The CSI teams come together to save one of their own when they learn one team member has been kidnapped and buried alive, and now they must find him before he suffocates under 5 feet of dirt.
After Grissom gives the kidnapper the ransom money, the kidnapper blows himself up. The team must band together and cover every piece of area to find Nick.
The team gets close, but then run into a couple dead ends. The clock is ticking and time is running out for Nick who is suffering and suffocating underground.
What’s it About? CSI is an innovative, successful type of crime drama because the characters use cutting-edge forensic tools to examine the evidence to solve the case.
Rather than a 'whodunnit' cop show (investigating witnesses/suspects), CSI explores the 'howdunnit'. Exploring every aspect of the evidence and crime scene.
Coming Up The two forensic teams come back together under the leadership of Grissom and Catherine just in time to tackle three separate investigations.
The first is a murdered couple found in bed in a suspicious trailer explosion; the second, a beautiful stripper discovered dead and dumped in the worst part of town.
Finally, the third is two bodies found baked and decomposed after spending five days in the trunk of a car exposed to the hot Vegas sun, forcing the CSIs to "wrap" up the evidence and bring it back to the lab for further analysis.
