Morning Mourners
Thanx tbm and Cande for last nites reaction and then update. lol

If I was lil Sies, I would tell her to exit the house this coming Sunday, voluntarily.  This will send a message to all potential idiots that violence is not tolerated.

But then again, lil sies has been tolerating this kind and other behaviour since season 1 so it will not be received well by vuil pop fans.

SHE IS VUIL

Mzamo crossed over to the darkside last nite folks. I cannot, will not tolerate destruction of property. You are absolutely corect FK. She should be made to walk. The fact that they tolerated Uti's outburst and had him glorified as a hero by SOME has left the impression with the likes of Mzamo that perhaps a blind eye will be turned EVERYTIME the h/mates go on a destructive binge!! I woke up and watched the tapes/pvr to see what went down. This woman has to talk to someone after this show, otherwise she might have to join the AA so early in her young life!!  What also irritates me is that Itai, sober as he was, kept on harping  even though Eddie was trying to ask him to keep quiet. I don't understand how he thot he could knock sense into a drunken fool! This, however,  DOES NOT CONDONE Mzamo in any shape or form, especially because she is no fool, rather quite intelligent when sober and ought to differentiate between right and wrong. Mzamo should be made to WALK, even at this late hour.

Segololo
26 Nov 2009 09:20

what happened?

GML
26 Nov 2009 09:25

@Sego:
She punched and cracked the glass on the door leading to the garden with her fist whilst fighting/arguing with Itai

Cande
26 Nov 2009 09:26

She went on an argument with Itai, i got in the middle of it.

Itai kept on trying to put some sence into her head, and her being the drunkard she is she wasnt listening. It went on and on and on with Itai talking to her about her drinking. She started pushing Itai and i LOLEd when Nkenna stood in front of her and said she must hit her first before she gets to Itai.

I thought Nkenna was going to take her down, but it was to block her from getting to Itai.
They managed to take her outside( Eddie & Emma) to try talk to her, but she wasnt listening. They closed the glass door and Emma tryied speaking some sense into her but she wasnt buying it.
She ended up breaking the glass door because she wanted to go inside to continue her "argument" with Itai.

Emma gave in and let her go inside the house, and Mzamo was summoned to the dairy room

Mathaz
26 Nov 2009 09:31

Mzamo is an embarrasement, Itai is right her behaviour is embarrasing, she went on and on about how she's acting like a man and Itai rightfully told her that men do not even behave the way she does.  SIES....

tjo! Vuilpop has moved from being one of y faves to being last... She needs to go!

Cande
26 Nov 2009 09:32

Emma suggested that they dont give her booze anymo, and just as Mzamo was about to walk in the diary room she heard that and started shouting at them from the dairy room door.. And Emma kept on saying "Just go inside the dairy room"..

They went on to say she is always like that when she is drunk, and she will probably wont remember tomorrow what had happened..
Nkenna said people should learn to sleep immediately when they feel tipsy.

I dont know what big brother said to Mzamo but apparently she was crying after that, i saw her later eating her food and it was kinda tense around her. that is when i slept

Mzamo is a disgrace, I am sorry. If alcohol makes you violent and cannot listen to other people just QUIT while you are ahead. She is not real at all. Everytime people tell her excatly who she is, she goes mad. If she drinks herself to a stupor and someone tells her she must accept that let people know that she doesn;t deny it. The other day Nkenna told her about her sexual ecapades and she got upset. I'm sorry she has lost my vote, she ain't smelling that cash. She must go to the AA, she was so drunk last night...........

Thesis: 26 Nov 2009 (Part 1 and 2)
Hi Hi Chief Mourners.

The last time I checked in on the house of the dead, late, departed, whatever, was on Monday night. But I did check out the updates. It seems to me as if Ghost Vuilpo is the only one who caused some action, controversial as it might be. I am the first one to say NO to violence, but I really don’t care for what happened in that house. That Naija midget is going to win anyway, whether Vuilpop is going to kill someone, drown in alcohol herself or drown someone else, he is going to win anyway. She and the Desert Midget are still my favourites.

