The Bennets, West and Elle

Sandra points a gun at Bob and tells him to get out of her house. Bob is holding an urn, which he says contains HRG's ashes, having been cremated as a result of the instructions in his personnel file.

Bob tells them that in the wake of the tragedy, Claire will be left alone to lead a normal life. After Bob has left, Sandra tells them to pack their bags as they're leaving that night.

Outside the Bennet's house, Bob gets into his car, where Elle is waiting for him. He tells her to keep an eye on Claire.

Elle complains about the sling she's wearing, and Bob says it's her fault for letting her guard down. He tells her that she needs to accept responsibility for what happened and regain his trust. Elle agrees to watch Claire for him.

Some time later, Claire is searching through boxes when West enters. She tells him that HRG's death hurts more than anything else and it's not getting better.

She says that there's a man who worked for HRG who can make people forget things, and she's going to get him to make her forget that she ever had a father.

Claires finds the wind chimes, which was what she was looking for, and West asks her how those are going to help her contact the Haitian. He convinces her that forgetting isn't the answer, and Claire replies that she wishes she could tell HRG how sorry she is.

She gets a chance to say it to the ashes when she scatters his ashes into the ocean as Sandra, Lyle, Mr Muggles and West look on. After disposing of the ashes and added to the levels of pollution in the ocean, she hugs West and then notices Elle sitting in a car watching.

Claire storms over to the car and she and Elle argue. Claire says that she's going to tell the world what the Company did to her and her father.

Elle says that she has no proof and no one will believe her. Claire punches the car window, shattering it and cutting herself in the process. I've never tried punching a car window, but I would have thought that it would be too tough for Claire to break with just one punch.

Claire holds up her fist in front of Elle's face and the two of them watch it heal. Claire says that she'll show everybody what she can do.

Sylar, Maya and Alejandro

Sylar and Maya have a picnic by a lake. Sylar tells her that after she sees Doctor Suresh she will be normal, and Maya replies that it will mean that she and Alejandro can go home.

Sylar suggests that Alejandro could go home right now, but Maya says that she needs him to stop her from hurting other people. Sylar says that she could possibly learn to control her power, but Maya says that it's not possible.

Maya says that they should get back and Sylar says that she put Alejandro through hell by killing his wife, and that he actually hates her. This upsets Maya, with the result that her power activates. Sylar lies gasping on the ground for a while, but Maya is able to bring her power under control.

Maya bursts into Alejandro's room telling him that Sylar showed her how to control her power. Alejandro tells Maya that he looked up Sylar on the office's computer, and shows her a print-out of a newspaper article saying that Sylar killed his mother.

The article is in English, which means that Alejandro has improved a lot from not being able to speak it at all not so long ago. So if Sylar weren't a psychopath, he could probably make a fortune teaching English as a foreign language.

Maya doesn't believe it, but Alejandro tells her they need to leave. Just then, Sylar enters and asks if Maya told her brother the good news. Maya asks Sylar about the newspaper article, and he tells her that he did kill his mother, but it was an accident. She tried to kill him and he tried to defend himself, which resulted in her death.

Alejandro tells Maya that they need to leave immediately. She replies that Sylar knows exactly how she feels and the two of them will go and see Doctor Suresh without him.

That evening, Alejandro comes to Sylar's room and tells him, in English, that he's taking his sister with him. The two of them struggle, before Sylar grabs a knife and stabs Alejandro, killing him. As Sylar kneels over Alejandro's body, Maya knocks on the door.

She knocks for a while, and eventually Sylar comes out, drying his hair with a towel. He tells her that he was in the shower and didn't hear her with the water running. Sylar is shirtless in this scene, so I guess this means they couldn't come up with a plausible reason for Peter to take his shirt off in this episode.

Maya tells Sylar that he was right about everything. He says that he just wants to help her and she replies that he's done so much more. The two of them kiss, while Sylar closes the door so that Maya doesn't see Alejandro's dead body.

