Hosts James Franco and Anne Hathaway opening the ceremony.
The 83rd Annual Academy Awards took place in the early hours of the morning, with masses of TV build-up including two pre-shows on the M-Net Movie channels and the red carpet on E!.
A delayed broadcast of the ceremony will be on M-Net and M-Net HD this evening at 20h30 (28 February), so if you don't want to know who won before you tune in, please don't read on.

Me too Maki, ive watched the black swan (thanks to the guy whose selling pirated cds) and i must say it was good. I've never thought she can do a nice job so bravo to her shame.

@myname - Uyazi mina I was very dissapointed when I saw the movie. There was a lot of hype around it and I left the cinema confused and still waiting for action. The movie that did it for me was "THE TOURIST". But ke its different folks for different folks nhe.

Sheeew these two bored me to sleep especially that guy, i like Anne Hathaway BUT hosting and being a comic the same is not her thing!! I just changed the channel to red capert event on E!
Anyway i am not really "wowed" about the movies that came out last year, the likes of King's Speech, The fighter, True Grit etc...are not my kind of movie!!

Clearly I haven't been going to the cinema enough. The only movies I've watched on this list are The Social network & Alice in Wonderland.
