Premiere date: Thursday 12 March 2009 at 21h30
Continues: Thursdays, at the same time

Tycoons Chris Gorman, Emma Harrison and Ivan Massow select a pair of budding entrepreneurs to be their business partners for 12 months and compete to try to turn them into millionaires.

With £60,000 start up capital, this four-part reality series looks at what it takes to turn a business idea into a company that is worth millions in just twelve months.

Episode 1 highlights each mentors rise to financial wealth before they pick their protégés. With their reputations on the line a gentlemen’s bet is made between the three and then they get down to business.

The teams themselves have little or no experience in business and are armed only with enthusiasm. Which team will last the course and make the most money, and which of the multi millionaires will walk away with their head held high?

Voyages Of Discovery
Premiere date: Monday, 16 March 2009 at 21h30
Continues: Mondays at 21h30, at the same time

Adventurer Paul Rose tells five stories of adventure on the high seas. These are tales of men who set sail into the unknown and made scientific discoveries that changed our world forever.

This series charts the wide-ranging impact of five voyages. Each journey is recounted with the use of documentary-style reconstruction, while Paul uses his navigational and engineering expertise to reveal their far-reaching influence.

Stories include the eight-year journey of adultery and adversity that took rubber, cinnamon and the metric system to Europe and the globe-shrinking effect of the humble magnetic compass.

Top Gear 11
Premiere date: Wednesday, 18 March 2009 at 21h30
Continues: Wednesdays, at the same time.

Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May return for the eleventh season of Top Gear.

The season sees the hosts attempt to build a better police car for just £1,500 and test it out in a car chase. They race across Japan in a Nissan GT-R, break down a few too many times in three sub-£1,000 Alfa Romeos, and invent a new sport; fox-hunting with a Daihatsu Terios 4x4.

Joining the Top Gear crowd are a number of celebrity guests in the regular ‘Star in a Reasonably Priced Car’ segment, including Spooks stars Peter Firth and Rupert Penry-Jones, and Rob Brydon and James Corden from hit comedy series Gavin And Stacey.
