Hello, Spring is just around the corner.

I watched the highlights and my charmza of the week was when Hanny told Yacob to get his tall ass together and stop whinning like a girl and Munya by telling Paloma to tuck her ass together (though he was acting).

As for Crayzee swapping Munya, I didn't expect that (give him a break geewas). He is going to survive, I think that was stupid.

That was dumb what Mwisho did. He should have left himself up for nomination as it is obvious that either Code or Uti will be leaving. Of the 12 countries that voted Munya I think only Malawi was going to support code and Tanzania going for Mwisho. Nigeria has been voting against Munya.

Once you bet on a winning horse it is not easy to let go. If they are not careful Munya will eventually win this thing even if he is against Mwisho. Those who voted Munya I can’t see them suddenly changing their voting pattern and back someone who has not been tested.

Munya is going for the sixth nomination and if he survives this one I can’t see anyone trying to swap him up for nomination or being put up for nomination.

FK, Nigeria has been voting against Munya ever since. If Uti leaves there will still be some Nigerians that will still be voting in any case. So far Mnet is making a killing as long as they keep nominating Munya.

If Uti is up for nomination and he is not against Munya, Mnet will be making a loss because those who support Munya will take a rest from voting.

@realist - I hear you regarding the 9ija voting. But, the me inside want to believe that not all 9ijas from across Africa were voting as their boy was not up. Now that Uti is up, I see Chuku, Ikochu, Ronza and Ade voting like crazy, even in Zim.

I have not voted ever in my BBA life and am not about to start now. So I am relying on my 9ija in laws to do it.

I honestly think Mwisho had a real good reason by putting Munya up. He knows Munya is strong. He either wants Code to bounce or testing Munya against Uti.

He did not vote for him initially, he did his sums and thought the only way he can get Code or Uti out is by putting the strongest (so far) up.

Yes we know Munya will probably survive again but I can't blame them for putting him up every week with the hope that he might just be evicted. I mean he is a serious threat and I think they have realised that he might just win this thing and are now hoping that if they put him up weekly he might just not make it at some point.

Guys give Mwisho a break. He is just trying to get rid of the competition that's all. I wish he had saved Code and put Uti, Munya and himself for possible eviction. Now that would have been so interesting.

Thank God for the barn! Sheila is just hilarious! I wish she could win the money. I love how she gossips coz that's how I get to find out other stuff that we might not actually get to see.

I am happy that they played that clip of Lerato and Yacob's argument during the Nomination show coz some people did not believe her when she told Sheila that she actually did confront him.

Testing Munya against Uti is fruitless since there are three people up for nominations. It is either code or Uti leaving come this Sunday therefore if Mwisho did put up his nomination it would have worked in his favour and in all probality it will be either Code or Uti leaving.

Sorry to disappoint you, but for the most part Nigerians are not voting this bb. I was suprised to find out that none of my Nigerian friends here in Kenya care and they are just not voting. Last yr was crazy. One told me yesterday to go and see who's more on the bb website. She said some Nigerians are there, but majority are from Zimbabwe.

if only munya and 3 lips (uti) are up I see the rest of Africa voting for Munya and only Niger voting for uti just to spite the nigers

Playmate (Meryl) DS - she is learning something new everyday and is having fun everyday. reaction : something weird happened during her DS, she walked in sat doen and then bagng... that's all she said! Ntsoaki's goons must have pressed something

DHC (Uti) DS - surprised how Playmate and Ms Tears have bonded because of the task. has not thought of balet as an african thing. the house is getting quite when theres no task. he is learning about postures, amongst the guys it is bringing out the "fruityness". quite expected that he is nominated expect it weeks ago... hopes the horsemates have not gotten together to nominate him since this is the 3rd week and this is the funeral weekend. it feels funny that he's nominated. hopes africa doesn't use it as an excuse to get rid of him. hopefully he has done nothing to piss africa off. there's more changes of survival because there's 3 nominees. still having fun. doinmg this for the suppportes and fans

Ms Tears (Jen) DS – ballet is heir task and have 3 dances to complete each day.they are structuring the dance moves and it’s new with the guys trying to be feminine and co-ordinating their moves. Task is bringing about the ability tolearn new types of dance, new adventures and things they never thought they would do.she is not a trained dancer. Did ballet in primary school. Got the basics not background but it’s not so difficult. Feels vulnerable and not safe since the nominees got announced – (she is about to cry. Looking all teary)

Decided to have fun for the rest opf the week. Will see what is to come. Doesn’t want to leave. Because they are all here for the money. They learn so much about themselves each week so she doesn’t want to leave. Wishes to stay more. Waiting for Sunday to see what is to come will leave it all to God. Only God knows. They can only have fun and enjoy this opportunity. From the beginning of the show she has been very close to codey and some other housemates. Mwisho was close to sheyla and that is her biggest fear. OLD NUT (Code) DS – new task. Very interesting. Not his kind of thing but willing to learn new things every day. There’s a lot of togetherness, people are accepting each other. Doing something that they would not be stuff like flexing their legs. Appreciate ballet and thinks it is difficult. Doesn’t think he is flexible. Likes weight-lifting. Mwisho, kaone are flexible but it’s coming alright.
Meryl, jen and paloma have done ballet and are coming with the storyline. They are co-ordinating well and will nail this part of the show..

was expected to come up for nomination again. Question is do I go or stay. Would like to stay – they are getting closer to the speak out campaigh against poverty and he can relate to it. There’s lots of streetchildren in Malawi. Likes to be her a bit more, until the end but its up to Africa. Thinks it’s better you know that you know and can prepare but if you can switched oin sjnday it’s bad.
There’s a lot of strong characters and if people like the other person more than him, then he will be going. He is worried about getting out. Last time he is the 7th housemate and he wants to go further than then and if he leaves before 7th then there’s no progress. He’d rather be happy than worry.

