A heat magazine article in their current issue alleges the new Isidingo head writer Liam J Stratton is set to fire the show’s trademark faces, namely, Robert Whitehead (Barker Haines) and the Sibeko clan such as Katlego (Kgomotso Christopher), Jefferson (Vusi Kunene) and the two “daughters” they stay with.
Sunday Sun had a follow up article yesterday and in both publications’ articles, the writer was never quoted as dismissing the allegation and the only thing he did confirm was something like reviewing characters and getting to know them, or something along those lines.
After I tweeted my concern about the “rumours”, I got a reply from Liam insisting his actors will not be going anywhere.
The journalist in me saw an opportunity for unofficial Twitterview (Twitter interview).
I was ready to write another open letter to the show. Thank God Barker Haines et al are not going anywhere.