The fact that Ghost Widow said that Africa is watching and listening just confirm what I have thought all along about the Wannabe but Never Will be Idol, she is obsessed with the cameras and Africa’s opinion. There is nothing real about her. I never liked her, will never like her. She is no chocolate, she is too sour for that. Just Lemon. I am not sure if the smart people invented the concept of black lemons yet, but for now she is just plain lemon.

As for Ghost Itai, did he develop a backbone and an opinion yet? No? Well, Swiss Meatballs also have no souls or hearts,.. just blend. Like Itai.

The last time I watched, only The Desert Ghost and the controversial Vuilpop entertained me. Ghost Nkenna was horizontal on the couch as usual. Nothing changed. I still can’t understand her. Since Vuilpop and the Desert Midget have no hope in hell to win, I am not voting. Not going to contribute to the MultiChoice Ass Kissing Fund for Naija.

@Dorkas: Can you please please ask the Mighty Naija Powers to get MultiChoice to NOT EVER AGAIN allow any Idol Rejects to get into that house. Can they please recreate a special reality series for them, House of Failed Dreams, Melodies and Lyrics or whatever. They can broadcast it in Mute. I think many of us will vote to get them off our TV screens. Naija and MultiChoice will surely make money from it.

See y’all at the next memorial service!

maddie
26 Nov 2009 12:03

Mzamo surely gave us something to talk about and trust me she did not do it for the cameras she was just being her drunk self.

people r so entertaining when drunk, I wish Nkenna should also drink some more but then she's also obsessed with what Africa thinks just like Emma.

I also think Mzamo has  a crush on Itai if u can all remember when the gals first came in to merge with the boys she was trying to get closer am not sure if Itai noticed that. I mean the way she likes picking up fights with him.

People relax, if the poor gal needs help she'll surely get it since she did not fake anything, we're not sure about the other housemates maybe nabo they need help but are hiding their addiction or true personality for that matter

Teeza
26 Nov 2009 12:29

Ja, I suppose drink does her a great service then, because I was trying to think back as I watched this morning. Can't remember her being effervescent and boisterous when sober. Eddie, who I want to win badly, entertains sober or drunk and makes me laugh. Puleeeezze folks, all battalions minus the other remaining countries. Let us vote vote and vote some more next week for Eddie. Just because Nigeria has deployed sum of it's multitudes Africawide does not mean we shud take this lying down. Don't want Hori, Itai, Midge, Vuilpop, or Widow (though I like her, but not for the mani) winning!! Desert Ghost for the 200 000.00!!!

Diary Sessions: Day 81

Housemates talk about last night's fight between Mzamo & Itai. Who was wrong? Should the two be evicted? and Whats the house like now that its close to the end? Here's what they had to say.

Kevin:- "The task is good..According to me it is a mission.....we are coping doing the task without two housemates....Last night's scandal came about because Mzamo was intoxicated and I think that's why she did what she did....I think Itai pushed her to the edge and she ended up using some strong words......I feel the punishment they have now is more adequate as compared to being evicted.....Every body feels Mzamo was wrong but the house is still going on with the task....I am wondering why Mzamo had to punch the glass door...I feel she went to the extreme.....If it was not in the house I feel there could have been a serious fight.....I think Mzamo should drink less and Itai should Talk less....I now keep myself busy by singing songs and making Jokes....I am eager to leave and talk to people outside....but at the same time I want to stay till the end."

Nkenna:- "I am well today..the task is going fine.....Last night I think there was a little misunderstanding between Itai and Mzamo.....Itai is a kind of person who expects things to go his way.....We just take an example of Eddy ...he is a kind of person who is at per with every one....Itai just insists on quarreling because he believes his is above every one...He has almost had problems with every one..Itai goes too far and uses his words to hurt people.....he never likes jokes to be made about him yet he makes them to other people....Itai can never keep quiet because he thinks he knows everything...I think Mzamo was just too hurt with what Itai told her....Itai just takes things too serious......The punishment will give Itai a chance to talk to her and they both will finally understand each other."

