Dineo hates hearing what she knows is the truth. Queen believes she has finally hit on the perfect plan. Samuel's romantic gesture has disastrous consequences… well, almost.

Jason grows very cagey when asked about his 'new' Fridayend's whereabouts. Ruby gets her back up when she hears what happened in her absence. Kenneth stumbles upon a hidden file in his study.

Two flats in Siqalo seem to have undergone an instant makeover. Thomas is stuck between a rock and a hard place and hates it. Dumisani is intrigued by a beautiful stranger he meets at the bar.

Ntombi checks on her brother and isn't sure she likes what she finds. Her mother's words strike a chord with a vulnerable Dineo. Queen's pulling out all the stops to make sure her plan runs smoothly.

Dineo seems to have undergone a transformation. Ngamla wants to organize a golfing outing, unaware of the tension it might cause. Couple of drinks later and Thomas is too brave for his own good.

Cleo gets bad news and lashes out at the first available person. A fist-fight ensues in the Ezweni reception. Ruby doesn't have the heart to break the bad news and begs someone to do it for her.

@nekzo.........the reasonm why these topics are put on TV, gays, lesbos, is because we need to increase awareness of such issues.

if u gay and leaving with yo parents, hopefully this will open their eyes and make it easy for you to come out.

i dont like that cleo is back, as what, to do what?
and i was hoping for a full blown romance btwn senzo and jason, 
rhythm city is already in its lesbian relationship after the gay relationship.

u were working and earning enough money to rent a flat or buy a house but you kept on delaying it and realised later on that you were feeding the whole army in the house and your lazy brothers and sisters who are just not willing to wake and smell the coffee.(Not serious about life- and u only realise after 10years that ow my gosh by now I should have been half way with my bond of my house.
By the tyme u move out u already a grown up Gogo ready for the pension

Do u know what the consequences were- u ended up quarelling with your younger brothers and sisters for eating your Chesse or yourghut in the fridge.

Hmm...i always wished Generations would have a regular HOMOsexual character. It should be more reflective of society, even if some people wont like it. I just hope they'll be brave enough to follow through. And don't just let it be known that the character is HOMOsexual- make an effort for a lovelife in the characters life. Though maybe they should have made it a lesbian couple- it's softer on the eyes. Hell, I'm not gay, but i would take up the role personally for the cause. Generations is just so...behind, MOST of the time. That's why i can and do go moves at a time without watching it. Dammit, there aren't even white or coloured people in it currently. It just doest...address everyday life. What was the last issue it "tried" to address? The use of Muti? Sad. But ja, i ges i love it, but it disappoints me. Mfundi Vundla, email me sometime, huh?...

@Iyihdahs................I do feel you and i agree with most of what you saying. i believe a soap that explores social issues, should follow general developments in real societies.
we have made progress in the exposure of same sex relationships, that its a bitof a half-hearted action to try and introduce a gay character now, and in that lukewarm way.
and the soap is rather dry and barren of new ideas, gone are the days of fierce professional rivalry, and one can only ask oneself, what is queen doing in there, what issues/lesons are being drawn from her, or for that sake, samuel, or even karabo, and ajax, (a teenager throwing tantrums!)

i guess the writers are too much hooked oin the suspense angle, to go into indepth discussions of....................
abortion(dineo, did she or did not abort)
homosexuality(are they or aren't they GAY)
romance, (non existent, all couples are dry)
......................really, the show is SINKING!

 I think that it is truly unfair to compare SA to Hollywood. You have Bold and the Beautiful repeating story lines like they are back by popular demand. The likes of days of our lives and a lot of of other stories/drama etc.

Every1 in thei industry overseas or local recycle old material. how many overseas movies have we seen where the main character falls in love with the female lead character and their relationship is weird and at the end the guy professes his undying love for the woman? A lot of times. So how different is Generations from those?

just because it's a south African product we feel the need to criticise. yes, there is a lot that can be done to make generations better just as there is a lot that can be done to improve bollywood movies.

Point is, every1 recycles old material  original or otherwise

I hear you sis/bro... BUT who better to call u out on yr mistakes than yr own brother. Its not a matter of comparing Mzansi to hollywood. Its abt competense. There is a lot of money going around in ths industry yet ppl r dying poor, we get bombarded with reruns on SABC & some of our shows r plain mediocre.

