Today DOOLA Will make it's first step out into the 'Real World' and we'll be sharing with you what is DOOLA, as many of you wouldn't know.
On Thursday 22 March, DOOLA Turned
500 Posts old and
20 Pages. Currently at the time of this article, DOOLA is
550 Posts and
22 Pages- grown within a day.
Congratulations to all who contributed to DOOLA in the biggest and smallest ways possible!!
The History of DOOLADOOLA has come a long way since Charmed_Dude originally formulated the idea, after someDays forum members basically diagnosing themselves as addicts in a different thread, on the early hours of Friday 02 February.

Sadly, only one of the three people who basically confessed addiction, joined DOOLA, despite it at the time being a Free Alternative to helping you Overcome your Days Addiction.
Cloud9, after myself, joined DOOLA and wasted no time contributing with her 12 Step Program. Cloud9 has always contributed hilarious lyrics, photoshopped crazy whack jobs and the hilarious posts as is probably the biggest Days addict.
Next to join was Brown Shuga, sadly I didn't even know Brown Shuga even knew what Days of our Lives was, let alone watch the show. Especially after she had this arb obsession when she joint with Kate. Her original first DOOLA Post had something to with me [Charmed_Dude] noticing that Kate had a new hairstyle during the infamous Marlena Evans Confession for Killing 9 Innocent Days characters, whom only crimes where their poor acting (except you Cassie and Jack). Shuga's somewhat interest in Kate bothered me, but it is later evident that this was done only to get the attention of her son (of many) Rex DiMera Brady Whoreton Roadbreasts. Brown Shuga then confessed to being a DOOLATA (DOOLA Thread Addict) since she would regularly come back and check on the thread for the latest posts. Since we were hesitant to for DOOLATA for Shuga, she was forced to DOOLA.
And just like that, Brown Shuga became a member.
Together, Charmed_Dude, Cloud9 and Brown Shuga, all from different parts of the Forum came together to live their destiny. Together the three of them were the most powerful posters, TVSA had ever seen, together they were the Charmed Ones, err DOOLA Trio.
It had always been a threesome for a few weeks, just the three of us, more like the two of us (Cloud9 and Myself) since Brown Shuga's appearance's where somewhat scarce- and we had to keep checking in whether she's alive. Brown Shuga soon went off to baby-sit Terrorears Will at Customs, and her appearance's declines again, but none the less Shuga was still there to hit her famous knock out one liners which were at the time very PG Rated.
At first it was just the three of us, but soon unbeknownst (okay I am trying to make this sound professional, stop laughing) to us we had acquired some Closet DOOLA's who came in for the Free Doughnuts that were being offered at each session. Soon when the idea of Doughnuts stopped becoming and incentive for Shuga's appearance at Sessions, we introduced booze. It started small such as simple Irish Whiskey to help the addiction. We all know alcohol and addiction go hand in hand, so why not marry the two- this was DOOLA, strange things are mandatory, but we had no idea how mandatory it would get until the Day Maxivannili joined. More on this later.
Soon the alcohol got bumped up to other specials including the now made famous by DOOLA, 'Nikki K's Morning Blue's Cocktails' which helped DOOLAs during the 5-1,2-5 Periods (when Days wasn't on). Now Nikki K's Morning Blue's Cocktail is made famous and mentioned always at DOOLA, it's the official DOOLA Drink and drunk at all DOOLA Milestone Parties and at Regular Sessions too.
Very soon Tink become our third member to [officially] join DOOLA. At the time Tink contributed to what is DOOLA's biggest turn-around-her, and that being Cloud9's reformed obsession from Belle to Jan. Tink brought the Jan fever to DOOLA and it took over Cloud9, who soon forgot about her Belle Obsession. This obsession reached hieghts when Belle was being constantly spoken about at regular sessions, a
Belle is Perfection Thread was even created (prior to DOOLA). Now Cloud9 slowely, but surely forgot about Belle and the obsession was replaced by Jan, thanks to Tink. Although Cloud9 still talks about Belle these Days, it is not that bad.
Tink suggested that Jan be our new mascot and we all voted on this, seeing as DOOLA is a Democracy. Jan became our new Mascot and to celebrate this, All DOOLA's (except Shirm- who had just joined DOOLA) changed their Avatars to a specific specially photoshopped Jan Avatar from Cloud9.
We all changed out Jan Avatars and kept it for about a week or so, excluding Shirm, who has probably never changed her Avatar since joining TVSA in it's conception in May 2006. Yet Shirm had probally been the biggest addict because she managed to catch up on the show (she is a few months behind in the episodes) and watched all her tapings quite quickly. Addict in our books.
And the Jan fever spread, a special Jan Smile was designated to DOOLAs and this was used everywhere on this thread and all other threads within the forum too:
People must have thought we were crazy- and we were.
So together the 5 of us and the hundreds of other DOOLA Closet Members made DOOLA, Shuga insists she could I.D some of the Closet Members but never spoke about it afterwards. We suspect the ISA is behind it all.
Then one day, we had an impromptu DOOLA Photo shoot. Because Brown Shuga was away babysitting Terroears at Customs and missed the Photo shoot, she got angry and it was really like 'Charmed' here (ala Shannen Doherty threatening to leave). Brown Shuga then posted her Letter or Resignation or Something along those lines (like she worked here) and told us due to unfair victimising towards her, she had no choice but to leave DOOLA and told us to speak to her Lawyer, Mickey Horton. After Cloud9 and I pleading and begging her to stay and I promised her a rescheduled Photo shoot and of course Mickey would have lost the case, Shuga decided to stay on with DOOLA.
Soon we got two new members
Soon AlexN made an appearance here and was immediately deemed a member after making a few posts here, however AlexN's appearance's were less frequent than Bonnie not displaying her cleavage.
Another member that was forced to DOOLA (this soon was a regret) was Maxivanilli, aka MaXXXi. Maxi was immediately labelled an addict when he
did research into future Days plots and absurdly created two Days threads- in one day. On top of that all he posted Random Useless Information in his
Did You Know thread. What we didn't know at the time was that MaXXXi was a recovering sex-o-alocholic and he was joining DOOLA.
So the new members where just in time to be included in the Big DOOLA 2007 Photo shoot, organised by myself. Flashbacks of this Photo shoot can be found on the
3rd Page of the DOOLA thread.Soon, in about a month of being up and running, DOOLA had reached it's 200th Post and to Celebrate, we were throwing a 200th Post Party. At the party, one of the many things we debated about was "Why Celeste Bought Her Tarot Cards in the Death Card Bulk" and little did we know at the time, that was a sign, that Death was coming to DOOLA.
But we still went on and partied hard with the cast of Days. Flashbacks to this event can also be found on the