Emma:- "I am Ok today...I like the beading....Itai is always the victim of Mzamo's drunkenness....Itai got annoyed when Mzamo mistakenly Itai didn't give her a chance to talk....I do not think Itai is innocent ..in the first place he couldn't condemn her for drinking too much when she was drunk.....Mzamo is the coolest chick in the house and I have never had a problem with her...At a certain point I thought Itai was going to hit her.....If u have people who irritate you its better to ignore them......the punishment is good for them....they will learn and will not do it again...I enjoy being a prison guard....I am a bit worried because I am up....I want to be amongst the last five...the finalists! ...the thing I will not do is to let evictions affect me....if i have to do anything i will do it and continue to be me.."

Edward:- "I am Ok today......the whole incident of Itai and Mzamo was not good.....It think it has just been a long time beef between them that they wanted to settle.....Itai said some nasty things to her and she got upset.....Lifting your hand against a woman is not really in my book of life.....I talked to both of them to calm down the situation....I have never been is such a situation so I did not know how to handle it.....I just make sure I do not step on any ones toes....I was better for Itai to just walk away but is seems he liked the fight....I pray that the punishment helps them to speak about things.....I will give them one cigarette so they can share so as to make it more fun."

Itai:- "I do not remember what exactly happened last night ...I guess I must have said something or she said something...Mzamo really got upset...I was not going to hit her when i lifted my hand...I did not intend to do any thing to her......shouting at was not good because she is like a younger sister to me.....things got more worse<

hlobimk
26 Nov 2009 15:46

Diary Sessions: Day 81

Mzamo:- "I am feeling very tired and shocked......I was just pushed to high point where there was no return though my fellow housemates tried to cool the situation....It was just a matter of listening to me ....In the situation Itai felt he was superman.....All the housemates tried to support me in that situation....I am sorry for the broken glass...I just hope the punishment helps us get to the bottom of things.....In this situation I have manged to see people get around me. I'd like to say to Africa that im not a violent person."

Teeza
26 Nov 2009 16:25

"I was just pushed.......no return" Wow, pull the other one. Who pushed her where? When do we begin to take responsibility and when is it the other person's fault? Maybe I'm a cow, but.....

WhiteSockGirl
26 Nov 2009 17:38

Like always,...  Africa would take all the blame and put on the woman.  We are just like that.   I watched the diary sessions, and the rest of the ghosts were almost of one opinion that they are both to blamed, that Itai has a nasty way of words, and that Mzamo was drunk.

Itai is just the MAN.  He has a certain idea of how African woman should behave, and that his opinion is the right one. The fact that he pushed her, that he insulted her, and that he physically threatened her,  of course will be forgiven and forget. But the drunken woman will be blamed.  Always.

How lovely the African gender politics.  How predictable.

FK
26 Nov 2009 19:14

@WSG  how have you been?  Have you settled in now, unpacked and emptied all the boxes?  Missing You

I hear what you are saying and fully agree with you however, my earlier comments were about Mzamo's behaviour not becuase she is a woman simply becuase I like her and there is a lot of potential that needs to be unearthed in her.  As for Itai, who is he? I don't like him.  He does not exist in my BBA world.

Now vuilpop has captured me, vuil or drunk or sober.  There is something about her that makes me like her and dislike her (all at once)  I have taken a liking for this vuil pop and found her sitting on my top 3 finalist (bottom of the top 3 ofcourse) but at least she made it.

She is a brilliant gal, she needs to work on her drinking.  I wanted lil SIES to evict her so she can learn from this and turn her life 180 degrees.  We both know that she is not getting the moolah, so she needs to leave the house with a lesson and this would have been a good wake up call for her.

