Help a Sista;

I met this guy 6 months ago, the first time we went out on date he brought his friend along. It was kinda weird but I just played along. We decided to hook up two weeks later, it was great and nothing kinky happened…

He came over my place a couple of days later, he tried to kiss me and a foul smell came out of his month. I quickly excused myself. I thought he had eaten garlic or something earlier. I decided to give it another try a couple of days later… the same thing happened again. (The smell is unbearable. Not exaggerating)

We ended up doing it without kissing, weird hey.

I love this dude but I don’t have the guts to tell him that he smells awful, what do I do now? How should I tell him without hurting his feelings?

i can omagine the poor boy was scared that you might kidnap him...lol

  My advice is .... tell him that you are going to see the dentist to clean your teeth and ask him to accompany you there, and convince him on the way that he must also do it and be prepared to pay for both of you incase he tells you he forgot him medical-aid card ...lol

If you trully love him ( am not sure if he loves you it's not mentioned in your article) then tell him. Maybe he knows already since you did "it" without kissing .  You could make a few suggestions , make a dentist appointment for yourself and ask if he wants to tag along and maybe have his teeth checked also.

However if he has a dietry problem or digestion problems he might need to see the relevant specialist and maybe change his diet.

Whatever you do, do not offer him sweets or breath mints it will make it worse .  Been there it is the most sickening thing ever.

I am not suggesting anything or trying to be one of those guys who think all men are gay BUT no straight brother would want to bring a frnd along to a date esp a first date. Unless he was just not into you and wanted to pawn you off to his frnd. So he tried to kiss you, that of course cancels the "not into you" excuse which leaves one_____

Easy, ask the person when last they have been to the dentist. This bad breath thing is easy to cure just by visiting the dentist every six months or once in a year.

Right there lies the problem. Since you are doing it without kissing, it is going to be tough to convince him to see the dentist because he will be thinking that it is you who does not like to kiss before you do the deed. Anyway if he is serving your need then why complain, but you if are not happy why settle for less. If you lose him he won’t be last person you will ever see.

been there and got the T-shirt...I overlooked his bad breath coz i loved him...when we broke up....it was a sigh of relief on the bad breath part......if you love him and you can leave with that go ahead.....but try to find the guts to tell him I couldn’t...maybe he can get help

Hey turbo here iz my 2 cent advize, ask him 2 acompany (sp) u when u go 2 a dentist 4 cleaning and polishing...then u can advize him 2 do the same every 6 mnths...buy mouthwash and these expensive toothpaste like sensodyne.

I know people who visit Dentists, Gynaecologists, Podiatrists etc on a weekly basis and guess what?

I brush my teeth 2 times a day ie morning & evening. What is this flossing thing?

Most women have smelly vaginas and you don't hear us guys complain about it because taste is where the dirt is.

flossing is a VITAL part of caring for yo teeth coz your toothbrush cant reach certant areas cavities/ or between yo teeth after you been eating that mango/meat/or anything that hangs on yo teeth....so its important use  Dental Floss which is found RITE next to your toothbrushes and toothpastes at the supamaket...jus ask..its a bit expensive I'd say but buy it and it lasts longer adn some have that minty flavor on them....( in simple venec kuyintanjana eqinile esebhokisananeni elincane)

failing which you can use the old Cotton method...
Cotton must be stron rol it betwen yo forefinger and thub and start flossing..voila you will preserve yo teeth for a long time (combine this with daily brushing twice a day..and a visit to the dentist IDEALY TWICE A YEAR FOR HEALTHY TEETH..thats what dentists say...

Have tried flossing but my gums get swollen if I floss, told my dentist he said maybe am doing it wrong, but I've tried different ways, I always end up with painfull gums..
