Just last week, it was reported that Beyonce bought Jay-Z the most expensive watch in the world for his 43rd birthday. The watch is estimated to be worth $5 million. Now Beyonce is reuniting with the giant soft drink company, Pepsi.
Pepsi has announced a multi-year collaboration with the diva that will include a limited edition Pepsi can with King B's face.
Not only will Beyonce be featured in various Pepsi ads; the company will also sponsor her in her chosen projects, like her next album which is expected to be released in early 2013. The contract is reportedly worth $50 million (that's over R8,50 for almost every person in SA). According to The New York Times, the Pepsi promos will start as soon as she steps off the Super Bowl 2013 Halftime Show stage on 3 February. The ad will be Beyonce fifth appearance for Pepsi since 20020and will coincide with her fifth studio release.
