Tuesday, 1 July 2008Episode 5036 Ridge tells Ashley that he will really lose Brooke if she resigns. Brooke declares to Bridget that she wants Nick back.
Taylor sees Brooke's resignation as a ploy to win Nick back and is furious. Nick tells Taylor that he would do anything for her. They make dinner plans to find out if they are pregnant.
Brooke hands in her resignation letter even though Ridge tries to talk her out of it. Stephanie and Brooke share some harsh words before Brooke leaves. Brooke kisses Nick but he firmly tells her to stop.
Rick tells Ashley that he loves Phoebe and doesn't want to cheat on her. Ashley and Ridge discuss new beginnings and kiss.
Wednesday, 2 July 2008Episode 5037 Stephanie tells Taylor that she hopes the best for her and Nick if that's what Taylor really wants. Nick tells Brooke to stop because she's hurting him. He tells her that the happy memories are gone.
Nick walks into a romantic dinner that Taylor prepared for him and is eager to have Taylor take her pregnancy test.
Ridge tells Ashley that kissing her won't make him feel any better and turns down her advances of going out at night together.
Phoebe and Rick get ready to go out on their first public date. Phoebe is disheartened when Rick tells her that Brooke is going after Nick. Rick and Phoebe fight over Brooke's motives around Nick.
Later, Rick tells Ashley that he will come by her hotel to pick up some notes. Stephanie tells Brooke to stop trying to destroy Nick and Taylor's relationship.
Thursday, 3 July 2008Episode 5038 Taylor tells Nick that she is nervous to take the pregnancy test. Nick affirms his commitment to Taylor. Phoebe shows up unexpectedly and tells Taylor that she had a fight with Rick about her mother's relationship with Nick.
Stephanie warns Brooke to leave Nick alone. Brooke won't give a clear answer to Stephanie when she asks Brooke if she can leave Nick alone if Taylor is pregnant. She tells Stephanie to find out if Taylor is pregnant. Taylor and Nick decide it's time to take the pregnancy test.
Ashley suggests going over the marketing plan at her hotel with Rick. Ashley and Rick remember their amorous time in Paris. Phoebe calls Rick to apologize and Ashley senses Rick's attraction to Phoebe.
Friday, 4 July 2008Episode 5039
Taylor is disappointed to find out the pregnancy test results were negative. Taylor uses this information as a way to give Nick an out of their relationship, but instead, he wants to set a wedding date.
Stephanie tells Brooke that she will call Taylor and find out about the test results only if Brooke agrees to back off if Taylor is pregnant. Brooke is happy to learn that Taylor is not pregnant.
Monday, 7 July 2008Episode 5040 Ridge and Ashley make dinner plans, much to Brooke's surprise. Brooke tells Ashley not to rush into anything with Ridge. Brooke apologizes to Nick that Taylor isn't pregnant but then appeals to Nick and wants him to choose her. He makes it clear that he wants to be with Taylor.
Tuesday, 8 July 2008Episode 5041 Brooke asks for Taylor's advice about Rick. Taylor and Brooke have a nice conversation and Taylor gives Brooke some sound advice. Stephanie is happy to see that Ridge and Ashley will be spending time together. Ashley says that she is looking forward to spending time with Ridge.
Wednesday, 9 July 2008Episode 5042Ashley and Stephanie talk more about her relationship with Ridge. Taylor, Nick and Phoebe discuss Taylor and Nick's upcoming wedding.
Thursday, 10 July 2008Episode 5043 Stephanie helps Ridge with an important business matter. Nick takes the Shady Marlin out and remembers the time he spent with Brooke, Hope, and R.J. on the boat. Nick then surprises Brooke by showing up at her doorstep.
Friday, 11 July 2008Episode 5044 Brooke kisses Nick after he tells her that he doesn't know how to stop loving her. Nick realizes Brooke misinterpreted his words. Brooke wants to give him a child but he says that time has passed.
Bridget informs Taylor that her eggs are not viable. Brooke overhears Nick's conversation with Taylor about her fertility problems. Brooke wants Bridget to test her to see if she can conceive a child.
Later, Nick consoles Taylor and assures her he wants to be with her even if they never have a child.
