UNBELIEVABLE! Flash in the pan Melanie Sykes gets a divorce in 30 seconds from her very talented actor husband Daniel Caltagirone because he doesn't make enough money. She is living in a 1.5 million dollar house but somehow has so many financial pressures, that her husband just doesn't understand and his lack of understanding has caused her so much psychic harm, that the only solution is to dump the father of her two children. But they will remain best friends "for the children's sake". Will someone explain to me how you remain best friends with someone for the sake of someone else. I mean you can remain civil but best friends seems a bit off the mark to me. I realize that Mr. Caltagirone's career has not been a blaze of fire of late but his admittedly small but excellent supporting role performance in the Academy Award winning film "The Pianist" is reason enough to believe that his talent is too great to be kept under lock and key forever. Melanie, unless saved by hosting a game show, is destined to be forgotten. I see no star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame anywhere in her future. What a shallow, passing the buck, reason to get a divorce. I mean: Melanie if you don't feel you have enough money to spend try relying on your own massive talent and make some more money but don't blame the dissolution of your marriage on your husband's insensitivity to your needs. From out here it looks like you are the guilty party and you should at least have the grace to admit that at least part of the reason for the break-up lies with you - "for the children's sake".
