Everest: Beyond the Limit is an American docu-reality television series produced by Tigress Productions which documents yearly attempts to summit Mount Everest organised and led by New Zealander Russell Brice.
The series originally premiered in the USA on the Discovery Channel on 14 November, 2006. The second season premiered on 30 October, 2007. There are 14 episodes in two seasons to date.
The first season of Everest: Beyond the Limit aired in South Africa on DStv's Discovery Channel from 7 April to 19 May, 2007, on Saturdays at 21h00. There were six episodes in the season.

Everest: Beyond the Limit takes you along on a treacherous trek up the tallest mountain in the world.

The intense and emotional epic follows six climbers as they ascend from base camp at 5,380 metres to the summit at 8,850 metres.
