Episode Statistics

Votes
Ncumisa: 4
Danielle: 2

Survivors ranked by challenge performance
Previous episode's positions given in brackets
1) Brigitte (12)
1) Mzi (11)
1) Nico (8)
1) Sanele (6)
1) Vanessa (8)
6) Lezel (3)
7) Danielle (3)
7) Gareth (1)
7) Jacinda (2)
7) Ncumisa (3)
7) Zayn (6)

As the reward challenge didn't involve the two tribes competing, it doesn't play a role in the rankings.  Therefore the rankings are based solely on the immunity challenge, with Lezel being ranked above her fellow Rana members as she sat out the challenge.

Overall Rankings

Survivors ranked by votes received
1) Gareth (1)
1) Jacinda (1)
1) Lezel (1)
1) Mzi (1)
1) Sanele (1)
1) Zayn (1)
7) Brigitte (9)
8) Vanessa (10)
9) Ncumisa (1)
10) Nico (11)
11) Danielle (12)

No surprises here, with the votes against Ncumisa sending her down the rankings.

Survivors ranked by average challenge performance
1) Jacinda (1)
2) Sanele (5)
3) Danielle (2)
3) Ncumisa (2)
5) Gareth (4)
6) Lezel (5)
6) Vanessa (8)
8) Brigitte (10)
8) Nico (9)
10) Mzi (11)
11) Zayn (7)

As the challenges are still tribe-based, it's not surprising that one tribe dominates the other one, with four out of the top five being members of Rana.

Survivors ranked by votes and challenge performance
1) Jacinda (1)
2) Sanele (4)
3) Gareth (3)
4) Lezel (4)
5) Mzi (8)
6) Zayn (6)
7) Ncumisa (2)
8) Vanessa (10)
9) Brigitte (11)
10) Danielle (9)
11) Nico (12)

Because of the way that the rankings are calculated, any survivor receiving votes against them will drop down the rankings significantly, as was the case with Ncumisa.  This may change, as it's now getting close to the point where there's a merge in the American version of Survivor.  Once this happens there will be more opportunities for survivors to be voted against, and there will be more variation in the challenge performances, and this will even things out a bit.
