Well the last weeks events has really got everyone talking. Why did Tatiana not save herself and sacrifice Richard? Was it Love or Strategy?

When BB just started Tatiana just about threw herself at all the men in the house. She watched each response but at the same time cleverly calculated which housemate would create the most desired result from the viewers. First it looked like it could be Max but shortly thereafter she realised, being an actress and understanding the dynamics with shows like soap opera’s, that Richard would be the one. It was bound to create an atmosphere of “will they” or “wont they” amongst the viewers. She made her move.

During the weeks that followed Tatiana was very careful in everything she wore (those skimpy outfits), the way she danced and the way she interacted with the rest of the house. She was most careful with her interaction with Richard. She played the role of mistress to the tee and was careful enough when starting arguments to always appear the victim. The card she played was the abused and disrespected woman with most arguments revolving around “Don’t speak to me like that”

Richard has been up for eviction 4 times and survived each one after being nominated against the likes of Max and Meryl. Tatiana mentioned on the Sunday that Code was evicted that the viewers must like what they are doing to still keep him in the house. Tatiana knows that Richard is a strong player and that he will probably win BB.

The trump card she now plays is to not save herself out with Richard but to rather leave the nominations as they stand. Why the trump card. Simple. By doing this many of the Richard fans now believe that she is totally “in love” with Richard to the extent that she would sacrifice herself for him. Not True.

Tatiana is not as dumb as she would have us believe. She understands the game and knows that Maureen with her Blah Blah Blah had no chance of surviving the evictions after Code’s eviction that Maureen was the weakest link. Tatiana keeping herself in the house was in her mind a safe bet but also a ploy to win over the viewers.

Has it worked, Most definitely. One only has to read the threads and the sms strap for assurance. Richard fans now believe all the more that they are “in love”.

Well now it a straight out fight to the end. Tatiana is now up against Richard and Ofuneka. She now also knows that she is popular in the house as she has survived 2 evictions herself one of which was against Max.

What is the game plan now? Discredit Richard as much as possible from now on in however she nees to be careful enough not to anger Richards fans.

With Richard being married Tatiana knows that in the end the chances are pretty good that Africa will not allow him to win due to what viewers may feel is immorality. So she feels she stands a good chance against Richard and Offuneka.

Does she need the money? Probably not and I believe that she only entered BB to further her career and to become “famous”. This will assist her with further roles in film, tv and advertising not to mention modelling. Furthermore when entering BB she was engaged to a casino magnet with whom she lived for the last two years.

Tatiana has played a calculated game from the onset and has played not only the HM but the viewers as well.

Does she derver to win?

If BB truly believed that nothing untoward happened on Saturday then why were the HM offered to see a psychiatrist? The HM only apologized for over indulgence and nothing more. Since when does someone need to see a psychiatrist after excessive drinking.

BB is rated 16NL and in their statement they mention this and that parental control can and should be used. What transpired on Saturday Afternoon was most definitely not 16NL but rather 18SNL and one can almost add violence to that depending on your viewpoint. The producers could see what was happening however they continued to show the live footage. This is an indication that they were more interested in their ratings and gaining further viewers as well as votes in the final weeks of the show. The producers only chose to remove the cameras from the bedroom and focus on an empty garden once all events had transpired and the paramedics were brought in.

Richard has full recollection of what happened on Saturday because on Tuesday he threatened to finger Tatiana and Ofunneka during an argument. Someone would not make a statement like this out of the blue in an argument without making reference to a previous event.

More proof that Richard remembers is that he has full recollection of events as they transpired before and shortly after the event. He even recalls the paramedics entering the room and asking the one paramedic to kiss him on the cheek. Richard was also drunk as he also passed out in the diary room however due to the fact that he does remember in detail what transpired one has to conclude that he was in control of his actions.

If Ofunneka does remember what happened, then she is not bringing it out in the open yet. One must remember that they are isolated in the house and have no idea what the viewers see or think. It would be a big risk at this late stage of the game, and in the final race to win $100 000, to say anything as this could jeopardise her chances of winning especially knowing that Richard has survived so many evictions. This would also destroy Tatiana with whom she is friends. Bringing it out in the open would be going against both Richard and Tatiana.

The question now has to be asked that if she does indeed remember does that make her consenting. The answer is simple. Would she have done or allowed this selfish act to be done had she not been intoxicated especially with Tatiana lying on the bed next to Richard and herself. NO. Therefore she was not consenting.

Alcohol is sometimes used as an excuse for unacceptable behavior. When a man sexually assaults an acquaintance, he is seen as less responsible for his actions if he was drunk. Our societal double standard, however, results in the woman being seen as "to blame" for the assault if she was intoxicated. In addition, victims who were drinking when they were sexually assaulted tend to have more feelings of self-blame. It is important to remember that no one deserves to be sexually assaulted. Choosing to drink alcohol should not be equated with choosing to be sexually assaulted.

According to law, a person who is unconscious (passed out), or incapacitated, whether from alcohol, drugs, or illness, cannot give consent to sex. Therefore, if sexual contact occurs, it is sexual assault. When there is any uncertainty about<

Thank you Realist. I was at home the whole day on Saturday with my tv tuned permanently to Channel 198 and saw it all. It is very unfortunate that a lot of people who never saw what happened are giving various versions of the incident.

While I believe that Offuneka had no business taking 7 shots of Vodka along with other alcoholic drinks on an empty stomach, the organizers erred in two ways.

The show is rated 16NL and what we saw was was 18SNL. Richard went completely beserk and a very concerned viewer sent in an sms to cage Richard before he assaulted Offuneka. This was not done. Even after all the distasteful act Richard carried out, it took the hysterical cries of Maureen before Richard was caged. To me what happened on Saturday was sexual assault and Richard knew exactly what he was doing. He was even laughing while doing it. His assault even started from the sitting room not the bedroom. Even before the scene in the bedroom that most viewers are talking about, there was another scene before that. Richard was lying on the bed between Tatiana and Offuneka. He was facing Tatiana. He then put one of his arms backwards, pulled at Offuneka's pants and put his fingers inside her. As I mentioned earlier, this happened before the main scene everyone is talking about.

The organizers of the show also erred in the length of time it took them to send in paramedics to take care of the ladies. they could have choked on their vomit and we would have had a tragedy on our hands in the name of entertainment. Even when the paramedics arrived, they stood for a brief moment as if enjoying what was happening between Richard and Offuneka.

All in all, I hope after this show comes to an end, the regulatory authiorities will draw boundaries with this type of show. In addition, some countries may want to discourage their citizens from participating using the country's name. They can do so as private citizens. As a Nigerian I was traumatized. I only had breakfast the whole of Saturday and only had dinner on Sunday following the incident. Reading the various false versions has further traumatised me and up till now, I am still very sad.

I am not saying Offuneka should win but it would be a very sad day for me if Richard wins. His overall behaviour in the BB house has been trully apalling.