Mohinder, Bob and HRG

We see a repeat of HRG being healed, but this time it's revealed that Mohinder is also there. He tells HRG that Claire's blood brought him back to life, which naturally angers HRG.

Mohinder tells HRG that he has no one to blame but himself as his violence and paranoia put them the current path. Mohinder takes what's left of Claire's blood, saying that it holds the key to saving an innocent woman's life, and that's what the Company does, save lives. HRG says that everything Mohinder's been told is a lie and that the Company made the virus and has been experimenting with it for thirty years.

Mohinder tells Bob that Claire's blood has fortified the antibodies enough to combat the mutated virus. Bob congratulates Mohinder, but Mohinder then confronts him about the Company's viral research, bringing up Strain 138

Bob says that Strain 138 is locked away safely and that the Company is vigilant about security. Mohinder is sceptical about that, saying that for weeks he worked as spy undetected. Although that could be because he didn't appear to do much in the way of spying.

Bob asks what they can do, and Mohinder asks for his help to hunt down every strain of the virus that the Company possesses. Bob appears to nod in agreement. After Bob has left, Mohinder phones Niki and tells her that he'll be bringing the cure on the next flight.

While Mohinder's riding in a taxi to the airport he gets a phone call. It's Sylar, who is phoning from Mohinder's apartment, where he's with a sleeping Molly. Maya is there as well, and Sylar tells Mohinder that she needs his help, and that he'll see him soon.

Micah, Monica and Niki

Micah, Monica and Damon enter their house, discussing the price of mint condition comic books. Damon suggests that they sell Micah's comics and live happily ever after. Micah puts his backpack down and then he notices that Niki has returned.

Niki and Micah talk, and she tells him about the virus. She reassures him that Mohinder will be able to make her better and the two of them will have a normal life.

Micah says that he has something which will make her feel better, and goes to get D.L.'s medal, which was in his backpack. He goes to where he left it, only to find that it's not there any more.

The reason it's not there is that Damon had taken it in order to try and find out how much the comics were worth in the hope that Micah would sell them and get some extra money. However, it was a set-up and Damon was beaten up and the backpack stolen.

Micah attacks Damon, and Niki has to pull him off. After Nana has taken Damon away to get cleaned up before she calls the police, Micah tells Niki that they need to get the medal back. Micah tells Niki that they need to be heroes, like D.L. was, and Niki replies that being a hero was what got D.L. killed.

That evening, Monica wakes Micah and offers to help him get the medal back. She says that she knows what it's like to lose someone and want to have piece of them to hold on to.

After receiving Mohinder's phone call, Niki goes to tell Micah the good news, but he's not in his room. Instead, he's standing outside another house with Monica, and he tells her that no one's home.

Monica watches a clip of someone scaling a wall on her iPod. She comments that it's too bright and she wouldn't want people thinking that she's robbing the place. Although, technically that's what she is doing.

Micah puts his hand on the post of a nearby streetlight and it goes out. Monica asks how he did that, and he replies that he told the lights he needed them to be out for a while.

Monica scales the wall like the clip she just watched, and enters the house through an upstairs window. She finds Micah's backpack and the comics, but as she does so, the gang who stole them in the first place return.

Monica tries to hide by wedging herself against some ceiling supports, but as the gang walks underneath her, she drops one of Micah's comics and is discovered. She is dragged out and bundled into the back of a van, which Micah sees.

Hiro and Ando

Hiro and Ando look through some files, hoping to find a clue that will lead them to Adam. Hiro finds a photograph of Adam, Victoria and a man who Hiro claims is his father, even though he looks nothing like George Takei.

He turns the photo over and luckily for him the date (October 1977) and the names of the people in the photograph are written on the back. Hiro says that Kensei was calling himself Adam Monroe, and Ando replies that he saw that name somewhere. He pulls out a envelope and gives it to Hiro.

Inside the envelope is an order to lock up Adam Monroe dated 2 November 1977, and signed by Kaito. Despite Ando's protests, Hiro travels back in time to that day.

