S'bu, frantic over Thembi's disappearance, reaches out to Miles for help. Franco recognises that the latest Vilakazi family drama is yet another opportunity to alienate father and son.
Tshidi and Dylan find themselves in an impossible situation due to the pregnancy.
Franco watches the video of Gail and Pitso having sex.

Episode 892
Redemption Records is a mini HQ … it's sole purpose to find Thembi. Dylan is psyching up his father to take on Tshidi's uncles in negotiating the amount of damages to be paid.
Dr Balthazar has Thembi holed up in a high security hideaway where she will face her final fight against cancer.

Episode 893 Dr Balthazar makes a video recording of Thembi's testimony. Gail learns on air that Pitso gave a press interview about her show - behind her back.
In a moment of weakness, Thembi calls S'bu.
Miles and S'bu fall out when the latter suggests they take up Franco's offer to help find Thembi.

Episode 894 Miles slaps Lu - who is subsequently comforted by Ivan Tshinawa.
As Franco and Ronald try to track Thembi, Dr Balthazar takes away her cell phone - using drugs to control her.
Dylan announces that he's dropping out of varsity to support Tshidi and the baby. Mamokete refuses to allow the couple to live in the back room unless they're married.
Fats plans to make money out of a Christmas charity sponsorship.

Episode 895 Dr Balthazar's evil plan becomes evident to S'bu and others. Fuelled by Ivan's opinions, Lu makes a major decision. Tshidi is forced to face hard facts about Dylan. Fats is determined to find a sponsor for the Christmas party.

Episode 896 Dr Balthazar is forced to initiate a plan B when he realises Miles has blocked all access to Thembi's trust account. His captured patient attempts to escape.
Gail and Pitso both try to convince Franco to look at Fats' dance-a-thon pitch from their - differing - points of view.

Episode 897 Thembi manages to contact S'bu, and with the meagre clue the call reveals, Ronald is able to track down Dr Balthazar's lair. Tshidi's efforts at conciliation with Dylan are ruined.

Ronald has Dr Balthazar in his sights literally and figuratively. S'bu has to make a life or death decision. Dylan freaks out when he walks into Tshidi and Thula hugging.
Registration for the dance-a-thon starts in earnest at The Kilowatt Club, as Fats begins his strategy and practice sessions.

Episode 899 S'bu is about to be an accomplice in the murder of Dr Balthazar - and the radical rescuing of Thembi.

Episode 900 Mamokete starts spreading the news of Tshidi's wedding. Tshidi puts the brakes on that.
At the clinic, Thembi and S'bu have to make a gruelling decision about her bone-marrow transplant op.

Episode 901 Thembi wakes up to find herself in S'bu's flat. Worried about what will become of S'bu when she's gone, she asks Gail to look after him.
Lu has more harsh news for Miles. S'bu surprises Thembi with an early Christmas.
While he shares his memories of their times together, he realises she is no longer conscious.

It's decided to cancel the dance-a-thon as a sign of respect for the tragedy he's endured, but S'bu talks his friends out of that.
Dylan tries to process the news of his parents' divorce, swearing Tshidi to a secrecy that doesn't last long.
Franco guns for Balthazar, announcing it's time for action.

Lu wants Miles out of the house by the New Year.
Thembi's dad arrives at the impromptu wake for Thembi. S'bu is shocked when Thomas blames him for her death.
Dylan tells Tshidi about Thula's odd reaction to the news of their engagement. Fats and Thula persuade Puleng to convince Suffocate to become the fourth member of their dance-a-thon team.

Episode 904 Thembi's memorial service is held. S'bu's anger and thirst for revenge knows no bounds.
Miles - despite Ivan's continuing interference - proposes to Lu.
Mamokete invites Dylan's parents to Christmas lunch.
While Puleng tends to Suffocate's hurt shoulder - a dance-a-thon practice injury - she also probes as to whether his ex, Nkhensani, will be home for Christmas.

Episode 905 S'bu experiences a moment of magic.
Now Miles and Lu have decided to get married, all their problems seem to have evaporated. However, Franco is still determined to drive a wedge between father and son re the challenge to David's will.
Dylan and Tshidi's relationship continues to take strain. Gail puts professional pressure on Fats.

Episode 906 Out of sorts S'bu ends up drinking with Franco, who presents him with a bizarre gift.
Mamokete and Kop discover the Zimmermans are Jewish and are further shocked when Dylan's folks reveal they are divorcing.
Fats is - reluctantly - in full Santa Claus costume while entertaining the street kids at The Kilowatt's annual Xmas party, when representatives of the Hotplate Club appear to issue a challenge.

Episode 907 S'bu, pushed by Franco, is tempted to kill Dr Balthazar. The Christmas meal at the Khuse household goes from bad to worse.
The Hotplate reveals it has a great team to compete in the dance-a-thon. Pule wants to start drinking. There is romantic tension between Puleng and Suffocate.

When S'bu unleashes his pain and anger on Dr Balthazar, Franco asks whether he wants to put the tortured doctor out of his misery.
