TVSA and Snaparazzi co-editor Tashi Tagg appeared in two live news broadcasts on DStv's eNews channel on Tuesday 7 July, discussing the Michael Jackson Public Memorial Service as it unfolded live in Los Angeles.

Her knowledge and expertise in the field of online pop culture was the reason for her invitation, to give analysis of the global phenomenon that is Michael Jackson, and the impact his life and death has had on popular culture.

The memorial service was held at the Staples Centre in Los Angeles, starting at 19h00 South African time.

Tashi appeared live on air during the 17h00 and 20h00 news broadcasts on eNews channel, DStv channel 403.

Updated after the event

Video's of the inserts, as they were broadcast on TV: the first at 17h00 and the second which happened later - during the Memorial.
