  We had to take Friday off man, my legs were killing me. On Thursday's after the show we meet at News Cafe in Rivonia - the entire cast and try not talk about dancing.

  The plan was for me to drop the word 'bully beef ' during the live broadcast. Let's hope this week goes better, can they not give me a simple word like cha-cha?
