@nonwe ... I thought Maria and Melvin was great entertainment potential too. We're halfway through, and I think my opinions of the idiotz has crystalised.

About the inmates, no secret how I feel about Bev so I'll spare uhdikts the long version else we'll be here tomorrow: In short (And I rarely use this word) Ugly inside and out. I've avoided Diamond for a couple of days now because she's such an eyesore, everything about her disgusts me and she bears partial blame for Nando swapping Maria (I should get over it, I know) by lying the girls were trying to get rid of him; but I hope, after the string of rejections, her latest thing with Angelo is real because they're perfect for each other: skanky street urchin and sad, wrinkled old man desperately clinging to youth. Could be entertaining but just not for me.

Melvin: I know I've vented my frustration at his slowness and borite tendencies severally, but think he's a genuinely nice guy despite that, and I can see myself supporting him for the money. He may not be very entertaining by himself, but he's also not easy to hate. Good character. Solid guy. Unless he messes up, which is unlikely, I'm THIS close to declaring myself, team Melvin. Just wish we could have seen what would've happened with Maria.

Bimp: Cockroach. Captain of team haters of Pokello (despite trying to fake-befriend her). Intimidated by strong women who won't cry on his shoulder. Or those who see through his smoke and mirrors (Poki and Anna Banana). Reprehensible; reprobate; smarmy, sneaky, user. Vampiric, bloodsucker who lives off the shine of others while using underhanded, backstabbing ways to bring down the competition. Worms his way into every HOH's graces. Did you all see how, hyena-like, he sniffed out Cleo, vulnerable and weak after the Queen's eviction, went with his Dr Phil act to her and promptly nominated her the following morning? And don't remind me of the pseudo-intellectual blather, which is just hot air really. Pretentious oaf, not even half smart, sounds like he's reading a cheap self-help book. Add that to being a bonafide borite, this literal blimp makes me want to vomit.

Nando: The drugs fried out his brain ... one track mind (whatever's left of it anyway). Hides nothing. Misogynist, but open about it; which is more than I can say for the Blimp.

Pokello: May well be everything the Diamond haters say she is, but that the vitriol has pushed me to her corner. Those cowardly bullies need to be brought down a peg.

Feza: My deepest sympathies to her so-called friends, back home (if she has any). That's all.

Annabel: In the tradition of most Kenyan inmates; pathetic, unlikeable, obnoxious, brash and loud. and even dumb socially despite the "formal education" she likes to brag about. But kudos for standing up for Pokello in the midst of that vicious snake-pit of haters. Made herself a target, but it was noble.

O'neal: I don't hate the Owl. His "river of wisdom" act while annoying, at least has some substance to it unlike Blimp. He may be controlling, but he's mature, usually level-headed, somewhat intelligent albeit with village headmaster tendencies. Respect his property and boundaries, that's all he asks, or the repercussions will be "comprehensive". LOL. Definitely a force and the undisputed alpha-male after departure of LKfake and the Landlord.

Selly: ( For me at least) Nothing wrong with having sex in the house, we put people in there wanting them to be their real selves, and that is a natural act for most human beings. What I hate is her allowing herself to be a doormat and mistreated like that without a fight back. Own it like Meryl, Sheila, Tatiana and even Tawana and Kim (to some extent)... every single prudish hypocrite pointing fingers does it behind closed doors.

Bassey: A likeable guy, but a coward for not standing up for his friends and turning wherever the wind blows. Still a potential winner, though.

Dillish: I've heard she's considered beautiful. If true, that's all she has going for her because she's as dull as dishwater. Seems pretty nice and harmless though.

While everyone else was sleeping, Selly and Sulu continued to hash out their differences.

Sulu has been persistent in his Chase for Selly's affections. However, the sexy Ghanaian has told him time and time again that she does not want to be in a relationship with him. The friend zone is definitely not what dreams are made of if Sulu's actions are anything to go by. In the wee hours of the morning, Selly and Sulu got into a disagreement after Sulu wanted an explanation about Nando and Selly's relationship.

"I don't know what to say to you right now Sulu. If I had told you that there is someone I fancy and wanted to start a relationship with, how would you have taken it", she asked the Zambian. When Sulu said he would have accepted it, Selly told him that is a blatant lie. "Sulu you know that's not true. I respected you enough to explore whatever I was feeling for Nando in the Diary Room. However, you made me look bad when you told people I broke your heart, knowing very well that me and you are not in a relationship", Selly said.

As their heated talk continued, Selly became agitated and walked away. "I'm getting pissed because you don't understand", a frustrated Selly said. Sulu gave a nervous chuckle and tried to call Selly back. "Is this how you planned to end my night", he asked, hoping for a response. Unfortunately, Selly was clearly done with the conversation.

