A new series that journey's round the world to meet people who's lives have been changed by a moment in time with an animal. Encounters include: a zoo visitor getting too close a polar bear cage, an angry elephant that rampages against her trainer and a deep sea diver who gets up close and personal with a giant octopus.

The show includes CGI to show the flashpoints of the action.

Animal Cops: Houston 11
Premiere date: Monday, 16 February 2009 at 23h00
Runs weeknights at 23h00

The Houston team of Animal Cops return for a new, eleventh season.


Earthquake: Panda Rescue

Premiere date: Sunday, 22 February 2009 at 20h00

A special that looks at the conseqeunces on the Panda population during the 2008 earthquake in China.

China's Centre for Conservation and Research of the Giant Panda in Wolong was near the epicentre of China's 2008 earthquake.

The special follows the impact it had on the Panda's, looks at how the centre is coping and what's being done for them now.
