SAFTA Awards are happening later this year and the National Film And Video Foundation - who organise the event - are looking for a SAFTAs assistant.

National Film and Video VacancyPosition: SAFTAs Assistant (Fixed Term Contract)
Reporting to: SAFTAs Coordinator
Job Purpose: To provide general administration support to the SAFTAS Coordinator
Key Responsibilities• General administration support
• Liaising with the SAFTA's judges
• Delivering of tapes to the judges
• Report writing
• Liaising with the entrants for SAFTA
Requirements• Minimum of two years relevant working experience
• General office administration
• Must have a valid Drivers License and own car
• Knowledge and understanding of training and bursaries
• Customer service orientation
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Computer literacy
• Attention to detail and customer service orientation
• Planning skills and the ability to work well under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and organizing skills
