Episode 1: The Mole
 
A local arts charity announces a contest to all stokvels in Soweto to come up with the most interesting fundraising idea. This sparks great excitement and competition.
 
While waiting to pick up Ayanda, Philane listens in on Sweet Harmony's plans and relays the information to the guys who use it to gain an advantage.
 
Episode 2: Tour De Mojo
 
Lerata suggests that Mojo takes up cycling to become more fit. Because Mojo's father used to travel by bicycle to work, he is enthusiastic about taking up this sport. He still has his father's old bicycle and believes that it's not just a bicycle but a legacy.
 
Biza starts his new business – Biza Delivery Service – and gets some customers but soon discovers that getting something from A to B is not that easy when you have no transport of your own.
 
Episode 3: Touch, Pause, Engage
 
Ayanda is trying to convince herself that she has made the right move by becoming involved with Philane, but is failing. But when Philane is asked to coach a women's rugby team, Ayanda becomes jealous at the attention he is receiving from the other women, notably the players.
 
After much practicing (and driving everyone mad) Mojo takes part in his official cycling race.
 
Episode 4: Mojo's Appendix
 
Mojo is complaining that the guys bail on meetings for the slightest feeble and arbitrary reason. When Mojo has to have an emergency appendectomy, he practices what he preaches. And Majakathata meetings are convened in his hospital room.
 
Meanwhile, left at home with three kids to take care of, Lerata begins to resent the fact that the stokvel ladies have high expectations of her when it comes to doing everything and organizing refreshments for every session.
 
Episode 5: Four Funerals & No Wedding
 
The women discover from a third party that Ayanda is getting married (again) but wonder why she hasn't told them or introduced the guy, and only invited 'lesser' friends to the actual wedding.
 
Checking the books, Budgets remembers they allocated some savings in the past towards funeral plans for all members of Majakathata. In trying to track down how this money was appropriated, it is discovered that Biza used it to buy them all burial plots.
 
Episode 6: Malume & Naledi
 
Budgets is at a loss as his mother has fallen madly in love with Malume and plans to marry him. Meanwhile, Philane counsels a feuding Sweet Harmony in his own version of therapy, which involves a great deal of crying.
 
Episode 7: Network Down
 
Biza is cursed by a woman for cheating on her. The woman states that when the moon is full, Biza will loose his manhood. Biza is shocked to see the prophecy come true and he gradually becomes the laughing stock of DK.
 
Meanwhile, Ayanda has become a medical herbalist of sorts and is busy giving her friends herbs to cure their ailments. The herbs cure her friends but come with strange side effects.
 
Episode 8: 419 – scam
 
Biza and Philane get caught up in an internet scam and believe they've lost all Majakathata's money, while Masechaba infects all of Sweet Harmony with a raging common cold.
 
Episode 9: After the World Cup
 
Hazel is vexed by a Greek tourist who refuses to leave her B&B since arriving for the World Cup, when she wants to close her temporary World Cup B & B, and Biza tries to make a profit with a consignment of dud vuvuzelas.
 
Episode 10: Take A Deep Breath
 
Masechaba has decided to record her choir for posterity. But after hearing the initial recordings of her own voice, she begins to realise her tones are not as angelic as she has always believed.
 
Budgets has discovered that his dear wife Matilda snores.
 
Episode 11: The English Gent
 
Biza falls head over heels for an English colleague of Ayanda's and tries his level best to please her by transforming himself into an upper-class English gentleman.
 
Meanwhile, Sweet Harmony splits into two factions, Sweet and Harmony.
 
Episode 12: S.O.U.L.
 
Due to a sudden illness, Masechaba is forced to replace the church counsellor. She does a crash course and finds the information invigorating. She has some early success and Lee asks her if she wouldn't mind counselling her and Mo.
 
Episode 13: Mama
 
Biza gets involved with a sugar mommy old enough to be his grandmother. At first all is well as she pays his bills, but later it is discovered that his sugar mommy is the so called 'Black Widow of Soweto' and all her partners have come to a sticky end.
 
Meanwhile, Mo and Lerata are squabbling as they think their in-laws are coming to visit.
 
