A discussion between Maneta, Zainab, Barbs and DKB about Amber Rose’s choice or rather decision to have a sexual relationship with 2 rappers deteriorated to a fight that was shockingly unbelievable to witness.

DKB stated that Amber Rose is a whore for sleeping with Kanye West and now Whiz Khalifa. His opinion is also based on the story that he tells the women about Amber Rose’s alleged statement that Ghana has two extremes – the wealthiest and the poorest of the poor living in separation and it left her wondering why the wealthy are not helping the poor.

In DKB’s opinion she has no right to judge his country since she is a whore. At this point everybody faded into the wallpaper and became little wallflowers.
Zainab stood up for Amber Rose by saying the following
- DKB can’t say that since being a celebrity; he should understand how the tabloids function as the stories about Amber Rose’s statement could be sensationalized.
- He can’t say a woman that has slept with 2 men is a whore in front of other women and expect them to be mute, it is disrespectful on many levels.
- He should be upset at the people that organized Amber Rose’s visit to his country as they are the ones that showed her what DKB does not want exposed to the world.
DKB retaliated that he googled the story and it is true. She responded by saying he was dumb and should stop googling and travel the world, he must experience the world and not be judgmental.
As the argument carried on, he said further infuriating things about her being a celebrity in the Big Brother house, she is a wannabe. She responded that he is not a celebrity because as a celebrity he should be sympathetic when crap is written in tabloids about other celebrities and not add more fuel.
He went on a tangent about what his opinion is of a real woman and Amber Rose is a whore, to which Zainab responded that she has been in relationships with 2 men, her ex-husband whom she was with for 6 years and now an 8 month relationship. She is not a whore and when a relationship does not work and someone moves on, it does not make her a whore.
He taunted her that Amber Rose is a whore as sleeping with 2 men makes her a whore. She responded that whoever he is banging really stooped low and he should ask her if sleeping with 2 men makes you a whore, clearly he only sleeps virgins. DKB started threatening Zainab and further went on to say she can’t say what she said as she is not a woman.
She asked what his opinion of a woman is, and at this point I was waiting with baited breath on how he would define me … I am a woman. DKB opened his mouth and removed all doubt in my mind that he is a sane man with respect for women and their struggles.
This is his definition of a woman:
- She does the washing and cleans.
- She cooks and makes tea.
- Nobody in the house has tasted Zainab’s tea and she should make them tea for them to see that she is a woman.
Zainab responded that she owns a washing machine for a reason and anything that she can do, a man can do therefore his definition is not what a woman is. He retaliated by saying that her stories to him are a sign that she is not normal and is not a real woman.
The only thing Zainab has privately told him is her stories about what happened during the war in Sierra Leone when she was 13. She was raped. She has witnessed her family and father being beaten by the soldiers. How low could he go?

I am proud of the way Zainab handled the fight and stuck to the facts as he was talking rubbish. I am tormented at what DKB’s opinion of what a woman is.
I hope a movement that holds women’s rights and liberation from sexist misogynistic men, more like little boys, like DKB rise and stand up.
I hope that all women will not vote for this sorry excuse of a man.
I also hope that all self-respecting women that know how hard it is to keep a relationship that is not working and know the love they deserve awaits them by moving on vote to evict DKB.
I hope that his warped ideas of what a woman is do not make him a spokesman for men that are abusive, reckless and have no respect for women.
