Final Thoughts

So did the best team win?  I think in this case it's fair to say so, as the Linzes were ranked as the best team overall from Episode 6 onwards.  They finished in the top two on 7 of the 11 legs, and were the only team never to finish in last place.

The Bransens were the second-best team, finishing in the top two 5 times, and winning 3 legs.

The third-best team was probably the Godlewskis.  Although they didn't make it to the final leg, they did win three legs in the process.  However, it's a close call between them and the Weavers.

In the end though, the final four teams were the best four, and it's reasonable to say that the final result of the race was a good reflection of the teams' performances.
