The SABC especially SABC1, is so so boring these days...they keep on bringing the old shows. for example SOCIETY gals is coming next week tuesday, I am so not looking forward to the show as it will only bring boredom to my life! Y dnt they fire those people who are tired of doing the job and hire volunteers who will do excellent jobs without payment if they dnt wanna pay salaries? IS THIS WHAT WE PAY TV LICENCES FOR? I am a student but when a had to buy my TV for ERez...I had to pay for a TV Licence!
Same applies to DStv
Would sum1 plz tell me why the person who
writes the DStv programme information, which appears on your screen when you press the "i" button on your remote control, still has a job? the grammar is that of a 10 year old, the spelling is awe-inspiring and too many times I have come across the previous week or even month's programme information.
I've laboured over this, and the simple explanation must be a severe case of dyslexia, and for fear of discrimination lawsuit, they, keep this person around at our expense!
What I want to findout is if such information ibhalwa ngubani, isn't there a possiblity that they'd hire sumbody else who is passionate and willing to do the job?
and lastly ... Remote controls always get lost...y doesnt the manufacturers of the DVDs think of putting a subtitile button on the DVD Machine? Its no fun havin to listen to a polish movie without having to read the english subtitles because the remote control is nowhere to be found!
