Coming up on Top Billing tonight (16 July):
Four celebrity chefs, better known as “The Flying Culinary Circus”, fly all around the world to cook for Hollywood stars, royalty and prestigious events. Jeannie and Jo-Ann put them to the test on their recent visit to South Africa to find out if they can, in fact, fly.
A visit to the Cradle of Humankind with Natasha Sutherland. She and Salamina learn how to cook a delicacy with salmon and discuss her new book “Bittersweet, Confessions of a Freshly Single”.
A trip to the Seychelles where Jo-Ann discovers that snorkeling, a privately owned neighbouring island (complete with pirate graves) and being pampered by professionals are all part of an ‘average’ day on the islands.
Wedding feature: the show joins accountants Emma and Eugene at their wedding in the picturesque world heritage site of the Waterberg. Also, a visit to three South African cities: Durban, Cape Town and Johannesburg to discover the talents of three wedding cake bakers who reveal the latest in wedding cake trends and design.