I did a recap sometime ago (I think it was who killed sheila task) and mentioned that she is very smart and well knowledgeable but lack communication / debating skills.  She can go far.  She must just clean up her act.

As for Itai - who is Itai?  After 81 days in the house, I still have not found anything interesting about this dude.  The only question I have for him is Masters in what?  He is one immatured dude acting all that.  The only thing he does right is being the swiss chicken.

So to answer you, Itai is also wrong, but he should know better.  His annoying behaviour does not come from his drunken state - he is like that nje sober, so I don't think there is anything out there to help him.  He first needs to realise that he is NOT all that.

Teeza
26 Nov 2009 19:27

Mea culpa Bitchy on my part. I shud have stated that I expect peeps of whatever gender, it's immaterial to me. No excuse but maybe violent acts repulse me to the core. Mind you, violence comes in many guises I suppose.  I expect grown ups to take responsibility therefore for their actions and yes, Itai used verbal attack on Mzamo. He is 100% responsible for his part in the fracas. Mzamo? just as responsible for her part. FK babe, I think I heard him mention MA in Govt. He wants to be a politician moss. Suits him to the tee, me thinks.

Tshd21
26 Nov 2009 19:43

Itai might have pushed Mzamo to the limit, knowing that she is drunk and will jump the gun. But if anything, Itai proved just what kind of a man he is because Mzamo pushed him, and instead of also getting physical, He walked away...

Besides, what Itai said is exactly what all the housemates have been saying about Mzamo, most of them behind her back. I  love Mzamo but she should just be sober more that she is drunk, period!!

FK
26 Nov 2009 19:49

FK babe, I think I heard him mention MA in Govt. He wants to be a politician moss. Suits him to the tee, me thinks.
Ok, that makes sense.  He needs to be a "blue fighter" so he can fight the system.  he he he, he does not want to look like one of the leaders who was assaulted in 2007.  I can't forget his disfigured face lying in hospital.

WhiteSockGirl
26 Nov 2009 20:03

Hi FK!

My housing situation is not ideal, to put it lightly. I can’t still believe that I have trees to tend to. What is next? Planting flowers? I usually just get them from a shop. Who can deal with all that responsibility,... keep other living organisms alive. And then there is the dust. The ever dust. This is one ugly town. Not even the alcohol can color it likeable.

As for the Itai and Vuilpop situation. It just twist my g-string the wrong way when some peeps want to stuff us in the ‘this is how a REAL African woman should behave’ box, as if we are not individuals, as if we are not allowed to have our unique personalities. And then my twisted g-string gets an extra tug if people would condone that narrow-minded notion,... and a third tug if women support that narrow-minded notion. All in all, I would end up with a very twisted g-string, thus not a comfortable situation,...

FK
26 Nov 2009 20:20

ahhhh - just take off that damn twisted g string - very foni.

What are chances of getting a thesis tonite?

dorothy777
26 Nov 2009 20:28

It would appear someone has selective memory. Uti's behaviour  (BBA 2)
was not tolerated by the organizers of BBA. He was evicted one week  after he destroyed some items in the house.

Some comments show that  some regulars who should know better have been commenting on an incident they either did not watch because of graveside duties or from a biased angle. I did see what happened. While I will in no way condone destruction of property and of the opinion that the cost of repairing the glass door should come from Mzamo's moneypot, Itai was the instigator of the violence. Violence comes in different forms. It is not just physical.

Briefly what happened was: Mzamo was talking, Itai was not listening and she complained. The next thing was for Itai to tell her that while they were discussing a serious issue she was drinking like a mad woman. Was this necessary? Every other action and reaction followed from Itai's verbal abuse. Mzamo did not start it, neither did she abuse him. And this was why both of them were punished by Bigbrother. Mzamo did not just go beserk because she was drunk.

The point is that Itai thinks so highly of himself, offers very little entertainment and will be out this Sunday. He has picked quarrels with Elizabeth, Nkenna, Geraldine and Mzamo at one time or the other because his tolerance level is very low. He is in the wrong show.
