Episode 2112
When Rajesh hears the news about Anton from Alec, he fears that it will leave Cherel’s trail cold, but Alec insists the hunt can go on. Vusi finds Stella asleep at her desk, assumes it’s a medical problem and is not corrected by the lady in question. Nqobile does his best to reassure his sister.
Tues 3 July
Episode 2113
Barker Haines is informed that the witch is a puppet master, and is still jerking his strings. When Alec finds a livid Lee in the car park, she issues an ultimatum: either he gives up his 007 lifestyle, or he packs up and gets out of her life. Maggie comes clean to Siyanda about Q manipulating Stella into doing all his admin for him.
Wed 4 July
Episode 2114
Financial matters prompt a sane man to make an insane decision and Maggie finds herself bleeding from a life threatening head wound. Barker informs Lee that she is being stupid and avoiding her true destiny, which is to grow the Haines brand internationally. Q gains an assistant.
Thurs 5 July
Episode 2115
Maggie shocks Agnes and their relationship looks set to plunge into an abyss. Barker finally meets the Matabanes and the result is like the coming together of the Titanic and the iceberg. Farrow leaves Len and Lolly to unanswered questions within their friendship.
Fri 6 July
Episode 2116
Slu meets with Bafana, gets his money for last night’s carjacking, and informs Bafana that he will not be doing any similar work because the driver was shot. Nqobile has a new proposal for Ma Agnes. Lee visits The Rec club, where Nomusa is pointed out as the person who saw Barker last.
Mon 9 July
Episode 2117
Bafana gets word of Maggie’s “investigation” and, handing him a gun, tells Slu to take care of the problem immediately. Q impresses the Matabanes even more with thoughts about upgraded units for Yuppies and Vuppies. Barker has been sentenced to forty hours of community service sweeping the streets.
Tues 10 July
Episode 2118
Slu meets with Goodwill, criminal king pin of Horizon Deep, who covets Mr. Zamdela’s Shebeen and invites himself to the party there. George is optimistic about a bright new future with a beautiful girl. Q gets a saving club, pensioner’s group into a meeting and sells hard to the old folk.
Wed 11 July
Episode 2119
Mr Zamdela discovers that his home turf is not so homely after all. Barker learns to his horror that his community service is going to involve helping an unemployed woman’s sewing group. Vusi tells Siyanda that her brother has a proposal for the Horizon Deep development.
Thurs 12 July
Episode 2120
George realises that before he can launch an offensive against Goodwill, he has to find out everything he can about the upstart gangster. Lee checks on her father’s behaviour and is assured by Agnes that she has the situation totally under control. Impressed by the young man, Vusi persuades Siyanda to give her brother a little breathing space.

Episode 2121
Mr. Zamdela’s fury turns to worry when Goodwill informs him that he must leave Horizon Deep or face the prospect of Gugu’s imminent death. Maggie decides the only way to regain the power she lost in the hijacking is to take back the night and join the neighbourhood watch.
Mon 16 July
Episode 2122
Gugu tells George that she’s booked the trip but the man had business to take care of. Barker hears that the hotel is looking to make some local doodads for foreigners and his mind starts working. George decides that Sluleka Li has a choice: He can die now, or he can redeem the wrong he has done George.
Tues 17 July
Episode 2123
Niemand warns Slu that Goodwill is not somebody to be messed with but at George’s insistence, Slu maintains that the bold plan will reap results. Barker suggests to the sewing ladies that they undercut the competition and supply items for Lee’s hotel. Q tells Agnes and Zeb his investor is about to come through.
Wed 18 July
Episode 2124
Slu pushes too hard for evidence of a criminal conspiracy, and has to flee when he realizes that the marks are getting suspicious. Barker, much to Agnes’ concern, gives the ladies a seminar in ruthless competitive behaviour. She learns from Paul that Q is trying to raise money for investment.
Thurs 19 July
Episode 2125
Mrs. Cele tells Agnes that some of the ladies Orlando made the original deal with are threatening to burn down Mrs. Cele’s house. Niemand tells Slu he’s pushing too hard with Bafana and Goodwill, then sends him back to work. Q bribes Nomusa to keep quiet with the promise of a modelling contract.
Fri 20 July
Episode 2126
Slu tells George and Niemand that he is refusing to wear a wire again, but then Mr. Zamdela gets out his thumbscrews and pliers. Barker is shocked when the sewing ladies don’t arrive for a meeting. Nomusa learns that Nqobile is booked for travel to exotic Italian locations.
Mon 23 July
Episode 2127
Slu puts his own private plan into action and reveals to Bafana that he was wearing a wire. Barker is worried that Mrs. Cele will not be able to pull off the sewing circle negotiation, but she does, and pulls off a bloodless coup. Siyanda brings a hangdog Q back and gets him to apologize to the Matabanes.
Tues 24 July
Episode 2128
Slu meets with Goodwill, who offers Slu a hundred thousand rand to kill George. Slu appears afraid of Mr. Zamdela, and instead says that what he will do is to let Goodwill know when George is vulnerable. Frank wants to formally move in with Natasha and give the kids that needed security.
Wed 25 July
Episode 2129
Goodwill briefs his men: they must be ready to hit the shebeen and terminate George Zamdela at 1600 hours. The sting goes down but for reasons known only to Slu, Mr. Li neglects to let off the smoke grenade. Natasha and Frank decide to tell their children about their decision to make a long-term commitment to the relationship.
Thurs 26 July
Episode 2130
George Zamdela is overcome with gratitude to Slu for his loyalty and courage and offers a reward. Frank suggest he and Natasha talk to Nikki and reassure her.
Fri 27 July
Episode 2131
Bafana accepts that Papa G Zamdela is his new gang lord, and then accuses Slu of being part of the plot to kill Bra George. Agnes learns from Washington that the late Councillor Shongwe headed up the committee responsible for final planning permissions on the Horizon Deep development.
Mon 30 July
Episode 2132
Maggie decides to run for the councillor job herself, on an anti-crime ticket, but Len thinks it’s not a good idea. Frank speaks to Nikki, and asks her what he can do to have her be more comfortable with him moving in. Q arrives late at the hotel and Lee has his pay docked for the hours he’s missed.
Tues 31 July
Episode 2133
Armed security guards arrive at the Duncan to halt armed robbery in progress.
The Matabane family decides that the person best fitted to persuade Zeb to change his mind is Zakes Mhlongo. Natasha criticizes Frank and his son for “attacking” Nikki over her opposition to Natasha and Frank’s mutual commitment.