I studied drama for 3 yrs and worked as a scriptwritter for 2 (most of which I was a shadow scriptwritter) For the few gigs that I got outside of the SOAP, I could only work as a freelancer. Your work is never guaranteed becoz of some beraucratic nonsense. Some line producer or promo producer will get promoted to Executive producing because of his personal affiliation with certain people regardless of his/her inexperience thus jeaopardising the quality of the work produced. Does that happen in hollywood as well? yes but that is no reason to excuse such absurdity.

It goes back to the issue of "brotherhood". Jst because we both blk i will look away when u abuse yr position because I dnt want u to say "ke ja le makgowa". In the long run the company collapses and we all loose our jobs. If local shows are not doing a good job they need to be critisised or the industry will never grow. Sadly I had to leave the industry because I had better dreams for myself and it was clear that I may not achieve them in ths industry at the rate the things r going.

Am I bitter? Of course. Yet, I care enough to point out the flaws with our writters when I see them. My opinion wont change the industry, I AM BUT ONLY ONE MAN. Someone has to say it and I will regardless of whether some ppl will think I'm being unpatriotic. I would luv to see all the film nd drama students right now becoming the success they r dreaming of being. Fame and fortune is possible in SA, we jst need to stop swallowing crap and keeping mum simply to buy face.

People grace coversof magazines in Mzansi every week yet they cant afford medical aid and live in backyard rooms. I wanna see tht change. I have faith that some day true talent will be appreciated and rewarded in SA. Til then....

Maybe if you stuck it out long enough and made a few contacts yourself you could have been in a better position to make necessary changes. Ranting and raving about it on TVSA will not get you the desired results.

So maybe the change needs to start with you, your way of thinking and easily giving up. change that and you may stand a chance at changing things

Jst for the record that was not an attack on Generation but a general concern for the industry at large

I do also think tvsa is a perfect forum to voice such views i dnt knw wat has changed since the last time I was here but whn tvsa started it was sort of a platform for like-minded ppl to voice such views without the fear of being fingured nd losing the few connections they have in the industry. I knw of an actor who vented her frustration with the abuse of power of a certain producer here. It was something that everybody talked abt but never in public forum. The industry is small and people dnt wanna burn bridges.

:) Damn I miss the thrill of it all but i have to say I love the comfort of knowing that my bills will be paid every monthend. I watch some of my buddies who have stuck it out. Have you considered why the kiss may have been so short? 

Generations sometimes picks up the very next moment in the same episode. So maybe, and I am just guessing guys, that they will come back to the kiss, and because Jason grabbed Senzo and kissed him, maybe when we come back tonight, Senzo will push him off him.

Remember, we're not sure what Senzo's reaction be? Maybe Generations cut it short, so that Senzo can cut it short, i.e. he's not into the kiss?

Hey guys, been quite for a while. You know yesterday I knew that jason was gonna kiss Senzo but the suspense was killing me. When Linda came and sort of softened up I thought she was the one to be kissed but OMW the way Jason grabbed Senzo was just really really unexpected and then when waiting for Senzo's reaction everything is over but anyhou I guess we will c wat happens tonite.
As for Khaphela if he losses Tseki it's his fault coz we all know Dumi has a knife in Khaphela's head, we expected him to say that. But if Khaphela had kept quiet about Khethiwe it would have been easy to explain the situation. The whole time when Bra khaps kept going on and on and on and on and on and on and on about Khethi I thought Tseki was gonna go but I guess she is more of a woman that I am.
You gotta love Mistykobe, I loved her line last week when Dinny asked wat she said at Mashaba "ngibatshelil' ukuthi yimina u Miss Dikobe" with attitude. Ciao guys gotta get back to work.

i dont know when we say its ok to have gay friends but not my kids or my family is that not double standards? and what is it about gay men, they make very good friends, open, honest and supportive, has been my experience.

i just think its best to evaluate people on the basis of their values, personality and principles and morals rather than on something they dont have control over. if we alienate people because they are homosexual or not, is that not the same as discriminating against people coz they are albino, black,obese, disabled, or simply different? where do we draw the line?

i suggest you sit down with your kids, and let them talk to you about this, 9/10, you will find out they already know, or maybe have even experimented about this.

We love generations so much, we have been viewing it from I cant remember when. It has been one of the soapie you can watch with the whole family. 
But what happened yesterday it was disgusting. 
The warning made matters worse because the kids wanted to really see what we were being warned against.  
What lesson are you trying to teach us with scenes like that?
I hope that was the last scene of that kind you showed us.
We respect you, the steam and the soapie itself, if you want to maintain the respect, and keep your position as the number one sopie in Mzansi keep doing the acceptable thing.

