Friday, 1 May 2009Episode 5254 Donna pleads with Stephanie for another deal. Katie and Brooke enter and tell Stephanie to leave. Stephanie tells the sisters that they are all responsible for what's about to happen to Storm.
Katie tries to convince Stephanie to change her mind. Stephanie commends Katie for trying, but picks up the phone to call Lt. Baker anyway. The sisters stand by as Stephanie asks Baker to meet with her in an hour.
A surprisingly cordial Taylor visits Nick to check on Baby Jack. Taylor tells Nick that leaving him was one of the most difficult things she has ever had to do in her life, but it was the right thing.
Taylor tells Nick that she will always love him but now she has to move in a different direction: finding a man who ISN'T in love with Brooke. Taylor vows to concentrate on getting back to the woman that she used to be.
Eric asks Ridge if he will help protect the Logans from Stephanie. Ridge sides with Stephanie and tells Eric that Brooke and Katie have already asked for help; he won't because Storm needs to pay for what he's done. Katie goes to talk to Stephanie to try to get her to change her mind about turning Storm into the police.
Monday, 4 May 2009Episode 5255 Nick is impressed by Taylor's new attitude. Taylor apologizes to Nick for the way things ended between them; he could have been the true love of her life.
Before Taylor leaves, Nick asks her if she wants to say good night to Jack. Taylor tells Nick, "No. I'm taking him with me." Donna and Brooke hope that Katie can get through to Stephanie, but Storm tells them that he has accepted his fate.
Later, Brooke, Donna and Storm arrive at the Forrester mansion where Ridge becomes furious at the sight of Storm and lunges at him.
Alone, Katie tells Stephanie that she understands how Stephanie must feel and tries to reason with her. Stephanie respects Katie and her approach but tells Katie that nothing is going to change her mind about turning Storm in.
Tuesday, 5 May 2009Episode 5256 Stephanie has everyone on their toes waiting for her reveal of who shot her. Stephanie tells the police that she is the one who is responsible and adds that her own actions led someone to shoot her. Stephanie asks the police to please drop the case.
Later, Eric asks Stephanie if she let Storm off the hook in hopes to get something in return. Stephanie tells Eric that the only thing she wants is for her and Eric to spend their anniversary together with their family; afterwards, he is free to make whatever decision he wants to about the future.
Nick is stunned by the news that Taylor plans on taking Baby Jack home with her. Taylor tells Nick that she hopes that they can work out a custody agreement.
Nick recommends that Taylor not take Jack home tonight because he's sleeping. Taylor agrees to come back to tomorrow. Before she leaves, Taylor tells Nick that she will never give up on her son.
Wednesday, 6 May 2009Episode 5257 Brooke tells Nick that he needs to find a way to stop Taylor from taking Baby Jack because Taylor is too unstable to care for a child.
Brooke later tells Nick that a part of her wants to be his wife and Jack's mother, but this is her last chance to marry Ridge. Ridge tells Taylor that she did the right thing by leaving Nick. Ridge confesses that he is worried that Brooke will want to spend more time with Nick and Jack now that Taylor is gone.
Taylor tells Ridge that he would be crazy if he married Brooke because Brooke and Nick will always be in each other's hearts. Ridge warns Taylor not to trust Rick, especially after what happened between Rick and Phoebe last year.
Later, Rick visits Taylor and tries to dissuade her from taking Jack from Nick. Rick points out to Taylor that he is one man that Taylor wouldn't have to compete with Brooke for.
Thursday, 7 May 2009Episode 5258 Stephanie tries to persuade Ashley to rekindle her relationship with Ridge because Ridge and Brooke's relationship is on the rocks. Ashley informs Stephanie that she has her sights set on Rick, but promises that she will not completely close the book on a possible reunion in the future with Ridge.
Taylor arrives at Nick's house to pick up Baby Jack and is surprised to see Brooke there. Brooke is surprised to see Rick with Taylor. Nick reluctantly lets Taylor take the baby home.
Brooke begs Nick to get their son back to ensure Baby Jack's safety. Nick tells Brooke that he doesn't want to hurt Taylor; he will let Taylor have Jack tonight, but tomorrow he will bring their son home.
Friday, 8 May 2009Episode 5259 Brooke and Nick are both concerned for Jack's safety now that he is with Taylor, not knowing if Taylor is still drinking or what her mental state is. Storm agrees to represent Nick in an emergency custody case and is shocked to learn that Brooke is Baby Jack's biological mother.
Taylor and Rick scramble to rid her house of all alcohol. After some flirtation between the two and Rick's failed attempt at kissing Taylor again, Taylor receives papers from the court regarding Nick's request for an emergency custody hearing.
A very emotional Taylor calls Nick, chastising him for trying to take her child away from her and blaming Brooke for instigating the hearing. Felicia and Ridge plan an anniversary party in hopes of reuniting Eric and Stephanie.
Monday, 11 May 2009Episode 5260 Ridge is upset that Brooke is supporting Nick's decision to take Taylor to court and reminds Brooke that she is the one who is hurting their relationship; Brooke must separate herself from Nick in order for her and Ridge to have a future together.