Everytime, All the time, and I totally agree with your analysis of the leech. As for Melvin, nice boy, well raised. I bet he had my kind of parents (funny enough that's dude's hometown is less that thirty minutes from mine) but damn! He is one big ball of six packed softie. Even his Maria on twitter immediately he made his decision said "stupid, stupid decision". One thing I know for sure is that he is lucky. Maria is offering to buy airtime for Namibians to vote for Melvin. Girl is seriously campaigning unlike the one tweet support she gave Angelo. (Still angry with Melvin for being uber slow man).

@nst As for Selly, I do not think she is sexually liberated like Meryl. Meryl is one woman that owned her sexuality. If she was going to have sex with you, it was going to be on her own terms. That is why she had more pats on the back than insults. Selly on the other hand just looks like some village girl whose legs are open for business 24/7 and immediately she is done with sexing you. How he sees the House is progressing; he says that reduction in numbers has led to a slow run, he's learning the chess game and they are also waiting for arena on Friday

His thouts about the other houses(Diamond and Emerald): Since he left the Diamond alot has changed, they are losing the wagers, arena games and he doesnt think he can can change anything thus doesnt want to go back,.. about the emerald house, he says that he has no idea

His idea about the Emerald house; He had started thinking about it and all of a sudden it went silent and thus stopped thinking abt it

About pple using and talking other pple's things: He talks about the Dimonds trying to steal their alcoho

Who he thinks to be a black sheep: He talks abt Nando in the Diamond house and has no idea of who is in the Ruby House.

Natasha good day & welcome to your DS, good day Big Brother...

How she's doing in her traditional outfit; (laughs) she feels comfortable in it.

Task; it's very good for her and she's still learning. Her young brother Emmanuel plays it on the computer and Sulu is helping her out.

Whether the game of Chess if similar to the game of Big Brother; it's the same.

Black sheep /most troublesome in the house; Sulu when he's drunk.

Anything else; she responds to who's playing games in the house, she says Elikem as a result of his relationships with Fatima, Pokello, Selly, Feza.

Ehhhhh Natasha, always having a lot to say, lol!

Oneil tells biggie there is no loyalty in da hs as a result of da "rel'ships" n da manipulations in da hs 2 score points.
Oneil thinks Natasha is da black sheep n manipulator in da hs. She makes a lot of desperate moves n sucks up 2 HOH n brings him info 2 avoid being replaced or swapped n dat she's even done it wit him 2 score brownie points.
He said Tasha told him dat Poke came 2 say 2 her dat Oneil isn't even loyal 2 her but 2 Elikem n he considered it rubbish when Tasha told him dat.
He thinks da hsmates communicate dat thru nominating her so they r aware of her gossip schemes n sly nature.
He thinks da game master in Ruby maybe Angelo cuz it's easier 2 overlook him cuz of his niceness n kindness so it's hard 4 da hsmates 2 nominate him.
He thinks he'll be a threat if he embraces dat n uses it as a strategy. He thinks he's been alerted after da elikem swap so pple may now see him as a threat!
He wants 2 know how biggie views da DH n da RH...biggie says he views both equally n y? he thinks da hses r very diff personality wise.
Oneil says biggie does not give RH credit like he does da DH like he's more lenient wit da DH.

Selly's DS....she starts by ssayin she had a talk wit sulu yestee n she got him upset. She says he never asked her dat n dat she feels insulted in da hs. She has told sulu time n time again dat she does not love him romatically n he always says he understands but yet portrays 2 da hsmates like she's using him or playing him.
He's making her look bad 2 all da hsmates n have won their pity so she looks like a bad person in da hs.

Summary is, she does not like sulu n she's told him dat.
Sulu knows da truth but chooses 2 be influenced by da opinions of others like tasha n oneil n so is blinded by da truth. sulu talks 2 pple aba da issue as if they were datin n she cheated on him wit nando but dat was not so.
She likes nando but it did not work out, she never liked sulu like dat.
She now feels victimised in da issue n he's ruined her in da eyes of all da hsmate as a cheat n a player when she has never loved him.
She does not love him n she never will. She likes him as a best friend but he's always makes her look bad.

Biggie suggests dat she calls all da hsmates 2 da lounge n explain da situation 2 them n hopefully, she gets liberated of da issue.

