A new eight-part docu-series about what life is like working at top fashion magazine Marie Claire.
The show goes behind-the-scenes and presents life at the magazine through different sets of eyes, including those of Editor-in-Chief Joanna Coles, Senior Fashion Editor Zanna Roberts, Shopping Editor Zoe Glassner and the magazine's new interns Ashley Gosik, Samantha Dezur and Talita Silva (who provide extra entertainment by both working and living together).
Episodes in April are as follows:Tuesday, 7 April 2009 at 22h00Off and RunningBuzz about Nina Garcia's arrival at Marie Claire has been going on for months, but now as Fashion Week begins, the magazine staff launches into high gear to make sure that Nina's arrival gets all the fanfare it deserves.
Meanwhile three interns - Samantha, Talita, and Ashley arrive on the scene and quickly have to adjust to their new city and new responsibilities. But the trials of hailing cabs, accepting adult responsibilities and living with each other create immediate tensions which only add to the stress of their new professional positions.
Tuesday, 14th April 2009Intern Wars Joanna and the editors scramble to get their schedules and lives in order for fashion week. While the junior staffers do packing and scheduling, Joanna meets with her stylist to plan her wardrobe.
Meanwhile, the interns meet with Lucy and Joanna to give their focus group feedback on the magazine. Little do they realize that this will turn into an assignment for them to rethink the trends page and present their ideas to Joanna upon her return from Europe.
Tuesday 21st April 2009Wedding Belle, Intern HellZanna and Jeremy prep for a shoot with style tips from photographers, stylists and socialites.
Meanwhile, Joanna and Joyce are gearing up for some big designer events including a meeting with Roberto Cavalli.
When Zoe gives out intern assignments and Ashley is assigned to help with Paula's wedding she is less than thrilled especially when she discovers that Talita and Samantha are winning out on the larger assignments.