On Saturday 10 March, Luke,
TVSA Forum Director announced the tragic news that A TVSA Serial Thread Stalker had emerged, and unlike the Days Serial Stalker, the TVSA One struck in one go- All 30 Victims, from all around the Forum had suffered. And among the 30 dead [deleted] threads, “DOOLA: Days of our Lives Anon” was a victim too.
So Brown Shuga created a new DOOLA Thread, “DOOLA: The Phoenix Rises” or something and the theory was Stefano was the mastermind behind the demise of DOOLA. Cloud9 supported the same idea, but felt that DOOLA had to gone to Melaswen. Funny enough when we all went there for the 200th (Again) Post and the 10th Page Post Party, there was no Original DOOLA. Guess the original DOOLA Vanquish was beyond our control and understanding.
The most important thing was we were all safe- right? Not. Apparently a few DOOLA Members were in the building when DOOLA was killed, thus killing them too. It was speculated that Shirm, AlexN, and Tink were all there, since they were all missing, but Shirm and AlexN popped in for a visit for the Free Crack Doughnuts and Alcohol, but to this Day, Tink is still missing. No one seems to have checked Jan’s love cage though.
The old DOOLA Thread was TVSA’s Most Successful Thread to Date (Luke) and it was a major disappointment to DOOLAs seen it had gone. All the posts, the memories and the best times we had together. But we decided together to build a much better DOOLA, and so we did.
Within a few Days we passed the 100 Post Mark, then the 150 Posts Mark, then the 200th Post Mark within 6 Days of being up. Something that previously took us a month we achieved in 6 Days. By Sunday we had reached 300 Posts, and by Tuesday 400 Posts and by Wednesdays 20 Pages. Now, 500 Posts, 20 Pages and 1,790 Hits later in all under a week and a half, DOOLA has again reached new TVSA Records- in record time.
But success came at a price. The new DOOLA was more darker, featured more alcohol and thanks to newest member MaXXXi, was a constant reference for every sexual lingo found on eTV on a Friday Night and this soon spread to all members. Within DOOLA we had lost the focus to beat the addiction and help each other. DOOLA become a big party, and who can blame us if every night we celebrating a milestone, but the alcohol and sex talk got to our heads. Even Goodie-Good-Two-Shoes Brown Shuga turned to the darker side with her addiction to Rex and Sex, all in the rhyme. Cloud9’s Table Top Dancing, Coyote Ugly Style, Charmed_Dude’s Nicole Drinking Spree’s and Maxxxi’s obsession with Bonnie and her humps. It is now understandable why Shirm and AlexN made one time guest appearances and are now once again missing, and Tink is completely missing aswel..
Then recently on another Soapie Forum and thread a member (myself) came across this quote