He arrives in the Company's facilities and watches as Kaito orders two guards to lock Adam up and throw away the key. Adam says that he tried to save the world as the constant war and disregard for the environment are only getting worse, and someone had to make the hard choice.

Kaito goes into Victoria's lab and asks her if she's all right. She tells him that Adam was looking for Strain 138 and if he'd been successful then the Company would have been ground zero for a global pandemic.

Victoria gives the phial containing the virus to Kaito and he tells her that it will be taken to the Company's storage facility in Odessa, Texas. Kaito suggests that Victoria take a few days off , and she tells him that she won't be a part of it any more.

Hiro returns to the present. He tells Ando about Adam's plans and that he needs to find a way to stop him. He takes the sword and then teleports to Odessa.

Peter and Adam

Peter stands in the New York of the future and watches himself and Caitlin being dragged away. He calls out her name, but it appears that this was only a vision as he is back in the present. Although it might not have been a vision, as Peter is now holding an evacuation order, which I can't remember if he had previously.

Peter shows the order to Adam, who asks him what he knows about it. When Peter says that it's called the Shanti virus, Adam tells him that thirty years earlier he knew a woman called Victoria Pratt who extracted a deadly virus from a young girl named Shanti and tried to develop it into a weapon. Peter says that they need to find her.

The two of them somehow find out where Victoria is and make their way to her house. Adam has a gun with him, but Peter suggests that he talk to Victoria instead.

Peter finds Victoria, who points a shotgun at him. He tells her that the Shanti virus will be released in twenty-four hours time and end up killing 93% of the world's population, and she tells him to go inside her house.

Once inside, Peter tries to convince Victoria by telling her about Caitlin being trapped in the future. Victoria tells him that he's looking for a Strain 138, which is a mutated strain of the virus.

Peter returns to Adam and tells him that the virus is in storage facility in New Mexico. Adam says that the Company never had a facility in New Mexico, but is then shot by Victoria, who shoots Peter as well.

Adam naturally recovers, but Victoria walks over to him, saying that blowing his head off is the only way to be sure. She points the shotgun at Adam, but before she can pull the trigger, Peter grabs hold of it and knocks her out.

When Victoria comes to, Adam has tied her up inside her house. She accuses Peter of working with Adam to release the virus, but he says that he wants to find it and destroy it.

Victoria tells Peter that thirty years earlier Adam broke into her lab, intending to release the virus. Adam refutes her claim, saying that he was trying to stop what the Company was doing.

Victoria accuses Adam of being a killer, and if Peter is working with him then he must be one too, just like his parents. Peter says that Adam helped him escape the Company and save his brother's life, but what Victoria was a part off will bring an end to the world.

Victoria refuses to tell Peter where the virus is, but he reads her mind and learns that it's in Odessa. Adam unties her, telling Peter that they're letting her go. Victoria breaks free and picks up her shotgun, pointing it at Peter, but Adam shoots her dead.

Peter says that it wasn't necessary to kill, but Adam says Victoria was about to take his head off, which Peter wouldn't have been able to come back from. Peter goes to get the car and once he's left, Adam takes out a photograph of Victoria and uses his blood to draw the symbol on it, before dropping it next to her body.

Peter and Adam arrive at Primatech Paper in Odessa. Peter comments that it doesn't look like the sort of place where a virus would be stored, and Adam replies that the paper company is just a front.

Adam suddenly stops moving, as does everyone else except Peter. He turns around and sees Hiro.

Hiro tells him that Adam killed Kaito and so must pay. Peter says that he can't let Hiro do that, and Hiro draws his sword, saying that Peter has chosen the wrong side. Hiro raises his sword and charges at Peter.

I didn't see this nor did i see or understand a lot of stuff but your recap cleared things up for me (especially the Hiro and Peter part).

Cit, i noticed that Mohinder was called Suresh during this episode.....isn't Suresh his father? or is it his surname?
