Ray and Yolanda are a dating couple. Ray is an attorney and Yolanda is a science teacher. They met while Yolanda was racing track with Ray’s cousin. Ray was introduced to Yolanda but it wasn’t until later that they exchanged phone numbers. It’s like Serendipity only incredibly boring.

Both are opinionated and stubborn. Ooh, potential bicker alert? Yolanda has trouble finishing things when she’s started and Ray says she often runs late. Now those are good qualities to have for a show like this.
