It begins with a kiss….

Since Ridge’s heart attack, Steph has done a complete turn around in her attitude towards Brooke. She gave her half of Forrester Creations, accepted her and welcomed her into the family and is basically going all out to re-unite Ridge with his Logan.

Ridge, on the other hand was desperately trying to win Brooke back on his own and what better way than to put her in the very environment where the passion and fire between them was ignited in the past. That’s right, Forrester Creations and the return of the very successful Brooke’s Bedroom line. If only they could work together, him designing sexy lingerie and Brooke being his model, his muse as he calls her, then the fireworks will really begin between them, Ridge thinks to himself.


Well as it turns out, things went exactly as Ridge predicted, well not exactly but almost, the only stumbling block this time, not being Stephanie but rather Brooke’s fiancé, sailor boy Nicky. He did not want Brooke anywhere near dressmaker Forrester, he didn’t want her modeling underwear for the guy but Brooke insisted she was not vulnerable to Ridge, she could handle him and his mother, things are different she kept tying to convince him, yeah right Brooke, who’s fooling who?

Meanwhile, Forrester Creations was in full swing for the fashion show, re-launching Brooke’s Bedroom line. Ridge tried all the tricks in the book to get that spark back with Logan but she wasn’t budging, she was very vulnerable to him, there’s no question about that but she was strong enough to keep things professional even if she was in the sexiest underwear in front of Ridge while he made sure the delicate garments were a perfect fit.


He even flaunted the fact in front of Nick that with him and Brooke working together, they were achieving the desired results to which Nick rightly pointed out how turned on Ridge must be designing underwear for Brooke.


The day of the fashion show was drawing near and the theme of the show was “It begins with a kiss”, Ridge had a plan that when Brooke models the showstopper and he goes out and meets her at the end of the runway, he will kiss her right there in front of the press but more importantly in front of Nick.

It was the day of the Forrester fashion show, Nick was very nervous, he just wanted Brooke to do her thing and get the hell out of there, he didn’t like any of this but what is he supposed to do, force her out of her own company?

Meanwhile, Brooke’s dad, Stephen knew that Ridge was up to no good. He went searching in Brooke’s office looking for clues to what Ridge could possibly be up to. Jackie met him in the office and when they came across the program of the show and saw the theme and that Brooke was modeling the showstopper, the two put two and two together and went in search of Brooke to warn her of Ridge’s intentions.

Off course Brooke thought her father was smoking something, Stephanie and Eric intervened and told Stephen to get out, the show is about to start.

Ridge’s lingerie line was a huge success with the audience as the models got applause after applause but when Brooke stepped out in her first piece, they went mad. Believe it or not, this old bird still has a great body which would put a lot of the younger models to shame and she was showing it off to the world, Nick was sitting right in front, hating every minute of everyone ogling his fiancé but he said nothing.


As Brooke modeled the showstopper, the music that played was Ridge and Brooke’s song “Unforgettable”, Ridge was really pulling out all the stops here. As everyone stood and applauded, all the other models walked out onto the runway and finally Ridge came out, before Brooke could say anything, he french kissed her right there in front of everybody and she kissed him right back but afterwards looked worriedly in Nick’s direction.

Two Forrester sisters, one hot Italian hunk!

Dante has always been inlove with Bridget Forrester, he flew halfway around the world to be with her only to find her head over heels inlove with Nick Marone. When things didn’t work out between Bridget and Nick, Dante thought the time was ripe for him and Bridget to get together, they were already playing happy family with him having a son with Felicia.


Unfortunately for Dante, when things between him and Bridget started getting hot and heavy and they were in bed together about to have sex, he did the one thing most guys wouldn’t dream of doing, he reached out into the drawer and took out something.

At first Bridget thought her guy was being very responsible, probably taking out a condom but no, Dante took out a velvet box containing an engagement ring and right then and there before they even had sex, he proposed to her. Only in the soapies you’ll find guys like this, no way is a guy gonna interrupt a sexual encounter to propose to a girl, not in real life surely?

What does stupid Bridget go do? She rejects his marriage proposal. Judging by Dante’s face, his hard on must’ve disappeared as well. Is this girl out of her friggin mind, a hot dude proposes to her before sleeping with her and what does she do, pine for her wrinkly husband who has the hots for her mom?

