Ashley remains concerned about his HIV test results. Although she is now in therapy, Stephanie's bulimia remains a big problem. Inspired by his success as a break- dancer, Teboz approaches Shandu with a new project in mind.

Ipeleng continues to feel weak throughout the day. Shawn's exhaustion reaches an all time high as editing on his film takes him right through the night.

Irene feels Tendai's controlling streak is getting worse, but doesn't stand her ground. Shandu tries to get more out of Teboz regarding his past.

Episode 110
Ashley and Vusi get the results of their blood tests. Shandu suggests Teboz consider choreography as a creative discipline. Irene starts her new job at Bra Hugh's, under Tendai's supervision. Meanwhile, Ipeleng collapses.

Episode 111
Irene decides to move out of the commune and quit her job. She wants to take care of her mother. Katlego and Tendai decide to approach labels with the Vuka EP. Teboz tells Shawn his date with Stephanie was hot but she has a different take about the night.

Episode 112
Shawn's film is finished. He is exhausted and depressed, but Ipeleng insists he screen it. Ipeleng returns to the college but is not fully recovered. She accuses Vusi and Irene of not caring about her. Teboz goes missing again.

Nomonde tells Teboz she has come up with a solution to his dilemma - she saw a bunch of street kids performing and feels he should choreograph them. Jacques convinces Stephanie to attend her therapy session. He even tries to get Dawn to see a therapist too.

Tendai makes a new appointment with Mr Phume in the hopes of getting a recording deal on the strength of his EP. Now Irene has moved back home, she and Tendai have to redefine their relationship and their dating patterns. Shandu's new car is stolen.

Ipeleng thinks everybody has forgotten her birthday. Charmaine knows she did badly in her acting practical; but just how awful was she? Shawn suffers a personal loss. Nomonde and Shandu pitch their proposal regarding the street kids to Ipeleng.

Shawn is very apprehensive about his grandfather's funeral. Vusi tells Irene he wants to give music a rest and take up dance instead. Katlego feels he is wasting his talent. Shandu tells Nomonde about his piece - how a man's creativity is affected differently by an older woman, and by a young girl.

Shawn struggles to face his friends after the funeral. Stephanie's bulimia is worse than ever and she presses her mother to reveal the dark secret about her father. Vusi is starting to dream of a future as a dancer. Ipeleng discovers Irene's diary.

Episode 118
On the day of her practical, Stephanie refuses to wear her mother's wedding dress because she thinks it makes her look like a hippo. It's Vusi's big day as he auditions for dance class.
The poor attendance at his grandfather's funeral puts a damper on Shawn's spirits. Because of her bad mark, Charmaine wants to audition for a dance school in London.

Ipeleng confesses to having read Irene's diary. Vusi receives an ecstatic welcome into dance, but Katlego is still disappointed by his sudden change. The street kids' dance piece receives a two-month sponsorship. Stephanie tells Shawn she has feelings for someone.

Will Ipeleng and Irene make up? Katlego finally accepts she does not have any prior claim to Vusi's talent. Shawn seems to be coming out of his depression. Stephanie is worried about her mother.

Stephanie is finding her voice in drama class, but at home, Dawn is on the verge of a breakdown. Ipeleng walks in on Vusi and Ashley cavorting, Shandu openly challenges Teboz to work with the street kids. The record company contacts Tendai to say they will be following up. Charmaine does her stand up piece.

Vusi confronts Ipeleng about her attitude towards his sexuality. Stephanie questions Dawn about her father. Shawn apologises to Ashley. Shawn and Tendai disagree on how to approach Mr. Motaung.
Stephanie tells Nomonde she is beginning to find Jacques attractive. The street kids arrive for their first class. Charmaine has issues about her stand up comedy.

Stephanie refuses to take Shawn seriously, spurning his advances by telling him she's seeing somebody else. Charmaine wants a spot at Bra Hugh's. Mr. Motaung supposedly likes the demo. Nomonde injures her back in dance class.

Stephanie gets very emotional when she discovers an album of old photographs of her father and her, taken when she was a baby. Tendai and Shawn get drunk and leave a threatening message on Mr. Motaung's phone.

Ashley's up for fun, but Vusi wants them to spend more time on their own. Tendai and Shawn may regret ever having called Mr Motaung. Stephanie chats to Jacques about the loss of one's virginity.

Vusi is hurt when he finds out Ashley has been out on an all-weekend binge again. Ipeleng does not think Shawn's script will work. Shandu tells the dance company he is planning a tour next year. Stephanie needs to pay her school fees. Dawn finds the family album in Stephanie's room.

Episode 127
Stephanie wants to discuss the photos she got from her granny. Dawn is not at all keen to talk about her ex-husband. Stephanie decides she will have to phone her father to find out for herself. The gang play a trick on Ashley. Shawn asks Stephanie to be in his movie. A plain-clothes cop introduces himself to Teboz.
