Silver SpiritTwo months, eleven countries, 17000km and just one Rolls Royce. Seasoned adventurers Mike and Jeanette van Ginkel set off in their pride and joy Silver Spirit earlier this year and made what’s believed to be the first trip across Africa in a Roller.
Cape to Cairo and then on to the Rolls Royce factory in England proved an eventful and often hilarious trip for a couple who’re still having fun after 50 years of marriage.