Monday, 14 July 2008Episode 5045 Taylor suggests Invitro Fertilization (IVF) to Nick. Nick is not ecstatic about the idea, but will do anything to make Taylor happy.
Brooke undergoes a series of tests to see if she can conceive a child. She believes that Nick is not meant to be with Taylor if they can't have a baby together.
Brooke is shocked to learn that Nick and Taylor are considering IVF. Nick tells Brooke to let him go.
As they spend time together, Ridge kisses Ashley.
15 July 2008Episode 5046 Nick and Taylor go through possible donor files. Bridget thinks Brooke is making a big mistake by going after Nick. Brooke then declares that Nick doesn't want to be with her and she is moving on.
Brooke shows up at Taylor's door and tells her that she doesn't want to do anything to jeopardize Nick's chances of becoming a father.
Rick and Phoebe apologize for letting their parent's lives affect them so much. Rick accepts that Nick loves Taylor. Rick and Phoebe acknowledge the fact that their family problems are still an issue and may cause future fights.
16 July 2008Episode 5047 Taylor tells Nick that she's confident Brooke won't try to come between them again. Bridget calls Nick to tell him the donor is ready for the procedure. Nick asks Rick to be his best man but he declines out of respect for his mother. Taylor asks Phoebe to be her maid of honour.
Brooke remembers her wedding to Nick and sees those happy times disappear. Brooke asks Rick to reconsider being Nick's best man and he calls Nick to tell him he changed his mind. Brooke tries to be happy for Nick but is in a lot of pain.
17 July 2008Episode 5048 Nick and Taylor are ecstatic for their upcoming wedding and the thought of starting a family together. Jackie is thrilled to learn that Taylor and Nick have an IVF appointment after the wedding.
Brooke tells Rick and Bridget she thought she was ready to accept Nick and Taylor's wedding but indeed she's not.
Taylor and Phoebe share their happiness of being in love with Nick and Rick. Rick tells Taylor that Nick is running a little late.
Brooke shows up at the church and secretly visits Nick's groom's room. She tells him that it isn't too late to back out.
18 July 2008Episode 5049 Brooke tries to convince Nick to be with her. Donna and Storm are worried when Nick arrives late to the altar. Brooke wants Nick to stop the wedding but the ceremony progresses.
Nick and Taylor exchange vows and are pronounced husband and wife. They inform their guests they have to leave for their Invitro appointment. Ridge is surprised that Rick is the best man at Taylor's wedding.
Stephanie tells Brooke that Ridge isn't pining over her and is spending time with Ashley. Ashley sees that Ridge is bothered by something but he tells her to drop the subject. Ridge and Ashley make plans to go away but are interrupted by Lt. Baker's announcement of Shane's death.
21 July 2008Episode 5050 Nick and Taylor get ready for the Invitro process. Bridget wishes them wedded bliss. Nick and Bridget remain professional in an awkward situation when she hands him a specimen cup. Taylor "helps" Nick when he doesn't get inspiration from DVD's and men's magazines.
Ridge tries to feign surprise as Lt. Baker tells him that Shane's body washed up on the Venice Beach. Ridge tells Stephanie he's worried the situation has gotten out of hand.
Lt. Baker learns that the Shady Marlin left the harbor two nights ago and has his forensic team search the boat for anything that could be tied to Shane.
Ridge tells Stephanie he has to turn himself in.
22 July 2008Episode 5051 Phoebe feels guilty that she didn't support Shane when he needed her the most. She warns Rick that people who reach out to her seem to die. Rick comforts her.
Ridge makes all the preparations for his children so they are well taken care of when he goes to prison. Taylor thinks that she could be investigated by the police for Shane's murder because she requested a restraining order and is still on probation. Taylor wants Stephanie to use her influence with the police.
Stephanie is interested when she learns that Nick can be tied to Shane and that he made a scene in front of Lt. Baker.
Nick tells Taylor he's a suspect but there's nothing that can tie him to Shane.
A lab technician tells Lt. Baker that five hairs found on the Shady Marlin match Shane. Lt. Baker sends a bagged item he found at Nick's office for analysis. He asks Detective Scott to check out the gun registry for Dominic Marone and Ridge Forrester.
23 July 2008Episode 5052 Stephanie tells Ridge not to confess because Nick will pay for the crime. Ridge is worried that it is too risky to put the blame on someone else.
