Big Brother Update: Quick 3

I've been snooping out what's going on with Big Brother Africa 4 aka Da Revolusssssion (said in French-type accent, spelling impossible) and confirmed three things:

1. The casting's almost finished - there are defs going to be 14 contestants instead of the usual 12 - the two extra countries: Ethiopia and Mozambique - it's 100% confirmed that they'll be allowed to plot and strategise openly and as they wish.

2. The house is being setup at the same Sasani studios in Jozi it's always been at but it's being completely renovated. I'm hoping they'll get rid of the pool and rather include a jacuzzi/sauna/waterbed combo... been trying to think of other spicey things but all I can come up with is a guillotine!

3. There are gonna be more microphones and cameras to get more of the action.

Will you keep you posted when I hear more. A reminder of the premiere date: Sunday, 6 September.

I just want them to bring back the shower hour. Big brother has become so crappy I hope they have really good ideas this time.

This time I agree with Dorothy. Keep the shower hour out, not that I care if they show it or not.

any news on the host?
Please, look for a new host. KB has passed his sell by long time date.

Realist: Reason being friend??? Tash: Please won't you ask/demand that this time round, that we get multiple screens please? Esp woth all the plots that will take place. I will hate being stuck to only one scene. We have to be able to go where it is interesting, where it catchies our individual fancies. They did it with BBSA1&2, why can't they did it (lol) with BBA?? I'm quite serious about this. Who remembers being stuck on Borine and Cody and their kissing ad nauseum??

The uncut shower hour only happens once a week if I’m not mistaken and it happens late in the night. So in a way it is not live. They’ll have to wait for all the kids and the bunny huggers to go to sleep for them to show the uncut version.

The live version of the shower hour is for everyone to see and mostly they only show women since there is nothing to talk about when women are showering or am I wrong about this statement.

I am more interested in the conversation than watching naked bodies taking a shower. I hope this time they also considered intelligence than contestants that will always talk about sex all the time, it is so yesterday.

I hear you R. It is just that I intensely oppose censorship when we are supposed to be watching an adult show! I do not want to understand it in any shape or form. it is not the naked bodies per se, those are ten a penny. it is the idea that some idiot @ Multichoice has to decide what it good and proper for me to view, that my morality needs protection. They charge us for these shows, they should let us see them in their entire form. That ot nothing at all, nxa!! Now that I've vented, roll on BBA4!! Hey! on intelligence v sex?? Hear Hear Hear!!
