“When we decided to discontinue the schedules in the Dish magazine, our intention was to stop giving our subscribers inaccurate schedule information. Since distributing the improved April Dish magazine without the listings, we have received a number of complaints from subscribers who are missing the printed schedule information.
We have listened to the complaints received from these subscribers and will be conducting a survey in the coming weeks. This survey will ask all subscribers whether they wish to receive a printed version of the listings, even though there will still be inaccuracies in the listings.
Once we have received the feedback from this survey, we will determine the best route forward to resolve this to the satisfaction of our subscribers.”