Well Dante was desperate, if Bridget wasn’t gonna marry him, he will find another woman who will be only too willing to share his bed, his heart and his life. What better woman than the mother of his son Dino, Felicia Forrester, she might not be Bridget but she was a Forrester afterall!

Things were getting hectic between the two in any case, Felicia posed nude for him as he sculpted away and when Bridget came across them, she didn’t like it in the least but Felicia asked her point blank, does she want Dante or not, to which she replied that “no she wasn’t ready to move in that direction”. Felicia took that to mean that she could have a go at him, I’m sure Dante must’ve felt like a piece of meat as the two sisters discussed him right there in his presence.

Felicia wasted no time in getting things going with Dante, she’s a cancer survivor afterall which means,she lives life for the present. One evening as she and Dante were having an intimate discussion, Dante took out that same velvet box and proposed to Felicia, it’s a second hand ring which wasn’t meant for her, she knew that but hey, beggars can’t be choosers, a ring’s a ring right?


The two were now engaged and were celebrating their engagement, champagne, kisses and naturally sex.

Unknown to them, Bridget was having second thoughts and she was discussing them with her colleague, Dr Christian Ramirez. He encouraged her to go after Dante and make it known that she suddenly has very strong feelings for him.


When Bridget got to Dante’s place, thank goodness he was alone, she started telling him how she feels and he tried to get a word in, to tell her about his engagement to Felicia but he never got the chance because right then, Bridget’s cellphone rang and it was Felicia, naturally she couldn’t wait to tell her sister she was engaged to Dante. Bridget had a devastated look on her face but she quietly congratulated Felicia while looking at Dante.

It ends with a kiss….

As you can imagine after the runway kiss shared between Ridge and Brooke, Nick was not a happy chappy. He took his fiancé aside and the two of them got into it in one of the offices. Nick was mad as hell, “how could Brooke allow this” he demanded, “what was she supposed to do”, she argued, “smack Ridge right there in front of the press”? “That would’ve worked for him”, Nick snapped back.


They went on and on arguing, Brooke tried to justify it all by saying it was just a marketing strategy, to get the fashion world talking, sales for the line will soar through the roof after this, the kiss meant nothing to her, she loves him and only him, she tried to soften Nick.

That evening they slept apart, Nick at the boat and she in the mansion. Was Ridge’s plan working? He came to see Brooke to celebrate their success but Brooke wasn’t in the mood for Ridge, she was worried about Nick. Later after Ridge left, Nick phoned Brooke, (after Jackie had convinced her son to make amends) and the two eventually kissed and made up.

In the days following the kiss, Brooke was determined to make things right with Nick and when he mentioned that she had 2 strikes against her already, the first being her forgiving Ridge after he violated her and the second being the kiss, he told her bluntly that he will not tolerate a third strike. Brooke knew that Nick’s patience had run out and she had to show him that she loved him and wanted only him. She set about making plans to have dinner with Ridge at the private dining room.

Dinner, at the private dining room you ask? Their special place? Isn’t that defeating the purpose?


Well at it turns out, it was Brooke’s goodbye to Ridge. She had it all planned out in the finest detail. They were both dressed up, romantic music was playing by the pianist, candles were lit and it was generally a very romantic setting. Not sure what Ridge was thinking, maybe he thought, Brooke had finally come around to his way of thinking.

Imagine his surprise when she puts a wedding announcement card in front of him, the one Nick gave her earlier, to announce their intention to marry and make each other happy.

The realization of what the evening was about finally sunk into Ridge’s head, after all the months of fighting to win Logan back, she was finally asking him to let her go, for good this time.


He was hesitant at first but he finally told her he’s ready to do the one thing that she wants him to do, even if it’s only to prove how much he really loves her. She gives him a half filled album with pics of their wedding day, the birth of their son and tells him they shared an amazing love story but now it’s time for their separate lives as RJ’s parents to begin.

Soon their song “Unforgettable” as requested by Ridge starts playing, Brooke asks Ridge to close his eyes, she moves quietly over to him and gives him a sweet lingering kiss before disappearing, as Ridge opens his eyes, he finds Logan no longer there and he gets it that it’s finally over between them.

Felicia’s Black Wedding Day

When Bridget confessed her feelings to Dante, he knew he was in a predicament since Bridget’s confession came a few hours too late. He loved Bridget, there’s no doubt about that but he already made a commitment to Felicia, to marry her and give Dino a home with both his parents. What now?


