Episode 3: The Girl Everyone Thinks Is A Backstabber

The aspiring models are transformed when Tyra Banks and Jay Manuel take them to an upmarket New York Salon. While Kelle gets long wavy hair extensions, Julie gets her hair trimmed and Nicole’s hair gets dyed red. Norelle’s make-over goes a step further when she gets a visit to the dentist, to have her braces removed.
With their new looks, the girls have dinner with Jay and Covergirl Kiara Kabukuru where they are told their next challenge is to apply their own make-up, in the back of a limo, in ten minutes. The winners get to attend an industry party while the losers are stuck being waitresses at the event.
The following day, the wannabe models do a photo shoot with no make-up, which, focuses on their hands for Nivea. While Yaya worries about of her bad skin, Amanda is glowing with confidence after her make-over.
Cassie takes Amanda into her confidence and reveals that she occasional throws up to maintain her weight and is scared of being eliminated. Unable to keep her secret, Amanda tells another girl and soon all the girls know.
