We’ve done it!!!!Oh yes we’ve done!TVSA year end function was such a success its not even hilarious.


I want to take this moment to thank everyone who was part of this successful event. I want to start by thanking Tashi for not brushing off our idea as a crazy one, for listening to me fumble trying to explain to her what I wanted to. For all the advices and ideas you gave us during the whole organizing process. THANK YOU VERY MUCH

I want to send a big thank you to my FRIEND Harambe.I know mokgotsi gore I dragged you to this but hey, there was no better person to help me do this than you, our fabolousity helped us get through this. We discussed this over drinks not knowing what we were getting ourselves into. I have no enough words to thank you my friend. Your efforts, the petrol we spend going to meetings where people just didn’t pitch, the money we spend on phone calls. MY FRIEND,WA ROCKA!!!!!

Carino,gal I have no enough words to thank you, you are so fab!!!Thank you gal for getting us sponsorship from Hunters, oh yeh we gazolled a hell lot of Hunters , all chanas were happy. Thank you!!!!!

TDC, thank you for agreeing to be our MC at the eleventh hour,thank you for filling up for me, Carino and Harambe when we sneaked out to take a bath during the event!!! Thanks bofsssss

Boy what an evening………. Lets start with the formalities:
1. Big ups to the Organizing Team, the party and after party was a huge success…..Thank you guys, your hard work is appreciated….. Let’s do it again in 2009…..Maybe this time in Cape town????? If Bra B and Carino can drop everything just to see us, we certainly can return the favour next year…..So Bloggers start saving…..
2. Big Thanks to the sponsors
a. Hunter’s dry thank you for getting everyone at Fountains “Drunk” if it was not for you, TDC would have never threw a tantrum……
b. TV Plus, thank you very much for the free Afrikaans version on the magazine copy which I didn’t get, then again I don’t know how to read Afrikaans….
c. Cosmopolitan – thanks for the free copies of the magazine, which I still didn’t get….Kanti why didn’t I receive a copy?....LOL
3. In spite of him being robbed of his cellphone few hours b4 he got to fountains, he still made it to the party – Thanks Sobza…….
4. Thanks to all those that said they were coming but didn’t come – you were all not so missed…….

I got to Fountains past 5 and it was really not hard to spot the TVSA crew, the area was demarcated like a police crime scene, with Hunter’s dry umbrellas and other advertising material…. When I got there the first thing I spotted was Renegade’s cheap food containers……Rene, please talk to Cande, I noticed at her house that she had plenty of Tupperware, maybe she can hook you up with a few containers……LOL

Ok, I’m lying the first thing I saw was Garth surrounded by a bunch of monkies aka groupies…… Everyone wanted to take a pic with him (or was it him who wanted to take pics with everyone?)as a result our demarcated area was almost taken over by hungry groupies….Big up’s to Garth and Jax for gracing our party……

Harambe and Ms Hunters (Cande) were all over the show……. Cande when did you get appointed as the Hunter’s Dry distributor? Every time I saw you, you were delivering a 6-pack of hunters to anyone who wanted one….
Belz – thanks for feeding us……

The strangest thing that happened was when Monchooza took pics of everyone’s toes…..Monchooza you need to move out of Tembisa ASAP……lol…….by the way I only learned on Sunday morning that your date was your sister…..all along I thought she was your wife!!!!!!!!!

Harambe would make a good wife…….when his “friends” arrived, he acted like a domestic type, and fed them food, shim was in his/her element…… Harambe I thought you said you were useless when it comes to the kitchen? Or you were just trying to impress a certain gentleman wearing a white vest 2 size smaller?

After TDC threw his tantrum, he retired by drinking his beer alone until a certain blogger arrived….Tjo, THE DIVA of the DAY came alive when this blogger arrived……Did I hear later TDC complaining to Sobza about his mouth being dry???????????

The party really came alive when the DJ finally fixed his sound……..Thanks Edgar for assisting in that department….. oh no I’m lying, the party came alive when Lady D arrived with hard core alcohol – not hunter’s dry…. I swear her mission was to get everyone drunk….And I must say, mission accomplished!!!!!!!