He tried to do the only thing he could, tell Felicia the truth and that is exactly what he was planning to do as he made his way over to the Forrester mansion.
Meanwhile Bridget was happy, she was gloriously happy and went in search of her mother to tell her the good news. Naturally Brooke was happy for Bridget, finally her daughter was inlove with a man who wasn’t inlove with her mother.


When Dante got to the Forrester house, he was surprised to hear lots of noise coming from inside, as he made his way in, surprise surprise, Felicia had the Damianos all flown in from Italy, Dante’s parents, his cousins and his uncle Luigi. You can imagine the amount of noise, these are Italians afterall and they were thrilled to see Dante, to meet their grandson and to meet the beautiful woman who will be marrying Dante.


Dante was confused, how could he break Felicia’s heart now, she had already made all the plans for their wedding which she had pushed up to accommodate Dante’s family being there.


Bridget had decided to check up on how things were going between Dante and Felicia and she was shocked to see the celebrations happening over at the Forrester house. She decided that she could not hurt her sister like this, she had to break things off with Dante, the wedding was going ahead, she sternly told Dante.

Well the wedding preparations were in full swing, Bridget was naturally going to be Felicia’s bridesmaid. Being the wildcat and radical person that Felicia is, it came as no surprise that the wedding was all black, black flowers, dresses, even the minister was black, it looked more like a very happy funeral gathering with everyone dressed in black.

Just before Felicia walked down the aisle, she went in search of Bridget to hand her her bouquet, imagine when she opens the door and finds her groom kissing her bridesmaid.


The two didn’t see her and she just quietly left them pretending as if she didn’t see anything.


Eric walked her down the aisle, she and Dante exchanged vows and unable to stand her groom eyeing her bridesmaid over her shoulder, Felicia stopped the wedding, angrily lashed out at Bridget for throwing herself at Dante, for ruining her wedding day and making herself the centre of attention on her, Felicia’s wedding day.


Bridget tried to act all innocent and they all went into another room to discuss what happened. Stephanie was close on their heels.

Bye Bye Stephen

Stephen Logan had come into town to make amends with his daughter, Brooke but nothing went the way he had hoped.

After sleeping his way through the lonely women of Beverley Hills, first he slept with Taylor and when she just wanted to be friends the next day, he decided to try his luck on Jackie Marone, like father like daughter, now we know where Brooke gets her whoring from.


On the very day that Felicia and Dante were getting married, Stephen stopped by Brooke’s place to say goodbye, he was finally leaving town. After he and Brooke got into another argument, Brooke blaming him for all the wrong choices she had made with regards to her love life, the two finally had a breakthrough moment.


As Stephen bid his daughter goodbye, he told her he loved her and just wants what’s best for, she finally told him she loved him back and off he went.

I’m sure if Stephen was given half a chance with Taylor, he would’ve grabbed it because she was the last one he visited before leaving town. She was surprised by the fact that he was leaving and they gently kissed on the lips before he took off.


Bye bye Bobby Ewing, until you pop up again in some other soap!

Felicia resorts to childish pranks

After Felicia’s disastrous wedding day, she was completely in denial about Dante’s true feelings for Bridget. He didn’t make things clearer either because he kept saying he loves Felicia but he actually meant that he loves her but not enough to marry her, that honour belongs to Bridget.

Off course Stephanie jumped on the bandwagon and was firmly on Felicia’s side, she attacked Bridget saying things “like mother, like daughter” and the more she tried to break up Dante and Bridget, the more determined the lovers were to be together.


Stephanie even caught them in a very passionate and intimate moment on the couch and when Bridget spelled it out to her that she loves Dante, that she really and genuinely wants to be with him, that she’s not on the rebound from Nick, then and only then did Steph eventually believe her. Steph was forced to make Felicia see the truth about Dante and Bridget. Felicia went over to the beach house and the two sisters had a straight talk, no dishonesty, no misunderstandings, just straight talk and Felicia was forced to let Dante go, to give him and Bridget the opportunity to be together.


Bridget and Dante finally gave in to their passions and eventually slept together.

That very same night, Nick dropped by with divorce papers for Bridget to sign, he had speeded up the divorce since Bridget now had a man in her life and she seemed genuinely happy when the two of them signed the papers and ended their marriage for good. Both were now free to get married to other people.

