Last night TVSA's Feza aka dancer Refilwe Thobega was the featured guest choreographer on Jika MaJika. Here are some highlights of the fizzling action from the show ....

- the first vid's of her being introduced and interviewed in funkazoid blue socks and the second's of her performing the routine she judged the dancers on.

Lol, really nice Feza, I'm always such a groupie when i see someone I "know" on TV. YOu rocked,even the tip of the week, coz vele we know they suck, but you said it nicely, that we must buy margarine and recycle the containers...lol
But seriously, i Iiked your routine at the end, even Thembi gave you a head up, and she never does that. Well done girl.!

Feza, u can dance for sho, but ke I'm with Firstdvd abt the tip of the week, u see I'm not a full time watcher of Jiika Majika*I know I've phrase this wring, phoke?.....LOL* , so someone please tell me why the tip of the week is not dance related, since it's a Jika show vele. I can remember Feza's tips was: "When shopping, people must buy in bulk, and if u are buying magarine you must take the one in the container, so we can re-use it and recycle it".......when u said that I was like WTF, Jika Majika doesn't have any rules in terms of the tips, u can just say whatever kanti?????

@ Nonny, they tell them what to say. The whole tip of the week thing is stupid, coz they are never dance related, and are generally stupid tips, but let me not say that, maybe those tips have changed people's lives

Rene u just like me, i dont watch that show but yesterday i made a point ukuthi i watch so i can tell my neybha ukuthi ngiyayazi lentomabazana LOL! . Thembi saw ukuthi Feza was not a normal phul'iqolo that she normally deals with but a pro.

I liked the way the sdudla chick did the Sis-Mabrr stretch and the first time she struggled to get up LOL!

Thembi saw ukuthi Feza was not a normal phul'iqolo that she normally deals with but a pro.
@Cngle: Exactly, phela she really was in awe...thatha Feza.When i heard her say the choreographer was Refiloe, I was like, "Come, come, I know this girl...", lol, Cngle, si hopeless you know!

OK, now moving on to uManqoba, I'll be honest and say that I was adamant that the slender gal was gonna win, coz she was off the hook. But instead Feza, chose uMapakisha *whom I must say she can sance too*.......but I was happy with the decision that Feza made when she explained it coz she said this about the winner: "She uses her body to her advantage, whereas you can expect a slender person to dance like that"

P.S - My quotes might not be word for word, but they're pretty close, coz I made notes.....LOL

hahahahah Cnglema, I was proud of the Mapakisha for doing that, coz she even did it again in the final round and still she didn't get up swiftly, kodwake she is till iskhokho coz mina if I were to do that strectch she did, it will take me a full hour to get up..........LOL

I've been watching every week waiting to see Feza (i didn't even wat she looks like)....lol but i knew i would know when it was her....and I did.......yippeee, the girl can dance, she's flexible........

I liked s'dudla but i thought slenderie would win (so predictable) even though she was just jumping around............

Damelin was called Demeln - LOL @Cande and their profiles sounded very pro like bonke they have association with Feza's state theatre. i think Feza brought her own people coz they were definitely not normal JJ typa dancers.

What about the chick wamaKwai-kwai and skinny jeans, she cracked me up big time. Maybe she was just put in so they can have someone to eliminate easily.

@ Cande - I thought I was the only who noticed that izolo bekhona izifundiswa bandla, my lil'sista who's a full time fan of Jika even said: It's so strange to not hear dancers saying "Hi, My name is Thandi and I am from a group called "Young dancers" and I'm here to Jika"........LOL, instead people were like: "Hi, myname is Phili and I'm from Damelin and I study Business Admin".....hehehehe the dancers bebaphusha i-education noma kungasafanele!!!

Neway, guys, didn't ur'll LOL when u saw the gal who got eliminated first, she was a true bimbi *dunno the English term for a person who cn't dance* and the worst part is she wore heels, i was so glad when Feza eliminated her first, I mean didn't she get the lowdown on the type of dancing that takes place on Jika, everyone knows it's converse/all start typa dancing!!!!

Feza you're good girl. It was a breath of fresh air to see a good dancer/ choreographer who doesnt sika lekhekhe. But last night's dancers were omagriza maan but i guess its the whole women's (not girl's) day/ month thing.

I was happy with Feza's decision on Manqoba, esaslender besitaka-taka qha and not dancing but isdudla hayi besimover.

You know I never watch Jika Majika.. I mean, NEVER. But sana i had a reminder for episode ya maobane. And luckily i had two girls over ..... and i coudnt stop bragging...when my phone beeped i was like "oh, my friend Feza's on Jika Majika"

And you should have seen the attitude on my face when they pulled their faces at the Tip of the Week... bragging there that she told me they tell them to say those tips that are not related to dance...

As for the sdudla winning... I was like "thats my girl...she's clever like that!"

Worse when she was doing Manqoba....gaaawwwwd im such a groupie...

By mistake last night I tuned into JJ, I didn't even know who the judge was. I was thinking to myself that judge just looks different to the other judges that I normally see, beautiful and was just someone I could relate to. I kept on watching. Hhayi shem Feza we are connected I tell you. I didn't know it was you but something was not sitting well with me coz I watched the whole show without changing any channels.

You mad a good choice hhayi the slender was just not doing it for me. The sdudla was just off the hook, I was impressed.

I know a celebrity manje.

Eish Noni i really wish i could believe you when you say that. My only frustration is that, I'm bloody 24, i am getting old, and i'm just not dancing as much as I want to.

We recorded Jika ma Jika in June, and that was the last time I danced. South Africa does not have enough platform for dancers. You can't make a lot of money as a dancer, you cant rely on dance alone.

When you go for auditions they'll tell you that you must be able to sing and act to go with your dancing and its a huge frustration for us.

So thats why its important to have an education, a career, then dance as a hobby.

Feza gal, perhaps u are putting too much preasure on urself, mina I'm a lazy bum when it comes to activities either than umdavazo, so to me a person like u is an inspiaration and as Thembi said u have passion gal and u gotta keep doing what u love. And u're right about education being key, it really comes in handy!!!! Goodluck for the future!
