In Monday night's final Dans! Dans! Dans! result show:

Tears of joy and disappointment flowed in Carnival City’s Mardi Gras Theatre on Monday night (24 March) when two dancers had to bow out of the competition, a week before the grande finale.

Casey Swales (19) from Durban North and Rachelle D’Artnall (24) from Northriding, Randburg, were eliminated after receiving the least number of votes from the public in the official voting period.

Henk Opperman (17) and Nicole McCreedy (28) were chosen by the voting public to compete against Yarisha Singh (27) and Andile Ndlovu (19) in the grande finale, coming up this Saturday (29 March) at 20h00.

As usual, the contestants had the opportunity to pick their favourite dancer from Saturday night’s show. The winner of this ballot can choose between two prizes: a 109cm plasma TV or the opportunity to pick their own dance style for the next spectacular. The winner was Casey, who chose the plasma TV.

The prize the final four will be competing for: R100 000 in cash, a Citroën C1, a one year Planet Fitness membership, a Nike gift hamper, a Corenergy course worth R92 000 and a dance production with Cape Town’s top dance academy, JazzArt.

Now the public needs to choose the winner. The voting lines opened on Monday night (24 March) after the live results show and will stay open until Saturday night’s live finale.

The voting details are as follows:

Henk Opperman

Nicole McCreedy

Andile Ndlovu

Yarisha Singh
To vote for Yarisha phone her unique number, 086 22 777 02, or SMS her name to 34084.

Each SMS costs R2 and free minutes do not apply. Calls are charged at standard rates. Viewers can vote up to 100 times via telephone or send 100 sms’s per day for their favourite contestant from Monday 24 March to Saturday 29 March.

Viewers can also vote once per day for one guy and one girl on www.kyknet.co.za/dans at no charge. This week one voter will win dance classes from Fred Astaire worth R5 000.

Saturday's finale will be 90-minutes long and will include guest appearances by the Top 14 and singer Kurt Darren.

Ticket for the spectaculars are on sale at Computicket at R40 each.
