In the Season 10 premiere, "Amanda and Kabelo": The couple' first encounter was at a house party. Kabelo says Amanda took her breath away the first time he saw her and he actually declared that she was his future wife, not knowing that his words would come true.
A quick stop at the shops with friends made it possible for him to get closer to her and they started chatting regularly months after this.
Six months into the relationship, Amanda visited him at his place. They were just chilling and then she thought since she really likes him, why not propose? And then she did.
