Sam’s winning story, ''Curse of the Nobody People" was broadcast on 3rd Degree last year. It investigated the brutal murder of albinos in Tanzania.
The story investigated the hunting down of 60 albinos by unscrupulous operators. Their body parts were used for muti, following a belief that their skin has medicinal powers.