Rick wants to take Phoebe to a hotel to relax and see where that leads them. Phoebe is confused because they had said they would wait until marriage to have sex. Rick is clearly "frustrated." Rick is surprised to learn that Ashley is seeing Ridge.
Bridget tells Eric that she's moved on from Nick and wishes Brooke would do the same. Stephanie informs Eric about Shane's murder.
Jackie questions Nick about Shane but he says he had nothing to with the murder.
Stephanie, Eric, Ridge, Phoebe, Nick, Taylor, Jackie are called over to the Forresters by Lt. Baker. Lt. Baker informs everyone that he knows who the killer is and that person is in the room right now.
24 July 2008Episode 5053Rick wonders if Ashley is seeing Ridge to get under his skin. Rick tells her that a part of him wants to get back with her but Ashley wants full commitment. Rick is torn between her and Phoebe.
Dr. Kimbrough tells Bridget the fertilized eggs are ready for implantation.
Lt. Baker insinuates that Taylor, along with Ridge's assistance could have disposed Shane's body. He names Ridge and Nick as suspects. Taylor receives a call from Bridget about the fertilized eggs.
Lt. Baker makes an arrest.
25 July 2008Episode 5054 Nick tells Taylor to go ahead with the IVF procedure. Nick tells Storm that he's crossed many people who might want to frame him.
Ridge's guilt takes over but Stephanie tells him that Nick is paying for all the crimes he committed against the family. Ridge tells Stephanie that he lied about shooting Grant Chambers to protect Rick. Stephanie is even more desperate to keep Ridge from confessing.
Bridget assures Taylor the arrest is a misunderstanding. Bridget has to do the embryo transfer when Dr. Kimbrough is called away to the delivery room. Taylor is sad that Nick cannot be with her during this monumental moment in their lives.
Lt. Baker tells Nick he did not get bail and has to spend the night in jail. Nick vows to go after who ever framed him.
28 July 2008Episode 5055 C.J. asks Rick and Phoebe to sing to get he buzz going about karaoke at the Insomnia, but Phoebe isn't in the mood. Phoebe tells Rick she doesn't want to go away with him because she doesn't want them to be tempted to have sex.
Stephanie pushes Ridge to remain quiet. Ashley shows Ridge a newspaper article about Nick's arrest and claims that the wrong man was arrested. Ashley suggests going somewhere with Ridge to take his mind off of things. Stephanie urges Ridge to enjoy an evening with Ashley.
Taylor comes to see Nick in prison and shows him a picture of the embryos. Nick tells her that there could be a chance somebody framed him. After making bail, Nick shows arrives at Stephanie's and demands answers.
29 July 2008Episode 5056 The Forresters hold a press conference to make a brief statement about where they stand on the Shane McGrath murder issue. Ridge is asked to make a statement and says that Nick should pay for his crimes.
Nick believes Ridge committed the murder and believes Lt. Baker should be investigating Ridge. Brooke finds out about Nick's arrest and is ready to help in anyway she can.
C.J tricks Rick and Phoebe into singing karaoke. He secretly videotapes their performance and puts the recording on the internet to get publicity for Insomnia.
30 July 2008Episode 5057 Ridge and Ashley reschedule their date. Ridge arrives at Ashley's place to spend the evening with her.
Nick questions Phoebe about her night on the Marlin. Phoebe is shocked by Nick's accusations against her father. Nick wants to see Ashley but she is busy with Ridge. After Ridge leaves, Nick arrives and Ashley is shocked when Nick tells her he thinks Ridge killed Shane.
Stephanie and Taylor talk;Taylor is confused by Stephanie's strong reaction to Nick's pursuit on a lead against Ridge.
31 July 2008Episode 5058 Ashley and Nick continue their conversation and Ashley tells Nick that she doesn't believe Ridge could kill and set someone up. Nick learns that Ridge didn't show up for his date with Ashley and he was in no condition to see her afterwards. Nick plants the seeds of doubt in Ashley's head.
Ridge wonders if Nick has a good lead when Phoebe tells him that Nick accused him of murder.
Taylor wonders why Stephanie is bothered by Nick's attempt to clear his name. Stephanie learns that Nick visited Ashley and heads over there to do some damage control. Nick confronts Ridge at Forrester Originals.
