Season 3

Season 3 - Survivor South Africa: Santa Carolina - premiered on M-Net and M-Net HD on Wednesday 20 January 2010, at 19h30.

It ended with a live finale on 21 April, 2010, in which former exotic dancer GiGi won R500,000 for herself and R500,000 for the charity of her choice.

27 Days. 18 Local Celebrities. 1 Ultimate Survivor.

Eighteen South African celebrities are marooned on a deserted island in Mozambique where they’re scheming, plotting and playing to be the last person standing and pocket R500,000 for themselves and R500,000 for a charity of their choice.

Stripped from all luxuries, they are subjected to soaring temperatures, thunder storms, nasty bugs and devious tribe mates with hidden agendas.

Who will be strong – or smart – enough to survive the dreaded tribal council? And whose torch will be snuffed by the new Survivor SA host, Nico Panagio.

Only one thing is for sure: there can be only one Ultimate Survivor.
