Erik hugged Laura when she first arrived at Ponderosa, pretending he had no issues towards her. Then, once she was fed and unsuspecting, he descended straight back into the game and confronted her about her vote against him - which happens in video 2.
Laura has four videos about her Life at Ponderosa, in contrast to Erik and Kelly who only had two each - I'm thinking it's because of the situation that develops between her and Erik, and also, the show seems to organise more activities for them when there are more of them in the fold.