Rick calls Brooke to ask her to stay away from the hearing because her presence could make things worse for Taylor. Storm tells Brooke that she should be at the courthouse to help Nick's case by testifying if need be. Brooke agrees to be there but asks Storm to only call on her only if he absolutely needs to.
Taylor assures Rick and her attorney that she will have no problem staying in control since Brooke won't be at the hearing. Later, Taylor enters the courtroom and is rattled to see Brooke there. Brooke tries to calm Taylor down, but Taylor becomes emotional and yells that Brooke will never take Jack away. In the midst of her emotional tirade, Taylor lunges at Brooke.
Tuesday, 12 May 2009Episode 5261 The custody trial begins as James, Brooke and Nick take the stand. Taylor interjects emotional outbursts during each testimony defending herself and her ability as a mother.
Eric tells Donna about his promise to Stephanie to spend his anniversary with his family. Eric assures Donna that he will come home to her as soon as the party is over and they will start planning their wedding.
Felicia notices a softer side of Stephanie that she had never seen before and asks Stephanie what her scheme is to get Eric back. Stephanie swears to Felicia that there is no scheme; she is confident that Eric will realize just how much he loves Stephanie.
Wednesday, 13 May 2009Episode 5262 Taylor takes the stand and gives an emotional plea to the judge that she needs her child to hold onto since Brooke had stolen everything away throughout the years.
Taylor's plea comes after Storm puts her through the ringer where she admits that Brooke is Jack's biological mother and also that she had been drinking. The judge tells Taylor that even though he admires her for trying to better herself, he must award custody to Nick because of her recent instability.
Eric asks Donna, once again, if she will be his wife. Later, Felicia points out to Eric how Stephanie has been different since he moved back into the house.
Thursday, 14 May 2009Episode 5263 After asking Brooke her intentions towards Nick, Rick suggests that Brooke belongs with Nick and Jack; not Ridge. Nick picks Jack up from Taylor's house after the custody hearing.
Afterwards, an emotional Taylor calls a liquor store to deliver a bottle of vodka. As Taylor is about to drink the vodka, Rick rushes in to stop her and throws the bottle across the room, shattering it against the wall. Taylor thanks Rick with a passionate kiss.
Ridge becomes upset when he learns that Brooke supported Nick in the custody suit. Nick asks Brooke to create a life with him, Jack and her kids, so that Jack can have the family that Nick never had. As Nick and Brooke are about to kiss, Ridge shows up demanding that Brooke come home with him.
Friday, 15 May 2009Episode 5264 Brooke looks back at Nick with a look of longing as she leaves with Ridge causing Nick immense hurt. Ridge voices his anger to Brooke and questions whether or not they have a future because of her connection to Nick and Jack.
Katie suggests to Bridget that she pursue a relationship with Nick again which prompts Bridget to pay a visit to Nick. After Taylor pulls away from Rick's kiss, she can't believe that she is finding comfort in her nemesis' son.
After Phoebe walks in during their conversation, Taylor vows to Rick that their relationship cannot go any further because it would devastate Phoebe.
Monday, 18 May 2009Episode 5265 After Ridge asks Brooke whether she wants a life with him or with Nick, Brooke gets down on one knee and proposes to Ridge. Donna voices her concern to Eric about his family doing whatever possible to reunite him with Stephanie.
Eric assures Donna that his heart will be with her all night. The Forresters greet their out of town guests, Kristen and Pam, as Eric looks on at all of his loved ones that have gathered to celebrate his and Stephanie's anniversary.
Bridget offers a helping hand to Nick and suggests that fate may have brought them together again.
Tuesday, 19 May 2009Episode 5266 Pam continues her threats toward Donna and reveals her bipolar disorder, admitting that she is no longer taking medication for it. On one knee, Brooke repeats her proposal to Ridge. Ridge tells Brooke that he truly loves her but will marry her when the timing is right and only if she is truly ready.
Bridget tells Katie about kissing Nick and thanks her for the encouragement to pursue Nick again. Later, Nick tells Katie that he isn't ready to move on with Bridget.
The Forrester family celebrates Eric and Stephanie's anniversary where Felicia makes one last plea to Eric to not leave their family. During a visit, Ashley asks Brooke about her intentions towards Nick and Jack.
Ashley advises Brooke to stop stringing Nick and Ridge along because Brooke may end up losing both of them; possibly Ridge to Ashley.
Wednesday, 20 May 2009Episode 5267 Eric makes a toast to Stephanie and adds that the last thing he wants to do is disappoint his family, but he still plans to marry Donna.
Bridget is excited about her reunion with Nick and shares the news with Brooke. Brooke worries that Bridget will get hurt again but gives her blessings after Bridget confronts Brooke on her feeling for Nick in front of Ridge.
Nick sees a different side of Katie during their day together. After the party Eric returns to a rattled Donna and tells her his intentions of marrying her as soon as possible.