Meanwhile Felicia was still hurting over Bridget stealing Dante away from her but there was nothing she could really do to break them up. So she resorted to playing a prank on her sister.

It all started with Bridget and Dante wanting to go to the beach but Felicia insisted they use the pool up at the main house. While Bridget was changing Dino’s diaper, Felicia saw Bridget’s sunscreen lotion in her basket, a naughty idea starting forming in her head.


When Bridget and Dante were out at the pool, Bridget asked Dante to rub her with the lotion since she burns easily. Poor Bridget at the end of the afternoon, she looked like a red lobster, all burnt from the sun.


At the guesthouse, Felicia told Christian what she had done, her sister had burned her by stealing Dante, so it was her chance to get burnt so she swapped the sunscreen with baby oil.

That was not the end of the story, since Bridget was in terrible pain, she could not go with Dante to the awards ceremony where Dante won some artistic award for his sculpture of Felicia, so Dante and Felicia went together.

Felicia was far from done with Bridget, the next day we see Bridget in pain from the sunburn so when Dante drops by, he has a package from her father, Bridget assumed her dad had gotten her some cream for her sunburn at the chemist but it was evil Felicia who had sent the parcel. Bridget put the cream over her face expecting to get some relief.

Once again we see Christian and Felicia talking and she tells Christian of her latest prank, botox cream from Europe which she had sent over to Bridget. Christian chastised Felicia for her devious stunts against her sister and later he gets a frantic call from Dante asking him to come over to help Bridget.

Poor Bridget, her face is all red and in pain and to make matters worse, she can’t move her face at all, causing her to look and sound very funny.


Felicia, Felicia you naughty girl, I have to admit it’s nice having a light hearted moment in an otherwise serious soapie.

Brooke’s Bedroom……or nothing at all!

When Ridge and Brooke said their final goodbye, that was the end of it or so they both thought. When Steph heard that Ridge was letting Brooke go, she refused to accept it, she went to confront Brooke but she made it very clear to Steph that she loved Nick and she was planning a future with him.


Meanwhile Steph had a final trick up her sleeve and it all had to do with the photo shoot Brooke was having the next day. The following morning Brooke went to work, modeled the lingerie then Steph had a rather bizarre request she asked of Brooke. Steph suggested Brooke pose semi-nude, sort of like to show the essence of a woman and they came up with a great slogan for the campaign, Brooke’s Bedroom…or nothing at all.


Brooke wasn’t sure at first but with Ridge and Steph urging her on, she finally warmed to the idea and was quick to pose semi-nude for the photographer.


Steph had the pics she wanted, they were great but later when Brooke and Nick were together, she once again realized that Nick would never understand what she had done so when the photographer came over with the pictures for Brooke to approve, Brooke chose the first set, the ones where she is clothed.

Steph didn’t like any of this in the least and she kept telling Brooke that Nick was trying to change her, she’s a free spirit and Ridge understand that but Nick is trying to mould her into what he wants her to be.

Well the next day, it was Nick and Brooke’s wedding day and Ridge went one last time to Brooke to plead his case but she wasn’t budging, she was marrying Nick and there was nothing Ridge could do about it. We see Brooke reminiscing one last time of the good ‘ole days between her and Ridge.


Things were off to a good start, it was a small ceremony with only Jackie, Bridget and Dante and Rick who had flown in to attend his mom’s latest wedding ceremony. Massimo and Steph were sitting in the limousine watching proceedings from a distance hoping their plan was going to work.

When Jackie and the others saw the picture of Brooke they were stunned but couldn’t really react because soon Nick joined them and asked about the strange looks on their faces.


Nick was wearing a white sailor suit and before anyone could say anything, along came Cinderella in a horse-drawn carriage looking beautiful. Brooke knows weddings very well but somehow each wedding and wedding gown is just so different from all the others.


She soon joined her Prince Charming and just before the priest could begin the ceremony, Brooke looked at Nick and turned and just then she saw the picture of herself semi-nude, her shocked expression made Nick look in the same direction and he exclaimed “what is that”?


Poor Brooke, her weddings just can’t seem go smoothly. What will Nick do, continue the ceremony with the offending picture staring at him, taunting him? Will he stop the wedding completely and tell Brooke it’s over, three strikes and she’s out? Has Stephanie’s wicked plan worked or has it backfired completely?