the sad thing was the quote was made by a very own member and that is what the world (The TVSA World) thought about us. It was agreed amougst DOOLAs that we would not let this get to us and iniated a "I Don't Give A Damn" attitude which can be found in every DOOLA's Signature. Nevertheless, we still had some amazing times at DOOLA, although everything seems to be stressed with some personal bickering going on amongst members, but we’re still best of friends, that’s how we get along. And we still host the best parties in town.
Sadly the same Days DOOLA Celebrated it's biggest milestone, Maxivanilli announced that he had realised that he had a sex addiction to Bonnie and was seeking help outside DOOLA. This abscene would be two week. This affected Brown Shuga who was rumoured to be romantically hyperlinked to him.
The Parties, The Milestones and The Celebrations
At DOOLA we fully support celebrating Milestones, thats why every milestone we reach we throw a massive party, and we've been doing that quite a lot, especially with the new DOOLA Thread which seems to be reaching a new new milestone everynight, whether is the 300th Page or 15th Page, everynight it was a new party, be it quiet dinners to Country Cowboy Western themes to Excluse Parties to Pool side Vodka Parties or Parades, DOOLA Celebrated it all!

It wouldn't be a party without some good presents, now would it. Despite being the Most Successful TVSA Site and in record time too, DOOLA was treated with an exclusive Salem Street Parade organised by Cloud9. Gift came pouring in from elsewhere too.
The Vodka Bottle (picture above) was a present from Absolut Vodka and because we have generated so many of thier sales, they have released a limited premium DOOLA Edition, it's alcohol content is twice as strong to you through the bottle nicely.
342 Year Old Alice Hortan, Day's Matriarch sent a
baked cake from Melaswen with her wishes congratulating DOOLA on surving so long- just like her stint on the show (now 43 Years!)

DOOLA T-Shirts were made and distributed to members and closet members. As well as
DOOLA Bumper Stickers on DOOLA Cars.

DOOLA Celebrates 500 Post Milestone
by Jennifer Horton-Deveraux The Days Of Our Lives Anonymous (DOOLA) thread today celebrates clocking up over 500 posts and 20 pages. A parade through the streets of Salem is being held to commemorate this landmark event.
A press release from DOOLA founder charmed_dude said, "DOOLA has come a long way since I originally formulated the idea, after most Days forum members basically diagnosing themselves as addicts, on the early hours of Friday 02 February...we introduced booze. The DOOLA thread rapidly gained steam as it sped towards ten pages in little less than a month. Shortly after this, the thread was brutally deleted in suspicious circumstances. Salem PD are still investigating.
The new DOOLA thread proved to be even more successful than the original. Within a week and a half, the thread surpassed the ten page record and now boasts more then twenty pages.
DOOLA members are celebrating the way they always do - by getting drunk and throwing a party. Some critics of the DOOLA say this is exactly the problem; that the DOOLA has abandoned its initial purpose of helping Days watchers overcome their addiction and turned into a series of drunken orgies.
Prominent member Cloud9 said of the thread's history, "How not so wonderful to read that and realise what complete lunatics we all sound like" before ordering several cocktails from the bar.
So now that you know what DOOLA is all about, don't be afraid to pop by and say hello- we don't bite or hold you hostage in a cage or tropical island! Here's to the next 500 Pages and more!!