Thursday, 21 May 2009Episode 5268 Eric tells Pam that he knows of the threats made towards Donna and he will not tolerate that kind of behavior. Pam admits that her comments may have been a bit harsh but she was just being protective of her sister. Pam then convinces Eric to bring Stephanie back to the company much to the dismay of Donna.
Bridget confesses to a disapproving Rick of her resurgence of feelings towards Nick. Brooke confesses to Katie about being in love with two men and not being able to make a decision of who to choose. Katie suggests that Brooke fulfill her commitment to Ridge and let Bridget have Nick.
Brooke is affected by Katie's comment and rushes out to speak with Nick. Later, Brooke tells Nick that he can't give Bridget the love she needs when he had recently professed his feelings for Brooke. Nick reminds Brooke that she turned him down and has no right to control his life.
Friday, 22 May 2009Episode 5269 Bridget bursts into the room and chastises her mother for stabbing her in the back. Bridget tells her mother how she feels betrayed after Brooke had given the green light for Bridget to pursue Nick again.
Brooke tells Bridget that she had only said that because Ridge was in the room. Bridget gives Brooke one last chance to decide who she wants to be with: Nick or Ridge. Nick enters and would also like to know that answer.
Eric hires Pam to be the new receptionist at Forrester Creations not knowing that she was the one who ran the former receptionist off. Later in front of Eric, Pam apologizes to Donna about the idle threats made the night before and asks Donna to please forgive her.
Monday, 25 May 2009Episode 5270 Bridget tells Nick how Brooke wants to keep Nick on the sidelines to wait for her. Nick assures Bridget that he doesn't plan on waiting. After Bridget ask him if there is a chance for them to get back together, Nick tells her that he isn't ready. Bridget assures Nick that she isn't asking for a commitment and then attempts to seduce him.
Pam tells Stephanie about being the new receptionist and that Eric has a surprise. Eric tells Stephanie that even though their partnership in a marriage didn't work out, their partnership in business should not have to suffer. Eric then asks Stephanie to come back to Forrester Creations.
Later at Insomnia Café, Donna assures Pam that Eric's marriage to Stephanie was long over before Donna entered the picture and wants them to get along seeing that they will all be under the same roof at Forrester Creations. Pam continues to terrorize Donna and threatens to make Donna her new obsession.
Tuesday, 26 May 2009Episode 5271 Donna grabs her chest thinking that she has been shot. Pam lets out a burst of laughter as she reveals that the gun is a toy. Not amused, Donna accuses Stephanie of being behind Pam's harassments.
Brooke tells Rick of her concern of Bridget getting involved with Nick again. Rick sticks up for his sister but warns Brooke that if she doesn't make a decision about which man she wants to be with, she may lose both Nick and Ridge.
Katie is impressed by what she has learned about Nick while snooping around his house. After Nick tells Bridget that he doesn't want her to get hurt by him again, she assures him that she is not looking for a commitment, only one night with him. Bridget then continues her seduction of Nick.
Wednesday, 27 May 2009Episode 5272 When Ridge takes an intentional one-on-one meeting with Ashley, Brooke becomes a bit jealous when she remembers Rick's warning of her possibly losing both of the men that she loves.
In the meeting, Ridge and Ashley both confess their residual feelings for each other. Katie drops by Nick's house and grills him about his night with Bridget which hits a nerve with him. Rick surprises Taylor by bringing Jack to her. Rick tells Taylor that ever since their kiss, he's been consumed by thoughts of her and doesn't care what Brooke thinks.
Bridget tells Brooke about her night with Nick and how happy she is. Brooke promises that Bridget will never have to worry about losing Nick to a member of their family again.
Thursday, 28 May 2009Episode 5273 Eric gives Bridget some fatherly advice about her reunion with Nick. Bridget assures Eric that she is the one who is well-suited for Nick and his son. Katie informs Nick that Bridget's intentions towards him are more than just one night and fears that she may be headed for disappointment.
After Nick confesses that he isn't sure if he and Bridget are right for each other, he is surprised to learn that he and Katie have a lot in common. Taylor visits Ridge at work and advices him to end his relationship with Brooke and reunite with Ashley.
Overhearing this, Brooke bursts in and chastises Taylor for her disrespect. Rick storms in to defend Taylor just before she states how she isn't Brooke's only victim; Bridget is also a victim. Taylor asks Brooke what kind of mother romantically competes with her daughter over the same man.
Friday, 29 May 2009Episode 5274 Shocked and disgusted by Rick and Taylor's kiss, Brooke physically tries to pull them apart and then slaps Taylor.
After Brooke accuses Taylor of getting involved with Rick out of revenge, Rick assures his mother that what he and Taylor have is something special. Later, Rick professes his love to Taylor; emphasizing it with a kiss.
When Katie grills Nick about his relationship with Bridget, he sets her straight by telling her that it is none of her business and that he needs time to think about a future with Bridget; what he's really looking for is a challenge.
Later, Katie overhears Bridget trying to get Nick to set her up with someone and quickly puts an end to it. Ashley and Ridge have a heart-to-heart conversation before she leaves for Genoa City.