Episode 14: Stay Tuned
 
As a former sporting celebrity, Philane gets chosen to be the spokesperson for an advertising campaign for a sports drink. All he has to do is say one simple line on screen and take a sip, and he'll get a load of money. But he suffers from dreadful stage fright in front of the camera and even this is too much to ask.
 
Masechaba explores the option of furthering her church's ministry through the power of television.
 
Episode 15: She's Back
 
Lerata has to go away for a few days and is worried about leaving the house solely in the care of Mo. To ease her mind she hires the one person she knows will keep things in order – the nanny.
 
Episode 16: The Prince and The Stinker
 
Lerata saves an African prince on one of Ayanda's township tours from choking in the tavern.
 
The Prince is terribly grateful and showers Lerata with expensive gifts daily, but her happiness quickly turns to shock when the prince suddenly insists on taking Lerata back to his country to be his 21st wife out of gratitude for her actions.
 
Meanwhile, Biza is gunning for the South African book of world records. He decides to break the record for the 'longest time without washing' and in the process, stinks up the tavern to high heaven.
 
Episode 17: Who's the Daddy?
 
Pinky believes she is pregnant and is overjoyed to tell the girls. They are all excited and spoil her with lots of attention and kindnesses. However, after a visit to the doctor, she finds out that she has been mistaken.
 
After hearing that Pinky is pregnant, Lerata starts to feel broody herself. Mo is not so happy about another baby around the house.
 
Episode 18: Stranger than Fiction
 
In an attempt to control his emotions, Philane has taken to writing everything down in a diary. Unfortunately the diary is found and his innermost thoughts about the people around him leaked.
 
The girls always do the lottery, and plan to split the money should they win. They always pick the same numbers so they all know what they are. It is up to Pinky to buy the tickets.
 
Episode 19: The Ladies' Man
 
Biza decides to bite the bullet and marry three of his girlfriends in a polygamous wedding in the tavern. He eventually gets cold feet and realises married life is not for him.
 
Meanwhile, Lerata and Mojo decide to renew their wedding vows, but things don't go as planned.
 
Episode 20: Identity Crises
 
Budgets engages the services of a Success Consultant in an effort to secure a promotion at work, while Ayanda is mistaken for the winner of a "Lucky Shopper" competition.
 
Episode 21: Date of Conception
 
Matilda is pregnant.
 
And while Budgets ponders the anxieties of being a father to a junior Budgets (or 'Baby Invoice' as Biza quickly christens the offspring), a pall sets over the news when the guys work out that Matilda obviously conceived during the six weeks when she was away on tour with her latest opera production.
 
Meanwhile, Pinkie has the pitter-patter of little feet on her mind too, because, like Angelina and Madonna, she's decided she wants to adopt an African baby.
 
Episode 22: Blown Away
 
Pinkie enters a cookery competition with one of her unique recipes. The ladies are most skeptical... until Pinkie wins the competition having impressed the foreign judge.
 
Biza has come into possession of a shipment of solid plastic tubing. Wanting to make a buck out of it, he markets the tubes as Eurozelas – vuvuzelas for European sensibilities.
 
Episode 23: Jessica

There is one car on Mojo's lot which refuses to be sold. The ultimate skorokoro.  She has been there so long, the guys in the dealership have even given her a name – Jessica.  It seems Jessica is destined to create problems for Mo even after she is out of his life!
 
Episode 24: Realty Bites
 
Biza gets into the real estate business and inadvertently puts Mo and Lee's house on the market. Meanwhile the men and the ladies have exchanged stokvel locations, leaving both unhappy with the arrangement.
 
Episode 25: I'll be you, you be me
 
When Pinkie experiences a run of bad luck at home and at the office after making some bad life decisions, Masechaba tells her that she could improve her life if she modelled herself on Masechaba.
 
Biza is told he has won a prize – in a competition he doesn't remember entering. Biza arranges for Budgets to go to the collection posing as him.
 
Episode 26: Habit
 
Mo has picked up a smoking habit. Hiding it from Lee is proving to be a lot less difficult that he would have thought because of the little hygiene obsession she has picked up.
 
In the meanwhile, Sweet Harmony discover they too have habits.