NGO Queen (Paloma) DS – has been given a paper. Nothings new. New task. Has never done ballet before. Has seen movies with ballet. He did music not dance at school. It’s nice and coming up ok. Task is fun. Trying to work together. Nobody is shutting anybody’s ideas down. Have to polish it by tonight. Hopes the next dance will be exciting than ballet. Music is coming and not to dance to. Calms her down.

Nominations – mwisho might have saved himself to replace with his alliance. Thinks they should have nominated playmate and him so that they could see who he would have saved. If she is up for nominatiuons – Africa will save her and God too. Thankful for a second chance. It’s becoming a hard game everybody wants to be at the finale. Not reaching the finals worries her.

Her greatest fear is not to succeed the second time around. Doesn’t think she will go back to her country and be proud. She is trying but is fearful of not pleasing her fans and Ntsoaki. People that want to see her the second time around. Trying to entertain herself and be flexible. She complained about the task and went to bed but read something in a book.

Reaction: she is full of quotations! I can’t do this!

Ntsoaki told her to take off the gloves if she is lying down. She must ask the others to flex the gloves. Asked Ntsoaki to check on her mother.

Pathetic (Munya) DS – ballet is new. Was telling horsemates that he is scared of dancing cause he has the grace of a pencil since he has 3 left feet. The leg thing is crazy,. Has respect for the professionals. Thinks they are enjoying the task. People are being accused of being gay in conservative society and he is getting to experiment with things that he would never do. It’s nice seeing masculine men with beards doing a pirouette(sp) … it’s fun. They have grown to respect each other’s opinions and team work will work.

Nnominations – can’t say he was surprised. Is surprised that Code is nominated. Other than that its business as usual. Mwisho is not predictable unless women are involved. There’s a strong chance mwisho might have put him up. He doesn’t know why he is shocked that code is up. It made sense when he calculated who might have nominated code.

Worries – that he’ll go home and tell his son that he did not do better than the last time. The smoking also worries him. He is struggling with the smoking. Not doing better than he did the last time. He lasted a week with the smoking – after Sunday, it was igh pressure day and he cracked. Monday is the worst but he has not smoked a box like he usually does. Trying to cut down, has a ton of things in his mind.

Also worried about the person that he is. There are things he wants to change about his life and the game came before he could. People losing faith in him is hard for him. He told the psychologist before comimg into the house. He is always working and improving himself. All people are like that. This is him. With the help of ntsoaki and Africa, people made him feel guilty. They give him the look and that is how his son looks at him. Wishes he was perfect but unfortunately he is not

Nothing new. The task started with no arguments. Not easy. Can be done. They can try. Nothing much new. Fewer people but are getting along. Ballet is considered a girly dance and means bringing out the fruity side and feminine. The feet doesn’t matter but the upper body is a problem. They will get it done. They are doing their best.

He is comfortable with his safe and replace. The cshoice is the right ine for various reasons. He could have put someone more weaker against Uti but this is one where they will see would is resilient. Munya keeps bouncing back. The decision of the public will give a lot of info about what they are thinking. It was a proper tactical decision.

Worries about being evicted. Wants to see this to the end. As long as he gets up there that will show that he has done the best that he can do. He can be proud that he was there too the end. Be at the end.

No notebook and pencil for the bonus task.

Maybe FK. But you must remember that before Mdashe was in the house she also gave Yakie a very steamy welcome. So she was a free lancer.

Now that Mdashe is in the house she thinks she wont have that option of having smelly whenever she wants him.

Yakie and Lolo do fancy each other. The only problem is that there are way too many things that they do that irritate both of them.

ie. Yakie like to complain and strategise. He also doesnt come across as vocal when it matters, he allows himself to be a door- This annoyes lolo very much about yakie

Lolo- tends to come across as too opinionated and controlling. Very independent and self efficient- This annoys Yakie because he wants a typical housewife. The kind that says yes to everything a man says. The kind that doesnt mind being barefoot and pregnant in the kitchen all day.

Ok guys, I'm not Nigerian - so I'm not the authority in anything Nigerian..

I do have a family friend now based in SA who had her husband pass away whilst they are here. That was in June... According to my own expectations, I thought that it would take tops 3 weeks before the funeral. But boy, was I wrong... It took 4 months to make the preparations... Countless calls to Naija, UK, US and Canada... It all came together after 4 months. And get this, the wife and the kids did not even go to the final funeral in Naija. They went as far as the airport in Jo'burg. I never understood that whole thing at first because to me, family is family... But I've come to learn through mixing with a lot of different cultures that what you consider important somebody else does not consider it an issue...

Imagine what Muslims do, they burry the family member on the same day... Do you think a son in US will be able to fly down for a funeral? No!!! Does the son not love the passed on parent??? No... Who are we to comment and criticise on a culture we know nothing about? What gives us the right to say what is right and what is wrong in another house??? We are all Africans yes, but our cultures and beliefs are very different... I think we should use this as a chance to actually learn about Nigerian culture.