I still think they picked the wrong two to play the gay part..... I watched Brothers and Sisters Season 1, the gay couples were really romantic and i was teary eyed at one point. Hope it goes in that direction.....Soapies are about romance and intrigue...hope we dont lose the theme in trying to expand the viewer base....Generations still rocks though....minus Sam and Shaaz....HAYI!!

Doss - all i can tell youis that yesterday, Ms dikobe met with her son in law, she got more than what she bargain for, Kenny called her Mom in law andtold her that it was dineo who refused for him to meet her, i told you guys that i doubted that  Kenny paid Lobola for Dinny.

Tseki broke the relationship with Bra Khaps, because the only thing that come out of his mouth was Khethiwe that , Khethiwe this. what a loss.

Kenny went to see Dinny, and they chat, she told him that he was not going to choose between her child and him, shame dinny from riches to rats.

Karabo - Was distracted yesterday , dont know why and i dont care.

Senzo- it dont seems like he enjoyed the kiss, he was grumpy and angry ,and for the first time he took it out on Ajax( nice move Senzo)

Dumisane( Mr Big mouth) Told Sbu that Jason was not only looking at Nude Woman but also Man, in his words i quote( the boy is playing for both sides) something like that.

Mna i say we should b venis, its so romantic there  and everything is surrounded by water, we would travel by boats wherever we go even to spar to buy bread and cheese. Our language wud b french or italian, those r also very romantic languages. By the way hsa any1 ever noticed how handsome italian guyz are, alwayz tall, dark hair, ivory skin, well built bodies, beautiful hazel eyes, firm butts and nice legs (brackets) i just luv them and i know Queen wud b in paradise living with those creatures.

pple almost 4got to tell you all ....i don't know if its because i went to bed ryt after GEN but i had a weird dream it was about senzo, jason and i.......Senzo and jason were in a relationship and arguing about something i came to calm them down but the arguement went on and on  all of a sudden Senzo grabbed me and kissed me like there is no tomorrow, and walked out of the room while he out i am now trying to comfort uJason ..........damn he just came close to me whispered some nice  words and we were both breathing heavily the next was we garbbed clothes off sa Davaza ........OMG..........flip it was so nice ........even in the morning bengilokhu ngicabanga shooo what a dream, what a Mdavazo...........huuuuuu i still have this picture in my mind

Back, people have been using me a lot these days. Can someone explain the jason-cleo-khaphela triangle/ I think gen needs to get more people for the scenes where it involves people moving around, like the one at the beginning scene. For instance, there were two ladies behind jason (i think) shuffling some paper on a table. They leave the table towards the lift and make a u-turn and head back to the table for more shuffling. there were many instances. What say guys?

Sbusiso went to Pan African for a meeting and ended up asking Jason's boss (dave) what Jason said about leaving.

Cleo and Khapela decided that they wont date because cloe cannot leave her child in KZN

New horizons had a party for the launch of the Capitec bank ad and while jason was making a speech Senzo walked in and Jason got distracted. Then jason went up to Senzo and Senzo tried to talk to Jason but Jason would not listen. Jason left Senzo and went to talk to Linda.

Linda told Jason that her bosses were happy and she gave Jason a peck on the lips. Then they started kissing (linda initiated the kiss). Senzo was shocked.

Dumie laughed at Queen when she told him that Khaphela adn cleo were once an item.

Ms Dikobe told Dinny to get dressed and she took her to hospital for a check up.
Thomas went to the shabeen where dinny showed him the sona (scan), he was touched.

Shaz didnt like the constructive criticism that Ntombi gave her on her work so they seem to be avoiding each other.

why is generations in the habit of making people pregnant then have them lose thier babies. if they aren't prepared to carry out the pregnancy 'til birth then they should not even make their characters pregnant (unless they are really pregnant like in the case of Sonia Sedibe).

hi every one. Its too quite hey. I don't blame you. there is nothing to say. Friday was boring I personally was hoping for something better.

Imagine Thomas was holding a gun, he could have taken control of the whole situation. I was thinking he will make his Dad suffer for 2 minutes, atleast to make him apologise.the next thing he pointed himself  with the gun and imagine the three of them fighting for the gun like some naughty kids. The Jason and Senzo scenes are a bit sensitive and 20H00 is not the perfect slot. It should be beared in mind that mzanzi has a multinational cultural diversities and the soupie is not specifically meant for a certain group or culture, therefore such scenes, including those of sharon and sam should be cleansed.

Kenny still worries me, he's softening up but maybe Dumi will take his place.