Melvin has no clue that he is going to the RR. According to his DS the tradition is to vote for couples or blossoming couples and has never come out to say that he wants to go meet up with anyone. He doesn't mind if a girl chooses him, he is definitely not too keen on a same sex RR. (There goes my O'neal/Melvin RR session)

@G.A...tasha problem is dat she plays both sides of da fence n it always come back 2 bit her in da ass....eg, she told selly 2 pursue nando if she likes n ignore sulu's drama but also told sulu 2 ignore selly n dat she's a cheat n betrayed him n used him only 2 go 2 nando.
Da issue is dat, it eventually came out when selly n sulu had a chat n tasha was outed as a manipulator.....if u'll gossip n scheme, play ur cards well else u get exposed like feza will be very soon!!!!

Cleo's DS....she's thinking aba sunday n what will happen.
She wants 2 know who she's up against in da other hs 1st but she's sure she has aba 60% chance of survival on sunday all things being equal.
She does not believe any emerald hse exists.

She thinks da game master is(takes her sweet time) no one.

They agreed 2 vote angelo n oneal.....annabel said earlier dat she won't vote 4 angelo n dat'd bring tension in da hs. She said anna keeps sayin she's over him but da way she says n does smthgs makes things proves otherwise.
She said angelo told her earlier dat he liked Maria but she's heard dat he now likes bev. She thinks angelo never had anything romantic but maybe annabel misunderstood things n angelo never bothered 2 let her down gently so da tension still exists.

They r passionate aba da wager n r doing their best 2 score.
They r puttin a game like ludo/snake ladder n other ideas but nothing is set on stone yet.
Da game's master is melvin cuz melvin tot them 2 play chess yestee n ping pong(i'm disappointed dat these pple don't get biggie's question da game master means da hsmates playin da game not who's eatin who on da chess board...lol).

Da black sheep in da DH would be Nando cuz his character is out of da world n da things he says n does makes him different 4rm da others.
Da black sheep in da RH is Sulu cuz though he's fun, his very diff when he's drunk n becomes sm1 else n does n says stuff n gets aggresive.

Da alcohol theft was jux fun....he's planning 2 stash annabel's yoghurt till she gets mad n replaces it. Da prankin is jux 4 fun n anna will act out n he'll replace it.....he jux hopes she doesn't overreact aba da fake theft.

@nst we are ANIOMA's (a.k.a Delta igbos) we are the mid-western igbos with Benin (Bini....Edo state, Nigeria) influence. Even Uti, Ofunneka and Bev are also ANIOMA. We are descendants of the Bini Empire that settled in the land that is now as Delta state and when the colonial masters we trying to convert and "educate" my people, they used Eastern igbo converts who taught us in their language that is why our language might sound igbo our practises are still very Bini in nature.

Does the typical Nigerian speak more than one of these? I guess I'm asking because in Kenya and Tanzania, we have Swahili so I'm wondering if there's an African equivalent. Or would you default to different languages if you're in Lagos or Jos?

STOLEN-----Mama Tash came out and said she voted for Feza and Melvin, Sulu said he voted for Bev and Feza. Oneal said he is confused, "Angelo are u not confused?" he asked. Angelo said I am also confused. Selly and PK tried to explain more, but Sulu and Oneal got more confused.

I was surprised to see how Elikem was "surprised", and how PK quickly came up with the story of Biggie maybe choosing Melvin because Oneal and Angelo had already won .
PK even said maybe last week only her and Elikem were chosen, that's why they were both called to choose their dates.

STOLEN-----I don't know what to think of Angelo. On the one hand his position in the game is becoming stronger, he begins to play a more prominent role and sounds sure of himself sometimes.
On the other hand I have serious doubts about his sexual maturity and his choice of young girls. Can he not handle an older woman or is it easier to fool a younger one? How can he fall for Beverly after one drunken forced kiss?
Is he playing with us....does he feel he has to convince us of his heterosexuality?
He is walking on eggs and had better start playing without the constant desire for a girlfriend.

A spat between Sulu en Tashi. She broke up Sulu en Angelo's game of TT. She pushed them out of da way saying she wanted to clean. Sulu got pissed off en said dat da house wasn't Tashi's. Tashi asked Sulu how she cud politely ve asked them to vamoose. Sulu was having non of it en told Tashi to shut up coz he didn't want to talk to her. She tried to reason wit him but he brushed her off. Poki to her credit was a silent spectator en so was Angelo.

Later Angelo went upstairs to report to da wise one. Oneal asked Angelo how Sulu was taking it. Angelo said dat Sulu had his temper under control. Oneal then said dat is ruby house for u - rules en order.

Sulu went upstairs en vented his displeasure. Da others jst listened without adding insult to injury. Afterwards Sulu went to bed still in a fit.
