Dealing with night terrors can be highly stressful whether you are witnessing or experiencing it. It is estimated that one in twenty adults has experienced night terrors at some stage in their lives, although it is more common in children between the ages of one and eight. Tonight, we explain the source of this disorder and share effective ways of dealing with night terrors.

Anyway, I would also have loved to see the Thursday show but knowing them, they're gonna get those "experts" who talk about stuff we don't understand...they must just get normal people who are experiencing this or have experienced it so they can tell us how they deal/dealt with it....