Stro, Porsch, Belz, Sobza, Cande’s body guards were dancing like they took lessons from 3sum…… Cande I saw one of your bodyguard

hi there i was there but had to to leave early so i did not introduce my self.

i will bring a pic to prove it-fountains was packed and your hunter's dry umbrellas made is it easy to spot you guys.  there were about four to five guys with dreads and when i left there was a young lady wearing a short denim skirt with a jacekt and heels.

the party was still not on when i left but hunters dry bottles were all over,  i will bring the pic i took tomorrow just to show i was there.

Boy what an evening………. Lets start with the formalities:
1. Big ups to the Organizing Team, the party and after party was a huge success…..Thank you guys, your hard work is appreciated….. Let’s do it again in 2009…..Maybe this time in Cape town????? If Bra B and Carino can drop everything just to see us, we certainly can return the favour next year…..So Bloggers start saving…..
2. Big Thanks to the sponsors
a. Hunter’s dry thank you for getting everyone at Fountains “Drunk” if it was not for you, TDC would have never threw a tantrum……
b. TV Plus, thank you very much for the free Afrikaans version on the magazine copy which I didn’t get, then again I don’t know how to read Afrikaans….
c. Cosmopolitan – thanks for the free copies of the magazine, which I still didn’t get….Kanti why didn’t I receive a copy?....LOL
3. In spite of him being robbed of his cellphone few hours b4 he got to fountains, he still made it to the party – Thanks Sobza…….
4. Thanks to all those that said they were coming but didn’t come – you were all not so missed…….

I got to Fountains past 5 and it was really not hard to spot the TVSA crew, the area was demarcated like a police crime scene, with Hunter’s dry umbrellas and other advertising material…. When I got there the first thing I spotted was Renegade’s cheap food containers……Rene, please talk to Cande, I noticed at her house that she had plenty of Tupperware, maybe she can hook you up with a few containers……LOL

Ok, I’m lying the first thing I saw was Garth surrounded by a bunch of monkies aka groupies…… Everyone wanted to take a pic with him (or was it him who wanted to take pics with everyone?)as a result our demarcated area was almost taken over by hungry groupies….Big up’s to Garth and Jax for gracing our party……

Harambe and Ms Hunters (Cande) were all over the show……. Cande when did you get appointed as the Hunter’s Dry distributor? Every time I saw you, you were delivering a 6-pack of hunters to anyone who wanted one….
Belz – thanks for feeding us……

The strangest thing that happened was when Monchooza took pics of everyone’s toes…..Monchooza you need to move out of Tembisa ASAP……lol…….by the way I only learned on Sunday morning that your date was your sister…..all along I thought she was your wife!!!!!!!!!

Harambe would make a good wife…….when his “friends” arrived, he acted like a domestic type, and fed them food, shim was in his/her element…… Harambe I thought you said you were useless when it comes to the kitchen? Or you were just trying to impress a certain gentleman wearing a white vest 2 size smaller?

After TDC threw his tantrum, he retired by drinking his beer alone until a certain blogger arrived….Tjo, THE DIVA of the DAY came alive when this blogger arrived……Did I hear later TDC complaining to Sobza about his mouth being dry???????????

The party really came alive when the DJ finally fixed his sound……..Thanks Edgar for assisting in that department….. oh no I’m lying, the party came alive when Lady D arrived with hard core alcohol – not hunter’s dry…. I swear her mission was to get everyone drunk….And I must say, mission accomplished!!!!!!!

hi there i was there but had to to leave early so i did not introduce my self.

i will bring a pic to prove it-fountains was packed and your hunter's dry umbrellas made is it easy to spot you guys.  there were about four to five guys with dreads and when i left there was a young lady wearing a short denim skirt with a jacekt and heels.

the party was still not on when i left but hunters dry bottles were all over,  i will bring the pic i took tomorrow just to show i was there.
