As not everyone has been to Tribal Council yet, the votes aren't taken into account at the moment. I've also included exile status in the overall rankings, as "better" players will tend not to be sent to Exile Island.
Admittedly, so far the way that the exiles have been chosen is not a reflection of how well they've played, but presumably that will change. In any case, the exile status has less weight than the votes and challenge performances, so it may not have a major impact on the rankings.
