazi has a terrifying nightmare about events that took place 28 years ago. The family learns that money has ‘gone missing’ from the business and it can only be one of their own who took it. Mandlakazi lands a big celebrity funeral and along with it, a raging battle between the celeb’s girlfriend and his estranged wife.
The minions working in the business are battling among themselves in the realm of love and lust and bourgeois bickering. Reba tends to her dying mother, Nozizwe, and gets shocking news when her mother makes her dying wish known. Mandlakazi receives news of a death in the family.

Reba tells her aunt what her mother’s dying wish is. This catches Mandlakazi off guard and she realises she is going to have to face the terrifying consequences of events that took place nearly three decades ago. Mandlakazi shuns Reba.
Violet loves above her station in life and believes that by working hard she can surpass the obstacle and win Tsietsi’s heart once and for all. But alas, life is more complicated than that. The missing money is being traced and Selo promises to ‘sort it out’.
Violet and her rival for Tsietsi’s attention square off against the backdrop of the battle between the women in the late Kekana’s past. Violet takes sides in the Kekana debacle and Selo is confronted by Mandlakazi about a weakness he has. Tsietsi saves the day when he appeases Jerry, saving both the parlour and the family’s reputations.

Tsietsi confronts his father but ends up with a reminder that the old bull is still as smart as ever. Damian and Stitch warn Violet to stay out of the Kekana saga. Monwabisi takes on the old bull but he too is no match for Selo.
Monwabisi wants to know what secret Mandlakazi is hiding. Mandlakazi finally contacts her niece about Nozizwe’s death and burial. Selo receives proof that he’s being spied on and he panics. Monwabisi gets an anonymous tip-off about his father’s a shenenigans and confronts him.
Selo tells Mandlakazi that they will deal with the death of her sister and she mustn’t worry. Mandlakazi is feeling the walls closing in on her.

Thursday 5 March 2015
Stitch risks his job and doesn’t want Violet to get in trouble. Violet sneaks Khanya in to see Kekana’s body and the Kekana’s catch Khanya red-handed. Monwabisi puts pressure on Mandlakazi to reveal the secret that haunts her but she postpones coming clean. Reba rebels against her mother’s wishes.
Tsietsi loses his patience with the staff and we see the young bull angry. Mickey reminds Selo of the past and warns him to clean up his act. Monwabisi realises how cunning and ruthless Tsietsi is in business when he deals with Jerry.
Selo has no choice but to confess to being less than honest. We discover who took the video clips exposing Selo.

Episode 5
Selo and Mandlakazi struggle with an issue from her past the she never thought she would have to deal with again. A dangerous man arrives and connects with Selo. Reba meets her new family and seeks to find answers about her mother’s past. Mickey corners Selo about a serious issue that may cost him.

Episode 6
Tsietsi and Monwabisi discuss the dilemma concerning their father. Tsietsi tells Monwabisi to watch his back. Reba makes an effort to get to know her aunt, but Mandlakazi brushes Reba off. Selo's situation is getting out of control. Violet is overly interested in Tsietsi’s new cousin – should she be threatened by this new female in the house?

Episode 7
Selo is furious with Mickey for telling on him to Tsietsi. Violet will stop at nothing to impress Tsietsi even at the cost of her dignity. Selo gives Reba a tour of the Namane Funeral Parlour. Mandlakazi is fearful of washing Nozizwe’s body, as is custom. Stitch is smitten with Reba.

Episode 8
Mandlakazi has a recurring nightmare from her past that she cannot shake off. Godfrey pays Selo an unexpected visit. Tsietsi decides to take the biggest risk of his life thus far. Nozizwe's funeral gets underway. At the funeral, Mandlakazi sees a face from her past that nearly scares her to death.

Episode 9
The Namanes turn to traditional rituals to lift a dark cloud off the family. Tsietsi convinces Reba to stay. Damian and Stitch teach Violet the rules of “the dating game”. Tsietsi gets his hands dirtier than ever before.

Episode 10
Tsietsi has a disturbing nightmare. Reba quizzes Monwabisi about his love life and digs up some surprising dirt. Stitch reveals that he has a huge crush. Mandlakazi becomes obsessed with the midwife and sees her everywhere she goes. Selo is led into dark temptation.

Mandlakazi is distraught when Selo doesn't come home. When Kgosi confronts Tsietsi, Mickey realises Tsietsi is in over his head. Reba gets an unexpected visitor. Violet struggles to put Damian & Stitch’s “guy code” into action to win Tsietsi over.

Episode 12
Mandlakazi is sick with worry over Selo’s disappearance and puts things into motion to solve the crisis. Violet masters the guy code with Tsietsi, much to his confusion and Stitch’s pleasure. Damian loses it with Violet.

Episode 13
Selo attempts to make amends with his wife. Mandlakazi is horrified at Tsietsi’s big announcement to the family. Stich and Damien try to cheer up a depressed Violet. Reba makes a shocking discovery about her mother.

Episode 14
Violet’s will power at avoiding Tsietsi is waning. Mandlakazi faces her demons and meets with Judith. Monwabisi handles business that may put Tsietsi’s relationship in jeopardy. Violet hears office gossip that makes her wish she’d listened to Stitch and Damian.

Episode 15
Mandlakazi’s jewellery is stolen by an unknown thief. Reba uncovers Monwabisi’s big love secret. Selo is torn when he learns what his wife has done. Stitch tries to befriend Reba while Violet gives her hate-vibes. Selo gets a call that has him rushing home in a panic. Tsietsi is turning more towards Kgosi and the dark side.

Episode 16
Reba struggles with her emotions as she misses her mother. Mandlakazi discovers an item in Reba’s room from her past that sends her running. Tsietsi and Selo fall out again. Judith and her husband discuss a long standing issue that has both of them on edge. Stitch’s attention is making Reba uncomfortable. A new character requires Selo’s help and threatens the business.

Tsietsi and Pinki spend the night together. Mandlakazi has a flashback that leaves her in tears. Monwabisi confronts Tsietsi about his involvement with Pinki. Damien warns Violet about the male ego. The Namane family receives a dangerous wake up call. Someone has had enough!

Episode 18
Mandlakazi falls deeper into her delirium. Selo attempts to take control of a dangerous situation that has been developing for way too long. Violet attempts to make Tsietsi jealous. Tsietsi and Selo go head to head when father and son finally look each other in the eye about matters that they have avoided till now hoping it’ll go away. Reba and Mandlakazi have an emotional clash.
