ConclusionsThe obvious question at the end of any season of TAR is, "Did the best team win?". Tyler & James were the best team when it came to finishing each leg well. They won three legs, which is more than anyone else, and on average finished better than any other team with the exception of Peter & Sarah, who at one stage had a better track record than the models.
When it came to their performance throughout the episode, Tyler & James weren't always the best-performing team as they had a tendency to fall behind early on and then catch up, rather than have a consistent performance throughout the episode. However, by the end of the race they were overall the best-performing team.
So it's probably a fair assessment that the "best" team did win this season of the Amazing Race.
